By far, one of the worst McDonalds I have had the pleasure of visiting. Came here because we were traveling and needed something quick to eat (which I assume is why most people eat at McDonalds). Cashier was friendly and courteous (no problem there). The store itself was disgusting. I almost wanted to leave without the food! I never, ever leave a negative review. I only leave reviews when a place has done well. I downloaded this app solely to warn people about this place. My family and I stopped here to use the bathroom and get some gas. The bathrooms in question were the filthiest bathrooms we've ever seen in our lives. There was no toilet paper stocked but there was toilet paper all over the floor and wadded up in the corners. Each toilet seat was covered in urine and one toilet seat had menstrual blood all over it. My brother told me that the mens restroom wasn't any better. It looked as if the bathrooms had not been touched, let alone cleaned, in WEEKS. I can't even imagine how bad the McDonald's itself must be if the bathrooms were that horrendous. I would've used a port-a-potty over those bathrooms, and I REFUSE to use port-a-potty's! A health inspector or SOMEONE needs to look into this McDonald's/gas station because it seems to be a serious health hazard to any and everyone. Avoid this place at all costs! read more

This is by far the WORST McDonalds I have ever been too. The employees were slow, they didn't care that there were 15 people in line ( not kidding ) and didn't seem to care. POOR management apparently. The "MANAGER" was not helping expedite the orders at all. As a matter of fact, the phone rang and it was for an employee in the back and he got on the phone and was literally laughing and cutting up with whoever he was on the phone with. The WORST McDonalds I have ever been to. For the last two weeks, I've been at the hotel next door for work and after a long day, I want something quick to eat. But that's the only restaurant beside the hotel. I've been there 7 times now and I've given up. 6 of the 7 times, they've messed up the order. They even screwed up a simple plain double cheeseburger order. They don't melt their cheese on the burgers. The staff is rude when you ask to have the order fixed. The drive thru window employees are rude to begin with. Their shake machine is permanently down. I asked for no drizzle on my frappe and it came with pretty much double the amount. Their fries are ALWAYS burnt. This is the most incompetent group of employees that I've ever seen. I've finally decided to drive into town for food after today. read more

The WORST McDonald's I've ever been to!!! From the moment we walked in you could tell no one cared one bit to be there. The girl taking orders just walked away from the register and left several of us standing in line waiting as another girl walked over as slow as she could taking her sweet time to start taking orders. The other girl walked back over to this new girl and began a conversation with her and they stood there talking rather than taking orders. They did everything as slow as they possibly could. After, we finally placed our order, got our drinks, it was probably 20 minutes after that we got our food and had to clean our own table because all the tables were dirty, one was actually missing. The manager doesn't seem to know what he's doing. We heard him and others popping off at the mouth at each other and he was asking which one of you do I need to hit! On top of all this, my wife's burger was cold, the restrooms were nasty, and four women had to go ask the manager to put toilet paper in the women's restroom because there was absolutely no toilet paper, he then just handed one woman a roll and told them all sorry. WORST MCDONALD'S EVER! I rarely eat at McDonald's, but my family of four was on a road trip and it was about 8pm on a Saturday. There were only two other families besides us in the whole place. This should have been our first clue. There was one employee at the counter taking an order. When the family of three in front of us finished ordering, the employee walked away without saying a word. We waited a little longer at the counter, but no one returned. We opted to use the kiosk, then waited another 10 minutes until they called our number. Employees were sitting in the back talking, ignoring the customers, the overflowing garbage cans, trash on the floor, dirty tables and FLIES everywhere. I had to cover my tea with a napkin to keep them out of it. While I ate, I waved another napkin to prevent flies from landing on my food. I'm so disgusted and disappointed that this McDonald's franchise is so poorly managed. Shame on McDonald's corporate for allowing such shoddy service and insulting customer experience. read more

Your web page and inside signage shows ALL MENU for 24 hour drive through. Did not happen at 12:43 AM, 1/17/2015. What it did have was an attitude by the voice without a face coming through the communications box outside when I asked about breakfast menu as well. Her reply as a irritated "Not at this time." When I reminder her of the menu showing a depiction of two egg/sausage McMuffins and coffee, the reply was the same. Saddest McDonalds see to date and I'm 62 years old. The other reviews are spot on. This is without a doubt the WORST McDonalds I have ever visited. My partner and I were just looking for a quick meal while traveling back home. We were the only customers in the place. We approached the counter to order and waited approximately 6 minutes before being acknowledged. The young lady working the drive through was extremely loud. She was laughing and joking with the cooks. Finally, the manager arrives and starts scolding the employee even before taking our order. We'd like to mention that she had to ask another associate how to ring up our order. As we waited for our order, we were confused to see 2 small unattended children running through the restaurant. Turns out they were the children of an employee. The cook came out to the soda machine to refill his Coke. To my surprise he was he was wearing flip flops. This seemed like a hidden camera show or an episode of Jerry Springer. While we waited over 10 minutes I walked back to the counter and asked for a refund. The manager tells me, "your food is almost ready, we were having some problems with our machines." She struggled to refund my money saying that she can't give me cash back even though I paid in cash. Finally, after my insistence she refunded my money. Avoid this place at all costs. Drive somewhere else. Maybe you will have better luck eating at the gas station. read more

I usually don't review McD's, but I need to make an exception for this particular restaurant off I-10. I have been here multiple times, just to see if the service is THAT bad or anything if it was an anomaly. I have waiting in the drive through for as little as 5 minutes to as much as 20 minutes. It is so slow. Order accuracy is so bad, almost everytime, they screw something up. Some workers are friendly, others obviously hate their job, and I don't blame them. Coffee machine is nearly always broken. They don't know the difference between iced and hot, latté or mocha, etc. This restaurant is an example of the results the Jefferson County schools produce, and it is so scary I go to Tallahassee or Thomasville from now on. read more

We visited this locations drive-thru today, August 4, 2018 at 10:20am. Without realizing the time, I tried to order burgers and the woman gave me attitude saying they only have breakfast. Okay, honest mistake. When I got to the window, I gave the woman a $20 but immediately asked he her to hold off because I found my credit card and wanted to pay with that. Too late, she handed it to another woman who cashed my order. She told the other woman what I wanted and that woman says to yet another woman (who later turns out the be the manager) with attitude, "he wants me to cancel this order". The manager, Keisha G. comes to the window and gives me my money back. I ask for my order to be processed as she stated that I had to get back in line and order again. My food was sitting on front of her. I asked why and she said because refunds get her in trouble. Made no sense. This location had no sense of customer service. read more
