I waited far too long for my order, and when I finally received it, it was wrong. What made it worse was the complete lack of accountability or even basic courtesy. No apology, no attempt to fix the situation--just an attitude. I understand that places get busy, but being busy is not an excuse for treating customers poorly. They also have a smaller mini size, which the staff member advised was about the size of a golf ball. I like that they have such a small size, but I need more ice cream than that ;). The junior size was four ounces which was the perfect amount for me. The Butterfinger ice cream was quite sweet, but it is a candy-bar based ice cream, so what else would you expect.
