Of course McDonald's isn't everyone's go to but, when you have a sudden craving, then you have to get your fix! Each and almost everytime I visit this particular store, My food is always cold and missing items in my bag. My most recent trip was for a quick breakfast for my kids. The wait wasn't long at all which is where my stars end. I ordered an oatmeal with "fruits and nuts" but, there weren't any in the bag. My daughter's mcmuffin was soggy which was a definite turn off. Not to mention I ordered a diet coke and was given a sprite! A sprite?!?!?!? My thoughts exactly. This wasn't the first time, I've had a disappointing order and pretty sure with the consistency of my horrible orders that, it won't be the last. An absolute disgrace of a fast food restaurant.I sat in line lastnight for 30 minutes with no help from a single one of the 3 employees they claim they had... The first 10 minutes ok its expected with fast food but 30 minutes is ridiculous people were honking as was i and the only reason the line moved was because people were tired of waiting.I dont know when they started the promo that theyll pay for the gas you waste in their drive thru? Id rate it zero stars. When i got to the window i honked atleast 3 times and no answer.. Only for one of the employees tellling another employee i was honking etc. Im usually a very patient person but it doesn't take 30 minutes to put a burger and drink together with 3 people working an absolute shame. I was doing doordash and ended up canceling the order after waiting an extra 20 minutes for someone to have to go sit and wait on people not doing their job. Everything about this location is off. Service, timing, and the product. Overly salted fries, buns stale, cold patties. The manager and shift supervisors should get a lesson on leadership and trained in every aspect of owning a business. If I could give them ZERO or NEGATIVE STARS, I would. This is possibly the worst McDonald's I've ever gone to. The boy working the drive thru window was extremely rude and sassy. He also lacked proper training for how to correct an incorrect pricing for a meal item. Instead of getting the manager to correct the pricing, he chose to defend the price and expected me to pay the 50% up charge. After going back and forth with him that he was overcharging me, I told him to keep it and drove off. The service and professionalism is MUCH BETTER AT CHIC-FIL-A less than a block away. Anytime you try to get food from them they're closed or don't have what you want. They advertise an $1.89 10 piece chicken nugget They are $1.89 cold with salt but if you want them hit without salt you pay full price. How does that work? False advertising. Do not waste your time sitting in the line that is ALWAYS wrapped around the building. I know it's McDonalds but it's fast food for a reason. I wondered if the owners of this franchise had a clue as to how this store was operating. Employees (to include mgrs.) provoke arguments with customers. My hash brown was missing from my order. The young lady at the window informed her manager it was missing. The manager yelled and said it wasn't missing, we should check the receipt. First of all they had a whole bunch of employees working in the back but they took 30 minutes with my orders, then when I got my order they had no salt on the fries. Like baby, salt the fries. Their floors are always sticky, and it's always cold. Go in the bathroom and there's pee everywhere on the floor, and the mirror expect not to look in their mirror matter fact don't even go in the bathroom. The girls in the drive through are so rude. Not a single clean table in the whole place. There was one other person there besides me so they didn't have an excuse of being busy. Everything was dirty and if the dining room is like that, I don't want to know how their food areas are. We found sanitizer and a towel sitting on a dirty counter so we used it to clean the table ourselves. We were there for 25 minutes and not a single table got picked up.. The girl at the cash register rolled her eyes but was quick to get back to chatting with her coworkers when the transaction was done. Sometimes they have good service and hot food (2%), and most of the time they have bad service and cold food (98%). I'm a local so I go here often because of convenience not because of choice. I usually never write reviews, ever. However, I feel propelled to write about my horrible experience that happened tonight and to warn people to stay away from this McDonald's. I am a local here, so I've been going to this McDonald's for years because it's a mile away from my house. It used to be a typical McDonald's, it wasn't the best and it wasn't the worst. At least back then you could get hot food, now you'd be lucky if you even get all your food. Tonight, I waited almost forty minutes in drive thru to place an order. FORTY MINUTES. There were people in front of me, a line behind me and no one taking our orders. Then, when I finally get up to the window, this guy starts flirting with me asking me where I worked, and if I was mad that it took so long to get my food. There was no apology, no discount, I didn't even get a straw. I just got bad service, and cold food. I never wanted a staff to get fired as badly as the McDonald's staff here.
