We stopped by this morning after leaving Coushatta and order sausage biscuits. WOW!! Compared to other McDonald's, by far they have the best biscuits. Debated with my better half about being made from scratch, so I called them when we got home. I learned the biscuits are in fact made from scratch and not frozen commonly found in other McDonald's. Employees are super friendly!! Must stop for breakfast for sure!! Great job!! read more

Drove through after leaving the Coushatta Casino to grab a few drinks and a McDouble for the drive back to my Dad's home. The drive through service was prompt and the attendant was courteous. The drinks were fine but the burger was very much below average absolutely no condiments just two dried patties and a cold slice of cheese between two dry buns two bites and it went back in the wrapper and bag for disposal, also didn't get any napkins. Total failure on quality so it went from a great experience to a terrible one in less than a minute and now they have to live with potential customers reading this review. Seems to be a lack of consistency, training, and accountability so my finger points to bad management- so disappointing... read more

McDonald's - What's lurking behind that pickup window - Burgers Near Me - Kinder, Louisiana

Just got breakfast burritos and there hard as a rock. Then waited 30 minutes bc they said they was making fresh one's

Stopped in for breakfast on our road trip.. this was probably the best Mickey D'S I've ever been to. The manager was coaching the entire team and praising when his partners did something great. The restaurant was super clean and staff was friendly. Knocked them a star because they were so clean from mopping and what not that the floors were pretty slippery. Otherwise great. Good job Kinder McDonalds! read more

Your portions suck, and when someone orders a large coke, they should get large fries because the meal is large!! And how do you not put a double cheese burger that you ORDERED!! in the fkng bag. read more

Food was yummy, especially the fish sandwich. The drive-thru staff were patient as we placed our confusing order, and friendly when we picked up our food. We'd definitely stop in again. read more

Service was great, everyone was very polite. No waiting at all for our food and it was good and hot. Way better food and service than we received in Opelousas. read more

At one time this McDonald's was one of my favorites. Biscuits were made fresh, the food was always hot. Not anymore - biscuits look like they are prepared days before,, frozen and then heated in a microwave. Biscuits hard as a rock and stale. Egg McMuffin we could not eat. Quality is just not there anymore. Will eat breakfast elsewhere read more

We stopped here for breakfast on our adventures in Louisiana, and had decent customer service. They were quick, polite and happy to assist us in finding supplies that were kept behind the counter like silverware, coffee creamer, and sugar. My coffee was fresh and delicious, the service was quick and happy. The lobby was clean and well decorated for being a fast food chain. The parking lot is very small, so if your driving a large vehicle, maybe park across the street, we witnessed a few tight maneuvers while eating our breakfast. We ordered a sausage biscuit, oatmeal and an iced coffee. All of our food came out quickly, was a correct temperature and was honestly much better than I expected from reading previous reviews. We would happily stop by for another quick bit in the future! read more

Although the food is hot and usually fast, you have to beg them for condiments. They make you feel bad for wanting katsup and if you order a 20 piece they like to give you one dip. The lady acted like I was asking for her first born. McDonald's standard is FOUR per 20 piece. Secondly the cashier at the drive through asked me if I wanted to give them change, they were low. I gave them my coin tray full about 7.00 and expected tgat to be part of my payment. No. She just kept it after running my cc for the full amount. When asked, she said no it's just a donation. Wait. A donation to McDonald's or her??? The owner at this location must be super cheap. read more

This place is always the cheapest easiest fastest way for our life style as humans but this particular mcdonalds needs serious help.always slow.bad attitude.always pulling people ip.forgetti g them.orders are always wrong.and the biscuits are always hard as rock. read more

Uh......If as a human being, you like being outnumbered by house flies in a restaurant that is filled with people, then you should strongly consider this McDonalds. I really only stopped here as to avoid a 40 minute drive to Starbucks to use their WiFi while i had some breakfast. Not a solid decision. First, their WiFi was worse than the WiFi at the hotel I am staying so that was worthless. I should have left immediately but I didn't. I took so many pictures of the flies that they started posing as if I were some sort of insect paparazzi and they were large assed Kardashian flies. All jokes aside, this McDonalds was disgusting and nobody, patrons and employees seemed to care. Hmm, yep, I guess thats why they call it the dirty south. read more

This location has a drive through that's dangerous to navigate in a full size pickup and plenty on the side of building to prove it. This is also the most expensive McDonald's we've ever been to in the Southern U.S. we are order the same thing every time and it usually run between 5.50 and 6.25. We visited this location 3 times over 4 days and the total was always 8.32. If you have small children you understand ordering the same thing every time, so you know the approximate cost . Food taste like ALL McDonald's. Line was always long, but moved fast. read more

If I could give this sorry excuse for a McDonald's no stars I would. They open 30min late and their coffee machine is broke in the morning and they got a simple order wrong. Like what??? Fire everybody especially the manager. read more

I'm happy to say that either McDonalds corporate is paying attention or this restaurant has a new manager because this visit was VERY different! No flies!! The floor was clean and the drink station only had a few minor spills in need of a cleaning. I can't say it is sparkling but much improved. read more

I'm not a McDonalds fan, but needed a quick breakfast while I was on the road. This place really knocked by socks off. They were really friendly and fast. I went inside and while I was waiting for my order to be bagged I heard the employees working in the drive through talking about how they were trying to have the food ready at the second window, holding the bag out the window, before the customer got there. I have been through there before and they were nice then as well. read more

I went to grab a quick bite to eat and the young girl at the window was very rude she never said one word to me just handed the food over and never even smiled. The food was OK but it makes me wonder if other service is that bad what goes on in the kitchen. read more
