My son and his girlfriend came through here sat in line for 30 minutes in the drive-through to get food for us all. They get home our fries are soggy and wet, our shamrock shake is not a shamrock shake it's vanilla, my chicken sandwich was soggy and cold And my high C was half full. They threw the receipt out and I called literally right when they got home so they could get it replaced and they refused to replace it so a $27 meal down the drain. Manager and employees are all rude and don't want to work. This is a horrible location and wouldn't go back. I'm pissed. read more

I had to pull forward twice to wait on a small order of very common items. They messed up my drink and when the lady brought the rest of my food she wouldn't take the drink back because their policy says you cant give them anything back. This McDonald's is in serious need of a upgrade and over all makeover. Whenever I stop here the dining area is dirty, tables with food trays and trash, beverage area is sloppy with soda and trash all over the counter with flies buzzing around and then the trash containers are always overflowing. Maybe because just like every other McDonald's there always seem to be 20 people working the drive thru and only one person working the counter. read more

So when you order ahead, it shouldn't take 20-30 minutes to get your food. More importantly you should never hear employees talking smack about customers. Heard multiple employees say things to the extent of "If they don't like how long it's taking then they can apply and work here." This is not only highly rude but incredibly inappropriate. Crew just slops the food together, Can't remember simple things like nugget sauce when nuggets are on the order, and they want to openly complain how the customers are impatient ? As someone who has managed restaurants for many many years, I would be firing crew members who said things like this when a customer can hear. If you don't like working in a fast paced job where you are anticipated to work hard and quick, then perhaps they should be finding different jobs as opposed to blaming the customers for spending money with the company! read more

We went in for a late dinner at 1:30am. Fast food is not always my choice, but this location has a 24-hour lobby. The staff was very responsive, and we only waited a minute or so to place our order. Our food was hot and fresh, and it was ready in about 5 min. Not the fastest, but better than I expected as the lobby had several patrons and the drive-thru was full. The food was freshly made, so this McDonald's location gets three stars. However, I ordered the new Haberno Ranch Quarter Pounder and the Bacon and Cheese Quarter Pounder. The order screen incorrectly reflected two B&C Quarter Pounders, but the voice behind the intercom left before I could address the issue. I told the cashier at the first window about the incorrect order, and he changed it on the spot, no problems. I picked up my order (which was already in the bag and waiting) at the second window. I asked if my order was updated and the girl just read from the screen, without checking the bag. After I pulled away, I realized to my frustration that I got two B&C Quarter Pounders, and not the Haberno Ranch one like I wanted. To the credit of McDonald's, the burgers were of a really high quality, but it still didn't make up for my order being wrong after I asked for it to be corrected. read more

Best McDonald's in town and the only one I go to. Fries are always fresh and always minimal ice in my sweet tea

My wife and I frequent this McDonalds two or three times per month. The food is inconsistent. Sometimes it's really hot and fresh, sometimes it's not. When it's fresh, it's put together nicely, the fries are crisp and hot, and the drinks are filled to the top. When the food is inconsistent, the food is dressed without care/smashed, the fries are very salty and taste old, and the pops have pop all over them, as well as the pops not filled all the way. I may stop twice a month and it doesn't matter what time of day I go to this location but they nearly always mess something up with my order.
