'Sorry, ALL of our systems are down.' Very unlikely... probably just short staffed. Skipping this spot next time we roll through.

Located in a strip mall and tucked in behind another restaurant it can be easily overlooked. Small restaurant offering big flavors at a great price. Enter the restaurant, head to the counter and was greeted immediately. The young lady took our order offered suggestions as well as patience while we ordered. Our food was served within 10 minutes after we ordered. I ordered 2 sliders, 2 tenders, sweet potato fries, and a drink for $15. Now here's the best part, it is GOOD! Everything was served hot. The fries and tenders were crispy! The sliders were the size of a small burger from any fast food chains. Now here's the kicker for all my ice munching lovers, they have that good ice! Definitely recommend and will return!

We were in the mood for some "fancy" burgers, and given what they do here at Sammy's (and that we had never been) decided to go for it. We both left wishing we had gone to one of several other known quantities in the area that also have some creative burgers. We both ordered the 2 slider combo, one of us went with two burger sliders, the other did a burger and chicken tender slider. One of us got fries, the other upgraded to onion rings. We also added on an all the way hot dog, because I can't help myself but try them wherever I go. Service at the counter was helpful, and the restaurant pretty clean. Drinks are self-serve in somewhat of a tight area for people moving through. They give you a number and bring the food to your table when ready. When the meal arrived, just visually, we were not excited by anything... except the hot dog. We'll start there, the brightest spot of the meal. The bun was clearly buttered and griddled, and biting in, you get a tasty frank, balanced chili and slaw, just enough onions and mustard. If I were to return, it would probably be for hot dogs. All three slider burgers were dry as a bone. They did not at all give the appearance of a burger that was griddled to order. The bacon cheeseburger did not come with any kind of sauce, to make that edible, we added some ranch that came with the onion rings. The buffalo chicken tender slider was quite bland for buffalo style, and soggy. The fries were good, but the onion rings were not. I don't think the oil was hot enough, so not only were they mealy and not crispy, they were just so oily that it made them unappealing. Given what we paid, and compared to other burgers in the area, I don't see us coming back.

The inside was very clean and the staff was hard at work. We ordered off the kiosk and got to spend as much time as needed figuring out what we wanted to order. I got the sweet & spicy bacon burger, fries and an OJ. My husband got a double Whataburger with fries and a fountain drink. Our food was brought out by a very pleasant and polite young lady with orange in her hair. I'm sad I didn't catch her name as she was wonderful! My OJ was missing but she had no problem grabbing me one when asked! We tried a fry on the way home, and I'm glad we did. We have about a 15 min drive and the fries did not hold up hot and fresh. They were still good, but that first car fry was amazing! We'll definitely dine in or eat the fries in the car next visit! The burgers were phenomenal. They were full of flavor and the toppings complemented them nicely! They were nice and hot when we got home as well! Only downside was the missing sauces in our bag. Not a deal breaker and I should have checked before we left, but it's okay! We have ketchup at home and I hadn't yet decided how to use my ranch! Great experience and we will be back to this location!

My husband got the #2, which is the Double Whataburger with fries and a drink. We waited do about 5-10 min for our food. We both agreed the burgers were pretty big and were pretty good. I should have asked for light mustard. It had more mustard than what I usually like, but it was okay. There weren't many onions on my burger. I couldn't taste them at all. The fries were hot, crispy and pretty good as well. Not sure what all the hype was about and the long lines in drive-thru when they first opened because I've had better. Would I go again? Maybe.

Their fries are also well-seasoned and full of flavor, making them more than just a side item. Service can be a little slower at times, especially during busy hours, but the quality of the food makes the wait worth it. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer questions or make recommendations. Everything tasted fresh and made to order, which explains some of the extra wait time. Overall, it's a solid spot if you are looking for a big, flavorful burger and great fries.

Our line was passed over several times while the other line continued to be served first, which was frustrating. We ordered patty melts, fries, and two drinks. The food itself was pretty decent and tasted good overall. However, even though I specifically asked for no ice, our cups were filled entirely with ice. It's a small thing, but details like that do matter. A shake that was on our order was also forgotten and had to be corrected later. The staff seemed very flustered and rushed, especially at the speaker while we were trying to order. I understand this location recently opened, so I'm hoping with time they'll find their groove, improve communication, and work more efficiently as a team. I'm looking forward to giving it another try once things run more smoothly.

I've had better Del Taco experiences in the past so I was surprised this trip didn't hit the mark…read more It's Tuesday and Del Taco has an evening taco deal but I have to work during dinner so lunch was the time. They are advertising a Big Fat Chicken Taco right now. On the posters it looks like a chalupa she'll like Taco Bell has so I was all in. Turns out it's not fat at all. It's like a soft pita with fake grill marks and no flavor. I think it might have even been a wheat pita at that. It was soft, but they aren't even warming it before filling it. This one was a huge miss for me and I won't order it again. Also, the grilled chicken, although plentiful had a texture that was off putting to me. It was too soft so that signaled it was super processed. The Del Taco as always was delicious and had that freshly grated cheese. The quantity of cheese is very inconsistent on this one. I've had them there with a bunch of cheese stuffed inside that crunchy shell and today they were a little light on the cheese for my taste. It's OK! Definitely not a dealbreaker. I wanted to try the fresh guacamole today so I ordered a side of guacamole and chips. The chips are served warm in a small bag and the guacamole is a much larger portion than anything. Taco Bell gives you. It is also chunky and fresh made from real avocado, not from a bag some other restaurants serve. I will absolutely order the guacamole again. It was fantastic!

My wife was equally unimpressed, we'll stay with the "other" taco place, the name escapes me but their sign rings a bell. Service was quicl and efficient, the dining area was clean and orderly. Might be worth a try if you're looking for a different taste, but this visit satisfied my curiousity fo another 30 years.

The sandwiches added are the Deep Fried Turkey Gobbler (1/4 pound of thick sliced turkey breast, Swiss cheese, stuffing, cranberry spread, crispy onions, and mayo on a sub roll), and the Deep Fried Turkey Club ( 1/4 pound of thick sliced Deep Fried Turkey, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, bacon, and mayo on a sub roll). The turkey is breast meat which is deep fried and then thickly sliced. Depending on the timing of orders the slices could be in a warmer for a while before your sandwich is prepared. Neither the stuffing nor the cranberry spread are prepared in house - these items are commercially produced, and freshness is not there in either item. Most if not all of Arby's sauces including Horsey sauce is commercially produced for the company! The Gobbler is not a bad sandwich but it is not one I would rush back to get again. The smallish amount of the turkey causes its decent taste to get lost in flavors of the other items, especially the crispy onions, the stuffing, and the cranberry spread. Throw in the well sized sub roll and there is much for the turkey flavor and texture to fight through. The stuffing is much like Stove Top. The Turkey Club was a better sandwich, with more distinct tastes and textures, though I would love to have some of the cranberry spread on it! All in all though, I'm probably turkeyed out at Arby's.
