Always busy workers and nice people

Fast clean service. Mcdonalds here in Kent is what you expect. They don't charge extra for lettuce on a regular quarter pounder unlike some locations which tack on an extra 50 cents. Can't wait for them to open up for dine in as it looks clean and welcoming inside, well laid out. Be sure to use the app and get rhe best deals especially the buy one get one free big mac, quarter pounder, or filet o fish. My goto meal when I am hungry mid day. Just enough and not too much. The sandwiches are always easy to eat and not messily assembled like some burger joints where you'll have ketchup and oil all over yourself. Eat without making a mess on yourself. I'm loving it here!

Incompetent, unfriendly. I got a bad taste before I got the food. The cashier messed up the order and failed to say thank you. Sad.

Since it had been so long, I wasn't sure what to order, and both of them were incredibly kind and patient and helpful while I decided on my burger choices. They made recommendations, answered my questions, and made me feel so welcome. Thank you again Emmie and Grace, for making my return to Katsu Burger such a memorable one! Great food and even better service. I will definitely be coming back much sooner this time!

They are booths along the wall and some tables as well. You have a cooler of drinks and fountain drinks, and milkshakes as well. I had the ohayou gozaimasu burger - which comes with a beef katsu patty (ground beef, breaded and fried - you can swap it out for chicken or pork as well or tofu if you prefer), topped with a perfectly fried egg, crispy bacon, melty cheddar, creamy Japanese, mayo, finely shredded crunchy cabbage and zingy Katsu sauce This is a really unique burger. I've been wanting to come here for a while and I'm happy. I finally had a chance. I'm looking forward to coming back and try one of their burgers with chicken Katsu and also pork Katsu in the near future, but I had to go with the original beef patty on the first visit. Service was great. I was greeted quickly and provided with some suggestions after I mentioned it was my first visit here. Their menu is unique so that type of help is appreciated. I made mine a meal and got it with fries and you can choose from four different types of seasoning for your fries or get them plain. I got mine with the furikake seasoning which was nice and added that umami flavor profile perfectly. You also get to choose dipping sauce and I went with more Katsu sauce, but they have five or six others that looked good. I chose a lychee oolong tea in a bottle from the cooler as my meal drink, but you could also get a fountain drink or upgrade to a milkshake if you prefer All in all, this is a really really cool creative twist on classic burger spot. They also serve some bento boxes and Katsu style hotdog at this Kent location here. The bathroom was really clean as was the lobby and the open kitchen. All in all, I'll give them a 10 out of 10 and I will be back

Awesome Korean Fried Chicken!…read more We tried the Soy Garlic, Galbi, and Yangnyeom, and all three were so good! I don't know how they do it, but they somehow manage to keep the natural flavor and delicious crispiness of the fried chicken skin even with all the different sauces and seasonings. The chicken itself was also incredibly juicy and flavorful. Definitely a place we'll be coming back to! Also, a big shout-out to Jaden, who took great care of us. However, my hesitation around this place was completely unnecessary. I was shortly greeted and placed an order pretty easy. I am pretty sure I waited less than ten minutes. I ordered the chicken combo with spicy chicken. It came with a drink, fries, slaw and three wing pieces and a thigh. The chicken was super crunchy and crispy but still super juicy on the inside. The wings were meaty as well! The sauce coated the chicken nicely and didn't hamper on the crunchiness at all. The takeout packaging was very intentional and considerate. Ensuring that the package stayed home to prevent the chicken and fries from going soggy. They absolutely delivered on taste and price point. My entire combo with tip was less than $20. Shooottt! That's a deal in this market. The customer service was great. A casual and very clean environment. You do bus your own tables if you're going to eat in.

Wait started probably around 6pm although there were still empty tables then. They provide garnishes for your water and also provide 4 salsas/accompaniments for your meal. I got the 16 oz ribeye served on hot stones. They cooked it slightly less than what you want, so for my medium rare, they cook it rare. It also comes with chimichurri and molacete(?) which has a more refreshing flavor. They season with rosemary and even light a branch on fire for more aroma. I tried a bite of my friend's filet mignon which was good, but my preferred cut is the ribeye or NY strip. We also shared the papa loca (worth it - so good) and the cauliflower (not as good, but I'm comparing it to a version made by Cuerno, a Mexican steakhouse in NY). I had a glass of the pinot noir and the garzon, and both were good, slightly tannic and 'juicy'.

The first time I got the Wagyu tacos which were sooo good and I love the variety and flavor of the sauces. I loved how simple the taco Wagyu is as the meat is high quality For my second visit I got the Vacio Wagyu which came in a sizzling hot stone plate and it stayed hot for me to cook all of my Wagyu. It didn't really need the accompanied sauce but it was nice to have. I felt the large rock salt was a little bit nub and would make it too saucey but I found the rosemary a perfect combination with the Wagyu especially as one was cooking underneath. Excellent service as well - our server was attentive and timely. I've only gone here for lunch and we did not have to make a reservation as it was not too busy!

I figured this would one of the better options than the other restaurants at Kent Station. When we entered, we saw that we had to go to the counter to order. They had some interesting signs, one of the more bizarre ones was no talking on speaker phone but I could understand that too. They had decent music playing that fits the vibes of the place well. The mural they had was gorgeous. When we went to the counter, the cashier just took our order. No real service which was unfortunate as that was the only thing I had an issue with especially with how not busy it was. They had two tables of customers and a steady-ish flow of take out customers. My boyfriend got us a gyro plate for me and a gyro meal (a canned drink and a choice of side) for him while I ordered a side order of falafel. I was getting anxious about our food as it was taking much longer than I thought. Additionally, they call out your number so you have to get your food. After more than 10-15 minutes, we received our food. The food was pretty good. The tzatziki sauce was flavorful and added a nice refreshing palate with the salad, pita, and meat. I wish there was a bit more onion in the salad as it felt like two or three pieces. There were also some hard pieces of rice that was super unpleasant for me as I really dislike that mixed in with the good parts of the rice. My boyfriend enjoyed his meal and had no real complaints. They do have complimentary water. Overall a good spot if you're in the area with limited time or craving Mediterranean food.

The chances of keeping even a perfect brisket tender and juicy by the dinner service are very slim. It's possible, depending on how you portion and hold the product. But it's unlikely. If your one of those people who stand in line several hours before a place opens in Central Texas, you might have a shot. I took my chances and went on a Sunday, about 5:30pm. I can't say I'm disappointed, because I knew the odds. The brisket was sliced super thin. Probably less than 1/8" thick. Very lean. No trace of fat cap or streaks of fat. It wasn't bone dry, but it wasn't super moist either. Some more fat content would've helped the cause. It was generously sauced and flavorful. But it wasn't as tender and juicy as it could've been The food came out lightning fast, so I was surprised the fries were as good as they were. They were made before I got there if they made it to the plate before I even got my drink from the soda fountain. But they were hot, crispy and tasty. The beans were flavorful, but I think some fat drippings would've improved it. There were noticeable bits of meat (brisket and burnt ends) mixed in with the beans, but it lacked that special something. And heck, they invented cholesterol meds for a reason. The service at the counter was genuinely friendly. Not the fake friendly you get from the budtender at a cannabis shop who wants to know what you're doing this weekend and if you're going to the Dave Matthews concert later... I usually complain about prices in the Seattle area. $26.49 for the brisket sandwich and 2 sides. With a little over 20% tip ($6.00) that came to $35.24. But with a unlimited soft-serve included for dessert? (the machine is in the dining room). That's very fair (even though I'm a no lactose guy and couldn't partake). If you have a family to feed, that makes this place reasonable. They also get props for the suggested tip options on the tablet. Their max option is 16%. I still chose "other" and entered a dollar amount. And thank god this isn't one of those hipster places. It's a nice place with a pleasant, genuinely comfortable atmosphere. Plenty of seating inside and outside. And its worth noting you don't need a combination number, secret password or safecracking skills to use the restroom. It's just a normal door to a restroom. My faith in humanity is restored.
