McDonald's is my kids favorite fast food place when we don't want to cook plus they have great French fries.

Tried coming here couple of times, the store hour said they closed 10pm. 950pm, they already locked the doors. The drive thru was another thing. The worst McDonald's ever! Do not come here!! read more

This location has gone way downhill. All digital ordering and they dont even a knowledge you if at counter. Zero customer service and all automated which is fine but people buy because of emotions, experience and quality. Food is okay though my chicken nuggets were microwaved, i can tell the difference. Automation, no customer service, no accountability.. very sad. read more

Did a mobile order through their app thinking it would be a quicker stop. For some reason, this location is slow. From drive into the parking lot to leaving, we were there for close to 25 minutes. As far as the food, it's McDonald's. If you're expecting gourmet, this isn't the stop. If you want fast food, flavor hits the mark. Speed...not so much. read more

Employee with sunglasses and mask was incredibly rude and snarky. Horrible attitude and overall a jerk. We had 6 people 3 of them being small children and he interrupted my sister ordering to tell her she was ordering a cheeseburger not a hamburger with cheese which yes he's right do we need to know that? And his tone was not very nice, he cut off every time we ordered an item with 'is that it?' Overall all the other employers were very nice and food was good for what it was. read more

The guy taking orders wearing sunglasses inside?? was a douch, he had an attitude and was sarcastic. On one of our three happy meals i asked instead of the hamburger just a burger with cheese and pickles and in the rudest way he says "so i cheeseburger" with the dumbest look on his face, throughout our order he just was not welcoming or friendly. Theres also i lot of tweakers around and inside the building. read more

Forgot ALL of the sauce, I even paid extra for sauce. AND THEN the lady filled my sprite half wayMajor boo.

If you think this corporation is kind of stupid, then it's McDumbalds. We're happy with their new dollar menu, which offers some good dollar items, and a fries+burger combo for $3 which is right up our alley. They still have the best fries, though their burgers taste more average than ever. However, unfortunately, it's a bad location of McDonalds. The other reviews are right. Service is bad and wait times are long, and you would think with three drive-through lanes that they would take things more seriously, but it's just a total nightmare and feels like you're being herded around a farm before slaughter. Sad analogy. read more

Hot, sour whipped cream on my milkshake. It tasted sour. I was always worried they just leave the can out rather than putting back in the fridge. This confirms it. read more

Well I am just overjoyed at the service I received from this location at midnight. I placed an order on DoorDash and I had specific instruction and everything was followed correctly Chicken nuggets two sauces and they were included and not hard. They were fresh and hot French fries no salt and they were not old but fresh Ice tea and ice cream was in a holder sealed in the bag. You talks about safe and sanitary to the best degree Cookies were freshly baked and hot Then the icing on the cake was mints to freshen my breath after eating. I was very impressed with this Location. I don't know who the team or manager is but WELL DONE WITH YOUR STAFF. It speaks volumes when you can treat a customer at midnight with fresh food like it is daytime. GREAT JOB AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE read more

I wish I could give them 0 stars. They didn't give me what I paid for, when I called to speak to a manager they hung up in my face.

Horrible service took 20 minutes just to give a coffee after we asked 4 times to different employees.

I'm currently in my last week of pregnancy but I eat ice as a craving and I noticed that this piece in my cup looked funny so I fished it out and i don't know if that's slime or what type of funk is in there but I am truly disgusted and worried if I ate any pieces with this crap in it! WTF! If I get sick I'm going to lose my shit this is unacceptable and disgusting. read more

I placed my order went to the window paid pulled forward got my drinks they had me pull forward and wait in spot number 3 and then they brought me the whole wrong ass order not was what I ordered I got home and was kissed. This is a consistently shitty McDonald's. I gave 2 stars for the occasional times I've gotten a decent quick breakfast and the rare occasion my fries were hot & fresh and not sitting under the light forever. Today we got what appeared to be a drink holder pulled out of the trash. There's a man who claims to be the Manger, who has been there for several years, he's the older Hispanic man in his 80's who always wears a suit. He is the single most unprofessional rude individual I've ever met in a customer service role. He was not there today, however I hope for a day when there is new management and higher standards, seeing as how this particular MD's is closest to home. read more

If I could I'd give it 0 stars, what's the point of taking my order and making me wait 30+ mins and then coming to the window and it was a completely wrong order. I almost drove off multiple times but I was hungry. But it's a hella Knaw to come back to this McDonald's. I think the workers were doing crack. read more

Very friendly faces from ordering to when your food is brought to your table. Even better when ketchup is fully stocked and drinks are perfectly carbonated and not flat so they get Hugh scores across the board. As a stay at home mom and a single income household we are always on the search for kid friendly places that don't break the bank so McD's is quickly becoming a top contender with their touch screen interactive learning games my kids can even study Math for their age level, bring along homework and what better incentive than nuggets or hot fudge sundae?! overnight employees have the worst service ever. it's no reason why i come here; a place that's 24 hours, and see that they're not taking orders. what's the point of being open? why is a girl yelling at me through the window and running away? is this a jungle? i just want some hot n soicys and this if such a repetitive thing. talk do not pay people over night to repeatedly not take orders. do better. 0 stars. read more

Worst McDonald's in America. They have 3 lanes setup to get your food from the drive through, because they obviously can't get food made and to their customers. I order nuggets and got them immediately but because they have this setup with people waiting we can't get out and are forced to sit there. We have been sitting in line for 15 minutes with our food getting cold because they can't get orders out to people. Dumbest decision I've seen a business make. read more

The slowest McDonald's either they are always short staffed, management has no delegation experience or unsure why they are so slow. I waited almost 20 mins to receive my order and unfortunately the person in front of me was already waiting and I received my order first being behind them so I can't imagine how long they waited. If you are in a rush or on lunch break do not go here you'll spend at least 30-35 mins in total. From waiting to place your order to receiving it. Very unorganized read more

THE MANAGER OF THE MIDNIGHT SUCKKKKKKKKKK Yesterday i went to McDonalds around 2:45AM and i place a order over there, first of all when she speaking in the drive thru was so f***king rude and disrespectful digesting ma'am instead sir, the only thing she wants make is finish the order because "they will close soon", the person who gives me the order was so friendly, BUT when they give my orden is everything WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And also they don't get me napkins, ketchups, straws and others stuff to can eat without highlighting they didn't put extra caramel dizzel when i really did appear in my order. I came back to only ask them if they are so friendly as they said to give me the stuff to can eat, and the only argument she told me is "The store is closed, come back to 4am to give the things to eat" and i told her to they didn't give me straws, napkins, ketchup and pepper in my order (thing i told them and they have already). After so long to fought with that b*llsh*t manager, the worker who was friendly with me, she hear me and passed to the second window to give my stuff. So disrespectful and the thing i should know is don't give more hours to that manager or look a solution because in any moment we aren't rude with her. So bad experience and disgusted with that awful personnnn!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I used to work fast food and I realize how the chain can get backed up. Just to add some constructive advice..... Hire more people there are a lot of people daily who leave Mcdonalds to go to another place just for convenience. I would recommend that both lanes are readily available if a back up happens. It's a huge bonus having Apple Pay here at this location. With all the theft of identity and credit card issues I do not bring my major cards often. Huge points. The food was hot and the cashier was friendly. I know he was overwhelmed because I had been there before not to long ago trying to serve everybody and make sure the time didn't tick to long. Great news is you having Apple Pay keeps me in the line waiting ! read more

McDonald's - It's packed as always - Fast Food Near Me - Katy, Texas

I don't expect much out of mcdonald's. Never have. Especially in the days of covid. However, mcdonald's is still supposed to be fast food is it not? I waited for over 30 minutes in the drive thru lane at midnight. Now I understand that there are times where things happen and clogs happen. But I was third from the speaker when I started and it took me over 10 minutes to place my order and then another 20 to get my food. Fast food is more like snail food read more

This place is by far the worst McDonald's restaurant n Houston. They will ALWAYS make you pull forward to wait behind 10 other cars. You will sit there for another 15 minutes and your food will be wrong. Avoid this disaster there's 2 others close by that are far better. read more

The select few times I have come to this McDonalds has just been the worst for wait times.. I don't set a high expectation for it but this time was absolutely terrible, not sure how fast food can take so long. Literally 20 minutes sitting in a drive through for food. Simple 2 burgers what could possibly take so long.. Hey owner maybe step in and see what can be improved because cars are driving off everywhere which can't be your goal. read more

WORST MCDONALDS IN KATY! So let me start by saying I went here for nuggets! When I got there it was a line but that wasn't the issue... they had me at the drive thru waiting for over 20 min by then it was NO LINE infront of me! They told me they're machine was down so I waited an additional 10-15 min there was about 6 cars behind me after that and the (MANAGER) Who's name was DAVID asked me to circle around to the back of the line because it was a lot of cars and I'm like so if you can't take any orders why does it matter if I'm in the back or the front and I was there before all the cars so why would I go to the back of the line I rather just wait then when the machine started back working he said he was refusing to take my order because I held up the line !
