I waited 20 minutes to order myself food and another 15 to receive it. All I ordered was a McMuffin and a coffee. When I finally received my food the bread was rock hard I couldn't even bite into it. This place had way long lines and wait times. They have two drive thru spots but one is mostly always shut closed down. read more

Traveling through and we saw the golden arches sign so we knew, or hoped, it would be the usual good meal. Not the healthiest though, just consistently good. We ordered the two cheeseburger meal, chicken nuggets for my son, and a Big Mac meal for me. The bread was stale, edges were hard and broken. The burgers were cooked earlier in the day or the day before because they were dark and dry. The fries were cold. The chicken nuggets were chewy and warm, no flavor. This was a disaster. I went in to replace my french fries and the young woman looked at me startled, as if she did not know what to do. She then turned to a slightly older young man and he too did not know what to do. Finally a short woman with black hair and broken English working the cash register told them to just please get the fries replaced. We did not ask for the food to be replaced but we did not finish it. The next batch of fries were also just warm and cold. Not sure what the deal is with this location but it's the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in the world. Avoid at all costs. read more

Horrible leadership at this McDonald's. Placed our order then went to use restroom and there was no toilet paper. Let them know immediately. 10 minutes later still no toilet paper. Asked for manager. Still nothing done. No English speaking employees, no gravity of the situation. No one cared. Sandwiches were the worst ever. Only one happy here was my dog in the car who got mine. If I'm gonna pay almost $3.50 for a large fry, you better fill that flippen thing to the dang brim, not half way. Waited in line for 15 minutes, got to the window, didn't have our food ready by the time 15 minutes we wait and they had us sit and wait in a spot for 10 more minutes. I understand they're busy, nobody is perfect. But you can do better. If you're low on staff, I appreciate those who are working, but also hustle to get more employees. My husband and I are on a road trip, we're hungry and we end up waiting 25 minutes for FAST food and they didn't even fill the large fry all up. Just do better. read more

I don't know why this McDonald's is so much better than all of the others in the magic valley, but it is. The food is always fresher and just a little better. I'm kind of sad I am not in Jerome as much any more because I really like my McGriddles after working with cattle. Lol. read more

I ordered through the mobile app and waited for 10 minutes before they said to go through the drive-through which was fine but the employee tore our receipt which come into play later, after 45 minutes of waiting we finally got our food and we went home trusting them to put everything in it. Once we got home we were kissing a drink and toy in the kid's meal, missing 2 large fries and the other large fry we got most of the fries were rock hard, a 20 piece nugget, the Big Mac's super sloppy, and my Large Diet Coke was just pure soda no syrup. I hate being the guy that complains but this seems to happen everytime I go to this certain location the service is terrible and the food is trash. Wish there were some way to show less than one star. But then again, it's probably ludicrous that I"m posting a review of so foul a place. Got the incinerated "Angus Burger" and they charged me $1.00 for water and $.20 cents for "extra" mayonayses... have they been going to the airline school of airline management. Terrible service. The boy (Anthony) taking our order was rude and when they messed up our order, we politely asked for a double cheeseburger instead of the quarter pounder. Anthony said "no you wanted the quarter pounders" no sir I asked you multiple times for a cheeseburger cause you didn't hear me the first three times. Never again. I generally have low standards for fast food and thus try to avoid it but holy cow this one takes the cake. Smallest "Big Mac" in the world. If they make those patties any smaller, they'll be nonexistent. Oh, and they packed the "Big Mac" and chicken wrap with so much lettuce it's ridiculous. All of the McDonalds restaurants in this valley are managed very well. I've eaten McDonalds all over the world and management varies greatly. I highly recommend these restaurants...not for nutrition. Purely because of good management. read more
