It's a Burger King - that said, I'm partially responding to the one star reviews, because our experience was ok, especially since we had a puppy with us. We appreciated being able to sit outside, and one of the staff helped me organize our order since two drinks and two meals were a bit much to carry in one trip. The Whopper and fries were made to specification (no mayonnaise, add mustard, extra pickle, extra onion) which is to be expected, but a lot of restaurants like this get it constantly wrong. Went through the drive thru at 11:00 pm. 1 hour before closing. There was a guy employee standing out back smoking and throwing a fit because people were there. He said he refused to turn back on the grill so we were out of luck....I work fast food and I thought when the sign says open you are open....thank you Taco Bell next door for serving us dinner.Taco bell gets 5 stars read more

I just went through the drive through it's about 10:30 & the lady was really impatient, very rude on the intercom when we were ordering she just acted like lazy, and didn't care! At all! And when I was trying to order she seemed pushy! We get our stuff and asked for fry sauce she immediately said "we're out!" Very rude like! And then shit the window! My wife went through the drive thru ordered her meal and asked to have her fries cooked well done. When she got her order she checked and the fries were still a white color definitely not well done. She told the girl at the window that they weren't well done. The girl said that's the way it is and closed the window on her. Won't be going back!!!! read more

Adding my dismal one star review to the rest. One doesn't generally expect a lot from a BK, but man is this awful. Our order was wrong and so were the orders of three other patrons who stood in line by me for their order to be corrected. Also, WORST BK food of my life. Ever. Not even sure how they managed to make the "drop-in-a-timed-frier-to-cook" food so horrid. But it was inedible. Worst part, by far, was the employee who rang up my order and, when I asked if there was a child-size drink, actually barked at me saying "I thought you wanted a small!" A manager overheard him and came over to instruct him to give me a Value-size drink. He turned to her and lost it. Yelling, "I already rang her up for a SMALL!" and then rolled his eyes, sighed, and stormed off. I was shocked. While she rang me up I jokingly said, "That kid might need a different job." Analysis. I have eaten there many time's I was once an employee by this restaurant, I would suggested reporting them to the Fire Marshall Or even OSHA, Better Business Bureau so on and so forth. Like I said I was once one of their employee's my working experience there qualified high above anything already had past experience within fast food and retail work. The thing's I noticed is that their fryers are falling apart one on the far left end was exploding the owner's of this location H.B. Boy's LLC. is not only not worried about it, They are also not gonna do anything about it as well as many dysfunctional device's operating within that location. Such as Broiler, Fryer, And customer service issues. Alot of Employee's there are disrespectful and arrogant to their fellow employee's as well as one of the Main Supervisor's in which is named Becky.Before all of this and to actually working for this company did I not see all of this. Recent activity has brought this to life I was actually working with Teen's on the Job. Didn't mind. There was a very few there that was disrespectful. I even got pushed out of the way by a Female Teen running the drivethru area just so she could bum rush past me to take and eat a few fries infront of other customer's. They also hence forth horse played around. Alot one of the manager's by The Name of Nikeisha barely knew what she's was doing for the most part. I would get asked what the burger consisted of after I marked and made the burger based on the specification's made by the customer. I can understand it being for my own knowledge but it was frequent and she had this look of confusion on her face. The people working the Drivethru are very mean to the customer's One of them actually suggested a customer get a peanut butter sandwich because he complained about no salt and pepper on his sandwich even though it's mandatory for salt and pepper on there sandwiches. There was no how may I help you or can I help you. There was yeah what can I get ya. Food was also being served overdone and burnt because some of my fellow employee's didn't rotate stock the Lettuce was turning brown and i got yelled at and told to use it anyway. The broiler wasn't cleaned correctly during closing. I was still finding black grease or whatever on it. There was a very unkempt and unclean sink afterwards. I was hesitant to stop here because of the bad reviews but with screaming kids in the car I was desperate for a pit stop. I was pleasantly surprised by the fast and friendly service (they gladly excepted both of my coupons). The bathrooms were clean, as were the table and chairs,but the floor was sticky in spots. The most dirty restaurant I have ever seen and I have seen quite a few. I went to the restroom and it had not been cleaned for weeks. Decided not to eat there but bought coffee to sip on while using the wi- fi. The cup had old stains from a previous customer. I arrived and the restaurant was not that busy. Only two families were eating when we showed up. We ordered our food. They were out of cones for the ice cream cones. Ordered our food. Food took an entire 15 minutes to get to our table. Then we asked for ketchup, the store was out of ALL ketchup. Asked for fry-sauce, the store was out of fry-sauce, too. They always taste old and dry.
