Brezzie ( sp ) was our waitress; she was totally spot on with everything. The setting was again awesome with a nice day over looking the river, the Louisville skyline and the bridges. Walking bridge was busy. Drinks were ordered and food orders placed. I had aside salad that was fresh, crisp, nicely crafted and tasty. Along with that I had the dry rubbed wings. So good and nice portion. My wife had the Reuben which was new for her (use). It was very, very good and well put together. I'm not a big Reuben person but I tasted it and it was very good! And when Breezie was busy another waitress perfectly slipped in to keep us well served. Their training is spot on. In my opinion this location probably has some of the best trained staff in the Clark County area. Not that others a bad this place just feels like a step up. Good food, service and view keeps us coming back!!!!

The menu rotates, but it's always a huge portion and so good. The dry rub Cajun wings are a must. The wraps are big and filling. I'm hoping they bring back the chicken salad sandwich h

Seating was available inside and out - accessible seating for those in a wheelchair would be difficult indoors due to limited space - tables are very close together. We elected to sit indoors due to the heat and had no trouble finding an available table. Our server was Greg and while the restaurant was not crowded - he was covering table tables both inside and out - which meant he would disappear for long periods of time. While he did his best to cover everyone appropriately, I believe the manager should reevaluate table coverage for a superior dining experience. The menu provides ample selection of items to order. I would highly recommend the large pretzel as an appetizer. We ordered the Cuban sandwich with potato salad and a chicken sandwich with waffle fries. I mentioned to Greg that I was lactose intolerant and he was able to accommodate by ensuring he would mention to the chef that no diary should be used in preparation. Both sandwiches arrived with no issues - with the only complaint being that the potato salad was very bland. Other than that, all went well. Overall, the food was good - fairly straightforward bar food. During peak times - seating will be limited, possibly non-existent. If you try Pearl Street Taphouse go during off-peak hours for the best service and seating options.

As far as the restaurant, this is a really great place to go in downtown Jeffersonville. I do not…read moreknow the story of the building, but it is a tall brick building, kind of rustic. It definitely has an old-world vibe as far as the interior. Chef Mike has won numerous awards and his team has been extremely consistent. If there are a few things I would suggest, it's that some of the things that Chef Mike shows on his sites or does, he brings to the restaurant. It seems the menu really hasn't changed much. We tend to go to Just Brunch now, on Sundays, maybe twice a month. I enjoy all the food there. I would say the only problems are, honestly, the customers. One old dude picking food off a plate that a server was trying to refill the bar was disgusting. Then another moron licking his fingers and touching the tongs so you could not use them after him. It's really just people not knowing how to act in public. But the restaurant does address it to make sure people are not contaminating the food.

I had no idea the veggie burger was the one featured on the show, so as a vegetarian, I was especially excited to try it. Our group all ordered different burgers, along with the fries and Brussels sprouts, and every single plate was a hit. They have super unique sauces to try as well, I am not a huge pickle fan but the dill pickle hot sauce was my personal favorite. I also recommend grabbing a brown butter toffee cookie on your way out. The restaurant has a fun, laid-back atmosphere with great music, colorful murals, a lively bar area, and Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives playing on the TVs, which was a nice touch. It's also located in a cute part of downtown Louisville that's worth exploring. The service matched the food. Everyone was welcoming, happy to answer our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed. This will definitely be on my list for a return visit the next time I'm in Louisville.
