This is the worst Mc. Donald's in Jeff City, but the music is good! None of the ordering kiosks work and the employee working at the cashier took the order of the people in directly in front of us but then walked outside as soon as they were done. We were next in line lol. We waited until a different employee, who had just clocked in, take our order (Thank you!). Also, nothing was clean but I didn't expect it to be. They've improved on their vanilla milkshakes!! Their vanilla milkshakes taste great and better now!! Their vanilla milkshakes taste just as good as most locations!! Some of the employees are very friendly but need a little bit improvement on customer service. I've walked inside this McDonalds multiple times and sometimes it seems there was nobody at the counter to take my order. But, patience is the key!! Just a tip(not a complaint okay), the more prompt and ready to help customers, the more better business you will find and get. Nobody's perfect!! Restrooms were sanitary or clean. This location is the worst in JC. Staff never addresses people as they come in. Food takes longer than a steakhouse order, managers are outside smoking with trash bags around them by the entrance. It's not hard to greet a customer. read more

It's McDonald's. I've visited this location three times in the past seven months. I don't love McDonalds but it's McDonald's. I'd like to give them more stars but 2/3 times I visited the mcnuggets I received were very overcooked. Thin and weird. Thankfully this last time they were good Soo there's that. Newly remodeled, I haven't ventured inside yet. The staff were friendly enough. Oh, minus another point because they don't have 6 piece regular mcnugget meals anymore. Absolutely unbelievable. My family and I walked into the store for a late breakfast. As we stand at the counter, patiently waiting for someone to simply acknowledge our presence, we are forced to endure a constant stream of complaints from the employees in the back about "management never staffing enough on Sunday's" or "Welcome to working Sunday"! After 10 minutes and the line growing behind us, a young lady finally approaches the counter to take our order. As I begin to order breakfast for my my family, I am interupted by the young lady and told in a snarky tone, that it is now past 10:30 am and the items, pancakes to be specific, are no longer being served. I was completely at a loss for words for a moment. We had walked in to the lobby well before 10:30 am! I suppose this is the level of service that we should come to expect from Mc Donald's! I was headed to Rolla, Missouri and stopped by this McDonald's for a break. I hadn't really been paying attention to my map; I simply pulled off the highway to the first fast food I found. So I'm walking towards the bathroom and I very politely ask this young girl, "Can you please tell me what city I'm in?" She gave me the snobbiest - 'How stupid can you be?' - type answer. Last two visits they said they were out of their sausage burrito. Our visits were about two weeks apart. It is the only breakfast item I like. This item is on their billboard.....get the sign changed if they are not going to offer the burrito. False advertising. read more

Really shitty. The lady who took our order didn't even put it on the screen So I could double check, didn't read my full order back to me, and kept having to excuse herself for who knows what reason. Took 15 minutes just to order in the drive through. Then they charged me with a bunch of stuff I didn't even order And then the stuff wasn't even in the bag when we collected our food. Had to wait another 15 minutes just to go through the drive through again. 1/10 would NOT recommend thi McDonald'. read more

My friends and I just went to this McDonalds an hour ago to get a quick lunch. The woman taking the orders was in a pretty bad mood. It was only us and two other people in the building. The two other guys there (they did not come together) and they had both gotten messed up orders. The first guy was about to get the right order, but the 2nd guy left because it was taking too long. went to the mcd on missouri blvd on saturday 4/30/2023 went thru the drive thru. started at the outside drive thru and wasn't working right. there was a white car in front off use waiting at the speaker, and 2 car had went though the inside lane so we back up and went to the inside lane and someone answer the intercom. we told them that the other intercom wasn't work and the lady said ( IT'S NOT OUR PROBLEM) we told them that if thats the case we will eat somewhere else. read more

Horrible Manager Melissa! Horrible service given. No customer care at all. Making one feel as if they are begging for food. I had issue regarding a replacement order and was given a voucher. There was a confusion regarding redemption of the voucher. The voucher entitles for a FILL VALUE BIG SIZE MEAL, which includes a full priced meal. I asked for a wrap and the representative didn't inform me that big wraps are not on menu so we only have wrap in the dollar saver menu. When I realized that the wrap given to me was smaller one, I went and asked for replacement to give me a bigger meal instead of the dollar menu wrap. I was told that cannot be done. The confusion caused should have been resorted immediately and I was neglected and ignored horribly, having me stand there like an idiot while the manager looked away and started serving other customers. Completely ignored me and ignored the situation. NOT CAPABLE OF HANDLING THE SITUATION AT ALL. STAFF needs reshuffling or FURTHER training. I will put this with the consumer forums. The overall reviews for the same store at overall different websites is a an evidence and most reviews have negative content. Strict supervision from the corporate head office highly required. Ordered a southwest grilled chicken salad with extra chicken... the salad was missing the corn salsa and the tortilla strips. Just chicken and lettuce with a tiny bit of cheese. I get that it McD's and a fast drive thru lunch, but missing half the ingredients kind of ruins your lunch. Very disappointed. read more
