My wife and I recently joined their Mug Club which had a very reasonable price to join and the mugs will be a great keepsake. I realized I left 4-stars before as a result of the handicap parking experience, but the quality of the food, the amazing personalities and customer service from the staff and having sat down and talked with the owners they deserve all five stars. The presence on social media is well received and they keep their consumers well informed of menu changes, specials, live music and engage regularly with comments. The food continues to be impressive especially their appetizers. The dunker dads are a nice fried dough style bread bite (made from their pizza dough I believe) dressed in a parmesan dusting with side of both marinara and their house made Alfredo sauce. Their burgers are phenomenal, their pizza is a family favorite and they do offer a vegan cheese so I can indulge in some of their dinner favorites that involve cheese. If you are int he Livermore Falls, Jay, Wilton area, you HAVE to take a ride and try My Dad's place. They have some parking near the building and across the street is additional parking. If you want to beat their dinner crowd, especially on Friday/Saturday you need to be there before 5pm and maybe earlier if they are having live music on their deck where there is an additional bar.

I have to start off by saying, had I written this 4-6 months ago, the rating would be closer to a…read more2-star, but Management has taken feedback seriously and been working hard to hire new staff and improve the quality of their products. The pandemic hit this location pretty hard and they struggled to keep staff from leaving and taking advantage of Maine's unemployment benefits resulting from COVID. I can't hold that agains the General Manager, but it did impact the quality food being put out and made it difficult to keep up with the demand and traffic they got from customers. I used their survey opportunities, after several purchases to raise some concerns around quality and speed of product delivery. I got a response and an apology letter from the GM. To go to that length to address a customer's concern is admirable. Since then, they have been able to get staff to stick around, the food quality has gone up and the service time to getting the final product has greatly improved. I believe the drive thru still has areas of improvement because it still is a bit on the slow side, but I am confident that will improve. I do have to give props to an older worker who recognized I was lactose intolerant when I asked her to remove cheese and avoid a dressing for a salad I had ordered. She was quick to point out which options would best suit my dietary needs. Overall, I am basing this review of the last several interactions I had following the lockdown and the fact the GM took the time to respond to my survey responses and address some of the issues I had raised. As I have done dozens, if not hundreds of times in the past I requested "unsweetened iced tea, topped with lemonade". The manager, Debbie, refused to do that for me, claiming that it was against company policy to "mix drinks". No other Taco Bell, KFC, or Burger King has ever refused my simple request. Iced tea is almost always offered with lemon, and there is even a drink called an Arnold Palmer that is a combination of iced tea and lemonade. If this is a local location policy, or a corporate policy I sure think she needs a bit of common sense rather than to send a customer away by refusing business. I cancelled my order and left. Before I drove away I tried to go inside to talk to the manager, but the doors were locked at 230 in the afternoon. So I drove back around to the drive thru and discovered that it WAS the manager that refused my request. I asked how to contact the owner of the location and I was told to go online. Worst customer experience ever except maybe at Boomers in Norway. Never have been and never will go back there or let anyone else either! I would ask everyone to share this experience far and wide. It was balanced and pretty good. I didn't pick up any flavor notes in particular, which may have to with the fact that it was cold brewed rather than hot brewed and then chilled.
