The absolute worst customer service in Jarrell. They truly don't give a crap about customers and are so rude about it. If you order on the mobile app, you will wait longer than if you'd just ordered at the restaurant, and they will still park you regardless of what you ordered. The food is very mediocre, even by fast food standards because they have it sitting under heat lamps for hours before you get it. Given the cost, this is never worth it. If you're traveling, I'd advise going further north to a different location or south to one in Round Rock. Georgetown location is just as bad. read more

I would give it less but the least i can do is one smh, i lost my phone and they recovered it and i asked one staff member and she was VERY helpful but the other staff members did NOT speak any english and she asked them if they had seen any phone and they didn't understand so they said no. Drive to Georgetown or better yet, eat out of a garbage can; at least the food in the trash is more fresh than the trash they make here. 9 times out of 10 they get the order wrong. That's to be expected from a low-grade workforce. I always check before I leave and correct them. Lately they just leave the food sitting out for hours. Food is hard, stale and cold. The only thing that's missing is maggots. Lastly, the employees. Good God is it a hiring prerequisite to have these soulless teens stare at you, with no smile, and to say nothing? Drive through is usually pretty quick to get through and food is always hot and my order is always correct. My only complaint would be the lack of friendliness from the drive-through window employees. Horrible! Horrible service! I was with a group of 8 that ordered all together. The lady forgot 2 meals and when we went to show and tell them they told us we have to buy another meal because we didnt have proof. If I didnt order my food then how did I get a cup/drink? My friends mushroom burger was raw. (I have pictures) They replaced it but then forgot to put the mushrooms on the new burger. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle. Unfortunately, I came home and found out that they only gave me bacon and bread, no egg or cheese. I guess they are trying to copy Ikea where you have to build your own sandwich at home. Not only that, but the cashier couldn't even calculate the correct change. Beware because she gave me two different totals at the window. Which then I proceeded to correct her on the correct amount of change that was due and after a minute of exchanging words it finally clicked and she realized that $15(amount given) minus $13 (total due) equals $2 not ZERO. You are better off going in and order then going through drive through. 60% of the time I ordered from the drive through they get my order wrong. No onions please there would be onions or get a burger that comes with two petty and there would be one. Let's not even order shakes because it's always broken. This is the most surreal experience. Stopped here on the way back from Dallas so my daughter could stretch her legs and get happy (meal). Walked in and had to do a double-take. THIS is a McDonald's? There's a zen design to the place, lots of zebra wood (faux, but it's new so it still looks decent) and dash of Scandanavian design thrown in. A sort of ecclectic mix but it looks pretty dang cool in and of itself...throw in the fact that it's McDonad's and it's almost too good to be true. I thought the asian fusion salad with edamame was a relevation...but the look of this McDonald's is just wild. With all of the recent press about Mickey D's taking on Starbucks, you can see here that they're trying to turn the ship around via design too. Still...in Jarrell? I don't mean to sound a snob...I just don't see a lot of evidence that the town values high(er) level of design. If you find yourself on the road between Austin & Dallas, delay your exit meal and stop here instead. Even if you typically turn your nose up to such edibles, you will be amazed. read more

Like ANY mcdonalds they screw up half the time, maybe a little less, but it DOES seem impossible for them to NOT put pickles on a burger! And it always sends them into a tailspin of mass confusion if you use the mobile app to order, but im not totally blaming them on that one, the other mcd. The folks here do NOT say, "Thank You". I live in this town and have 2 kids, so I am very well acquainted with this McDonalds. The last 3 times I've gone through the drive-thru, not one of the employees said a simple, "Thank You". It's the simplest thing to say. I don't expect much but I do expect to be thanked when I give a business my money. And it's not the same people at the windows taking my order or giving me my food each time.
