Dine-in or drive-thru, the service is very slow. Associates are not welcoming nor greet/thank you for your patronage. This location has twice upcharged my order to gain additional revenue. The second time this happened I asked the male associate why he upgraded the order and he said I though I wanted the bigger meal. I said no. He then said it will take longer to redo the order. I paid for the order and provided feedback to McDonald's Corporate via the Survey they offer on the order receipt. No offer to contact me about my visit was offered on the survey. Apparently corporate knows that the client relations is poor when they do not offer the guest an opportunity to leave their contact information for follow up. Watch your order. They will upcharge your order without you knowing it. UGH! read more

If I could get this review a negative star that's what it would be given. However the reviews don't work that way. My husband and I are doing doordash and have been waiting in line for over 45 minutes. We were here well before closing and clean up time. The person who is supposed to be doing headset was doing dishes in the back as cars were piled up in line. All of the other employees were outside smoking cigarettes and taking their personal calls while there were over 10 cars in line. I really don't understand how a business could do this poorly. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Don't come here at night because if you try to, you literally sit in the drive-through for 10 or 15 minutes before you even get talked too. it will take you almost an hour to get food from the time you get here until the time you leave. They waited till after I ordered and waited in the drive thru line to pay to tell me that they are only accepting cash because their machine is down. That is information that should be disclosed when your ordering. Not after you wait almost 15 minutes to get to the window. Poor customer service. read more

I ordered two Sausage McMuffins in the drive through and after three or four minutes paid. Three or four minutes later I arrived at the delivery window. 8 or 9 minutes in line, about typical for McDonalds. I was told the sausages were on the grill and asked to pull forward. I waited and waited and waited. A man came out and gave food to the car in front of the car in front of me. Wait some more. A woman came out and gave food to the car in front of me. Wait some more. Sausages have been on the grill 20 minutes now. Finally a man comes out and approaches with a bag. He asked what I ordered, I tell him, he veers off to give the bag to the car behind me. I couldn't wait any longer. I drove off without my food. I usually allow 20 minutes to get my "fast food" from McDonalds. I guess I will have to up that to 30 minutes, maybe 35. Maybe I'll just get a steak cooked to order which would be quicker. Seriously, I can't wait forever. I'm done with McDonalds. read more

The worst McDonald's I have hit in the world. Service was slow to the point that customers were getting angry. The fries were unsalted and shiny with grease, undercooked and limp. The replacement was just as bad. The coke is flat and they didn't seem like they could care less about it. No smiles, nothing but tension. The structure is modern but feels rundown inside. read more

Service is always so slow. The workers don't care about what they're doing and don't care about the customers. They will get your order wrong more often than not. Fries are always cold and there's either too much of something on your sandwich or barely anything at all. I don't recommend coming here if you've got another option-- like, for example, the Taco Bell next door. read more
