We stopped here on the way back to Canada from Mackinaw city to get an ice cream and wow it was melting so quick... The service is fast and the server are not rude. The seating is pretty nice, and washrooms are clean. They have an awesome kids play area and the restaurant is designed very well and has covered a play area, cafe, and restaurant very well. There is parking on the location and they have free Wifi. read more

Always a f issue. When someone asks for their food fresh and they have no time waiting. What's the problem? Horrible staff in the AM except a yt lady at the 2nd drive thru window who is beyond exceptional. Not only did k get my food cold it was sloppy. Sauce all over my breakfast sandwich. read more

We stop at this location on the way up north. Very quick to get through the drive thru and the frappes are blended to perfection! Sometimes we'll get some chicken nuggets or burgers too an both of those are delicious as well! read more

McDonald's - Burgers Near Me - Imlay City, Michigan

This is getting ridiculous. Out of the last 8 orders, only 2 have been correct! That's not good. Last night I got two regular hamburgers and a Big Mac that I was saving for today since there are no McDonalds around me. I pulled out the bag just now and instead of my Big Mac there was a cheese Burger. I can't have cheese so this one went right into the trash. Not Happy. read more

At this location of McDonald's Everytime my bf or I orders a coffee we have to tell them at least twice what it is it's premium hot coffee with three of sugar and three of cream and almost everytime we are there we get to the window to pick up the order it's either iced coffee, black coffee and or just straight up cold and this is every time we go there read more

A typical McDonald's, burgers and fries are typical. Service is quick, and having self service kiosk allows me to customize my choices very easily. read more

It's McDonald's food is what it is. However this one serves cold fries more then others. This is not fast food this restaurant is SLOW. Be prepared to pull up and wait no matter what you order in the drive-thru. read more

Emely was so helpful. They were closing the lobby down and she still serviced me at the door, instead of ignoring like most do. It was a simple request that they went out of their way for. I also like that this McD's has a drink fountain in the lobby. A lot of them have simply removed it so we can't get our own drinks. I hope this place stays in shape. read more

You guys raised the shareables nugget prices again. It was $7ish for the 20 piece and 2 med fries, then $12 and now $14. All in the last 2 months. Enough!!! Our family is so tired of this. You guys our charging way too much at Imlay City. We're done. read more

Very nice and great service. Got my food very quickly. It was very good mood set and very sweet workers

Why are the fries never fresh at this location? Soggy or hard is all I get. Sooo Disappointing because Mcdonald's fries are always the best when they are done right. read more

McDonald's - burgers with pounds of ketchup and 3 pickles just in the middle - Burgers Near Me - Imlay City, Michigan

Every time I've been there, food was top tier. I believe someone in there is running this establishment like a military, prestige and honorary. Fries always crispy and hot to the touch. Used to make the 2.5 hour drive just for their spicy nuggets because they were S-Tier. Fast service and always got what I wanted. read more

thank you for the ice cream cone for my furbaby Ted ! he says thank you the manager and staff are extremely friendly!

They always be getting your order wrong and it's annoying as heck but when they fix it, it taste fine and sometimes the workers are mean and disrespectful read more

Avoid this location at all costs. I am a restaurant manager and could not FATHOM treating customers the way I was treated tonight. And this is not the first time at this location. My order is messed up every time and the employees take no accountability whatsoever. They will blame YOU for it. The two older ladies working tonight were so unbelievably rude, and I was not for a second mad about the mess up until they started getting loud with me. I hope taking your anger out on me made you feel better. The customer is not always right, but they aren't always wrong either. I think this place needs to take some time instilling better values into their staff members. I will not be returning. Ever. And I'll make sure I pass it on. read more

Terrible restaurant. Horrible food and they are rude to customers and doordashers. Consistently receive cold food from here and I've seen them drop hamburgers on the floor and pick it back up and put it in the customers bag, right in front of a lobby full of people. Elderly female shift leader thinks she can talk down to dashers and customers like she does her minimum wage employees. Go somewhere else. The two older women that work there are the worst. They really need to instill some values into the employees at McDonalds. read more

They did not fill my fries all the way and my friends orange juice was not filled all the way

Worst McDonalds ever, The service sucks. Couldnt get a order right if they wanted to and by the looks of things they dont. Every single time i try to go there (and it has been a long time because of how bad its run) they screw it up. I was just there for breakfast ordered three orders of hotcakes and three hash browns not to hard... Get home no hash browns, Know i am more pissed at myself for not checking but oh well i go back with the whole order because we dont want to eat cold hot cakes. The manager just re heats my old hot cakes and gives back order still with no hash browns DUH. Then gives me order and says i gave you more syrup because there not in the bag and i know i put them in there the first time acting as if she is put out by me coming back because she screwed up my order. No im sorry nothing she was an ass and i wasnt rude about any of it. I will at this point tell everyone that i can even if i dont know them to not go there. And by the way screwing up orders and rude customer service is what your known for. My order number was 1394 on sat morning 04/20/19 just in case anyone really gives a shit which im sure you dont. read more

Pam and Melinda are legit goats. Brain Barth will put the power of god into each batch of fries. Austin young will put fresh beats on and when the ketchup machine works you already know it's gonna be epic. I wouldn't go here if chad didn't work here and look like a chad taking my order. This makes all other McDonald's look like burger kings and I wouldn't go anywhere else unless destiny is working. read more

One of the older older manager was rude, and told me that I was not allowed to get a refund for my food. So I drove off, will never come to this place again. Very rude. read more
