The biscuits are good too although they don't have the fake butter flavor I regret to say I do like from KFC, even though I think these are better quality. One thing I DID NOT LIKE AT ALL was the CHICKEN SANDWICH that comes with pickles and a little bit of honey sauce--the texture of this chicken breast was really weird. It crunched when I bit through it, but the crunch was not from the breading or the pickles; the meat itself was tough like it was heavily "pumped up" with a saltwater solution or something to make it juicy and full. I ate about half of the sandwich but frankly, this meat grossed me out and had a really unnatural texture. Almost like rubbery and so firm that the meat itself sort of snaps/crunches when you chew through it. I will definitely never get the sandwich again and am not sure if the nuggets and chicken strips might be weird like this too. But the bone-in chicken is stellar!

I felt awkward and uncomfortable-when all I wanted was to quietly order 2 steak sandwiches and be on my way home-sans all the DRAMA . The topper was when the guy who made the comment and I'm guessing cooked my food came to the counter personally to hand me my sandwiches. He gave me an ear to ear fake smile and told me to "enjoy my food!"-all this while several other staff members gathered to watch me walk to my car - grinning like they were in on a prank or joke that I was the brunt of!- a feeling of dread overcame me as I drove away and when I got home, my husband{ By the way, I'm a woman-using his e-mail account{} and I were afraid to eat the sandwiches and ended up throwing them both in the garbage!..You know- I read the review guidelines and edited out a lot more I wanted to say, but sometimes I wish I still lived in an era when people weren't afraid to just "Tell it like it is!"
