Not the first time I had issues with this restaurant. Ordered a sausage egg McMuffin with cheese. Pulled out on the road and unwrapped my sandwich. The sandwich felt light. Took a bite and guess what, no egg! How can you screw up the egg in the "egg McMuffin"? We turned the car around and went back to the restaurant. They gave him a replacement sandwich but asked for the original sandwich back! The didn't offer to keep the mistake or do anything extra to make up for their screw up and my trouble. read more

I ordered 25 Shamrock shakes to drop off as a marketing opportunity, for my business. The shakes were ready when I arrived, and Mya assisted me to my car. Thank you, Mya!!!! very rude manager. poor experience at this location. It's unacceptable to treat customers disrespectfully that's doing business with your establishment read more

Ordered a large Diet Coke at the drive thru. Paid the 1.90 - picked up the soda and drove away and realized there was no ice. Drove back around and waited for a cup of ice which the person had to scoop from out of the top of the machine. Ok - so machine is jacked up not a big deal. Drove away and took a sip of the soda I put the ice in - completely grossly flat. No carbonation. If your machine isn't working - don't sell room temp flat soda. Numerous times we have gotten cold/stale food and have stopped ordering anything from here. Not eating here anymore. read more

Fries were terrible. 3 min drive home and the fries were Cold and soggy. Sandwich was wrong. 3 total cars in line should have made it easy to be accurate. read more

Food was all right at best but we saw that they had the squish mellow toy, and just wanted to buy one and they would not let us. They said we had to buy a happy meal which is totally a lot and then you can buy a toy anywhere else don't go to this one. read more

Mcdonald's employer called us white trash and the food was not very good. Everyone's very disrespectful and not very clean tables.

I went thru the drive-thru for a Large chocolate shake. It cost $4.85. While driving away, I took a sip. Ugh, it was not cold and it tasted like liquid chocolate milk. I was unable to turn around on Rte 47 to return it. What a waste of money. Almost $5 for a lousy room temperature chocolate milk. It was not cold and should not have been served or sold. There was obviously something wrong with the dispenser. It was awful. Two thumbs way down from me. Ick. read more

Stopped in for breakfast (about 10 minutes to 11am on Saturday) -- apparently everyone else had the same idea as it was BUSY and our food took awhile. But it was fresh, and they gave us an extra hash brown for the wait. read more

Over the past year this McDonald's has been awful, consistently getting my order wrong, rude customer service, and the food isn't as good as all the other locations. I heard about how McDonald's is getting harder on franchisees and how they are running the businesses, I know that this one was recently bought out buy a different family than before, and I have noticed that they have done horrible since then. Some of these young adults need to be trained on customer service as well, all around rude. I hope this McDonald's gets turned around, the one further down 47 closer to 90 is 10 times better and much better food and customer service. Ease of use for me since this one is not even five minutes away, but the extra few minutes might be worth it from now on. Good luck. read more

Terrible service, waited 14 minutes for 3 burgers, fries and an order of hotcakes. Manager on duty didn't seem to care.

Please save yourself a trip and go a mile down the road to the McDonald's that won't forget something every time. Also wonderful that they don't tell you till after you pay they ran out of an item. read more

This place is the worse of any McDonald's. I don't care if it's a franchisee or corporate!! They not only got my order WRONG, but ACCUSED me of being wrong and them right!! They said so! They came right and said it!! They said if what I think I ordered, I would have to pay the difference!! Oh heck no!!! I have a witness AND the guy speaking in the speaker, also REPEATED my order back to me. I called Corp McDonald's. If no response I'll call again! This is NOT how you treat another human being!!! Maybe it's true afterall.....we're eating human meat at McDonald's and that's why they're closing their stores! No respect=no more McDonald's so don't waste your money on this one.....unless you like being mistreated!! read more

I don't eat at McDonald's often, but I had a taste for a Quarter Pounder before the long drive home. The restaurant was crowded on a Sunday afternoon. In spite of a long drive-thru line, it moved along quickly. I don't ask for much from a fast food restaurant, but getting my two item order correct is important. I ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese and a small fry. That's what I paid for and that's what it said on my receipt. Why was I given a chicken sandwich and a fry? It's not worth the wait to stand in line to get my order corrected. I opted for convenience and went through the drive-thru. Unacceptable. read more

What else can you say here... it's a fast food chain. It's nice and clean. Being in the Midwest out here in Huntley It was a surprise to me to see the kitchen and counter manned by an all hispanic crew. I thought it was going be an all-white crew. I did caught some of the white customers stealing a glance at me and my group. What you never saw Asians before? Or maybe we looked gangsta iunno.... read more

Although this is not the best McDonalds out there, I find whenever I need a last resort, this McDonalds is my option. There may be long waits, or a bit of confusion while ordering, but all and all, at the end of the day, if you order McDelivery from this McDonalds, you will generally have some nice meals. Though, most of the time I order from the Mickey D's closer to my house. read more

I wanted to make it aware that I had a large piece of plastic in one of my burgers the other day. I took a photo and presented it to them and they did not even apologize about the incident. McDonalds - a bagel with a bite taken out of it - Fast Food Near Me - Huntley, Illinois

Horrible service . Very rude and uncalled for . I get we all have bad days but come on people if your working at the drive through , and can't smile and when you have an attitude then maybe they should change to position to the back kitchen where your not dealing with actual people . Im willing to drive an extra 10 mins next time to get my food else where read more

I just moved to Huntley 6 months ago. I have never been to a McDonald's that consistently messes up my orders. When I ask for a large "whatever" I never get a large, it seems to always end up being a medium. I've gotten to the point where I'm scared to tell them they gave me the wrong sizes (or whatever) because I Think its the guy in the drive through messing everything up! When I order through the drive through(which is normally at night between 7-10) one of the kids that works there rushes you through the order like there's some emergency :"is that it?!" no, I also need....."is that it!?"....no I would also like... "is that it, is that it, is that it???!!!". I know you are just saying what McDonald's may have asked you to say, but can you give me a moment to actually spit out my order to you??? lol. Is there a fire in there that you need to tend to??... there is no one in line behind me...whats the freaking rush!? You speak like you are being bothered by the customer. Here, this is what I hear when you say "is that it!!??"...."is that it, you annoying customer?? Hurry up!!! I don' t want to deal with you". just give people a moment to speak and ask if" that's it" a little nicer, I promise people will like it =) and slowing down things might get all the orders done correctly! listen, I'm not one of those unusually picky people. I don't normally complain, but c-mon! All I want are my Salty fries in a LARGE size....is that so hard?? Normally everyone that works there is pleasant and courteous. They always say "Hello" or "have a nice night" or whatever, and they look me in the eye. I like that. But last night was the first time I had a rude experience. I asked for 2 hot mustards and 2 honey mustards when I placed my order. My BF and I like our sauces, lol. But when I got to the window they only gave me 1 of each. I asked the woman for 2 more. She said that I had to pay for extra. I know I have to pay for extra sauce, that's why I asked for it when You took my order!! lol. so I had to let her know that I did already pay for them. She looked at me like i was lying and handed me the sauce with a grumpy " Have a nice night". Despite the order mess ups and that dumb experience with rudeness, The food is Normally fresh and yummy! Even when they mess up my Order....lol. SO, Purely because of the Order mess ups I give this McDonald's 1 star. The food I would give 5 stars, and the service I would normally give 5 stars....because it was only 1 bad experience I'll keep service at 5 too....but I sure hope that doesn't happen again. =) I'm sure someone out there is saying "why continue going to them if they mess up everything???". Well, I really love McDonalds Fries.....sad, i know! lol. there are no other McDonald's around....this one is literally 4 minutes away from where I live...its an easy drive. I don't really like Dairy Marts fries and I'm not really a fan of Culvers Fries or... maybe I'm just too lazy to drive somewhere else..=) read more

This place is horrible. All the workers there are so rude. They can hardly speak English and every time I look over I see them staring at me and talking in Spanish. It's very uncomfortable. The place is dirty. I haven't seen one of the ladies clean the table off after the customers are done sitting down. Don't come here read more

I've been going here for years now because I live in Huntley. I have never seen a McDonald's location have continuous staff who couldn't give more less of a s**t. Late turning over from breakfast to lunch all the time, snaps at me when I order ice cream because their ice cream machine is down (but it wasn't posted on menu), never thanking me, practically throwing food out window at me because they are in such a hurry, rude attitudes, unfriendly, 3 pc chicken instead of 5 pc chicken I ordered and paid for (happened 3 x now!)... I actually drive out of my way to LITH to go there instead when I have the extra time. read more

Really bad service. They are slow, and if you don't check your order before you leave, you are guaranteed to have something wrong. Last time I ordered a medium fry. They charged me for a large and gave me a small. And one of our wraps was missing. I have contacted McDonald's corporate several times regarding this location, but it hasn't improved. I think the only reason it even stays around is the kids from the high school who can't afford anything else. This McDonald's need a lot of work before I will go back. read more

We are a busy family and yet try not to go to this location ever. It has gotten a little better with the second one south on 47 but still check your order before you pull away and count all the food and ensure you have straws and napkins. $30 order and we were missing food. One sandwich wasn't cooked properly or had something wrong with it and hubby spit it out the window. Poor at best. Calling them does nothing. They told us to come back and they would fix it but when you are already home or on your way to destination you aren't going back. read more

I frequent this location almost daily... I am a bilingual English/Spanish speaking male. I was in your establishment today in the early morning when I witness/overheard 3 Hispanic women working in the front kitchen/counter area who were speaking rudely about one of the employee who was working in the drive up. They were calling her a 'gringa' indicating she doesn't know what she is doing. There were other Spanish swear words thrown around during this conversation. Obviously the lady working the drive-up was a non-Spanish speaking individual. I will write this review; however, if I ever hear anything derogatory, racist, I will confront the manager and those individuals speaking out of line... I will also bring it to the attention of the English speaking person whom they are talking about. Additionally, I will contact the franchise owner as well as the Corporate Offices! I will then let everyone I know not to frequent this McDonalds as there are racist/prejudice people working at this location. I will be coming to this location every morning and will be attentively listening to the conversations of the Spanish employees to ensure they are not speaking out of line.... This is NOT acceptable! read more
