Not open 24hr. Don't wait in the line, they are walking around inside at 11:30 pm completely ignoring us.

The restaurant is spotless and modern, and McDonald's food is... McDonald's food but at this location it's REALLY fresh and hot as well as fast, the staff are very polite and courteous BUT, I'm holding back 2 stars because every time I go there, I have to bring my own ketchup and napkins as there is never any out and they have to be asked for which is a pain in the *ss. But overall, the whole experience at this restaurant is much cleaner, quieter, fresher and faster than every other McDonalds' I've been too. Don't forget to bring ketchup and napkins when you go. read more

Didnt give me any sauces that I paid for they were very rude/ all on their phones I had to wait 20+ minutes for my food, a 20 piece mcniget and bigmac meal, will not be coming back read more

The food is McDonalds . The service is good. The ambience is nice. It was decorated nicely for the holidays and very clean. It has nice relaxing music. I think Disney. It's not the usual annoying fast food blaring music! Great time. read more

Message to franchise owner...FIRE the little latina bimbo working in the kitchen on Thursday night around 7:30 pm. She had the attitude of not even wanting to be there on top of fighting and arguing with her co-workers in spanish. We waited over 10 minutes for an in store order and the place was completely empty. Horrible, horrible service!!! read more

Fast food, friendly staff - no surprises. Exactly what you need / expect from a McDonald's.

Terrible, rude, slow service... too many times now I've waited over 10 minutes in the drive through, without being greeted or hearing anything, not even "we'll be right with you." Then it takes forever to get the food. It's a McDonalds so I don't expect much other than it being fast and convenient, which this one is not. I'm a very patient person who's worked in service for years but spending 25+ minutes getting McDonalds when it's barely busy is unacceptable. read more

We stop here every time we're on a road trip from Manhattan and it is always SO fresh and hot! Ice cream machine always works and bathrooms are clean. Bad reviews must be disgruntled customers, the staff and service is great. read more

The Queen of Burgers or whatever you call it... yeah they can go to sleep. If you're done with a long day of skiing, Mac Donough is the way togough. You're welcome. read more

FIRST REVIEW OF NEW MCDONALDS not a big complainer but oreo mcflurry was the consistency of a lemonade, french fries were soggy and cold, big mac bun was crunchy? to be honest don't know how they accomplished that but i miss the old mcdonald's. kid who took our order seemed nice tho, hope he can escape before someone throws their mcflurry back at him. read more

McDonald's - a person holding a sandwich on a table - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Hudson, New York

It usually takes a coupon to get me into a McDonald's, and that's what it took to get me in here for lunch. To get me back it will take not only another coupon but about a ton of asphalt in the parking lot to fill in all the potholes and dips. There's no point in saving a few dollars if I'd have to immediately apply them towards a front-end alignment for my car. This McDonalds has not yet had the "privilege" of being gutted and rebuilt new and improved, and it shows. The decor is 70's realness. At least the dining area was clean. I wish I could say the same for the kitchen. From the counter, I could see french fries all over the floor especially in the fry area. There were some type of green pills on the counter as well. I have no idea whether it was candy or someone's medication - but do you want YOUR 3-year old to be the one to determine that? Some employees showed a lot of teamwork and hustle, some didn't. The guy who took my order for example - when no one else was at the counter, he'd simply remove the lanyard on which his badge was attached, and swing it so it wrapped and unwrapped around his arm - which was obviously more fun than... oh, I don't know... getting french fries off the floor? My meal, a grilled chicken club ranch combo, was unspectacular. The sandwich actually had green leaf lettuce instead of iceberg lettuce (that's good), but it was too deep a green, and shriveling at the edge, meaning it was beyond freshness (that's bad). The tomato was overripe too. My fries were no longer crisp due to being under a heat lamp for an unknown period of time. One of the soda dispensers was out of ice. I was in just before noon, which should be a peak dining time. You could count the number of customers inside on 1 hand, and the drive-thru wasn't too busy either. So I guess the locals know, and I also base that on the fact that both the Burger King and Dunkin' Donuts across the street had more customers. Maybe it's time for that gut-and-rebuild... or maybe the company doesn't think it's cost-justified??? read more

This is a brand new building. the non-handicap ladies restroom has been out of order for at least a month. At least there is one stall working. Went to order a burger and the staff were cussing up a storm with F-Bombs. Nope. No business from me. read more

I mean, it's a McDonald's.... (yeah, so maybe I am just reviewing it to be the first review) But they are nice, the restrooms are clean and the drive through is efficient. Top marks read more

I came in the other day for a supper but due to the temperature of the store bought a few muffins and drinks, ate the muffins and ended up leaving it was that cold. We mentioned this to the one custodian, but that didn't do us any better. At other times just recently I walked into this location, things got bad to a point that they were serving outdated Yogurt Partfaits and butter for pancakes that had turned rancid. When we brought them up to the counter, they attempted to put these Parfaits back on the shelves in front of us even though they were notified of the problem beforehand. I've notified McDonalds corp through twitter of the outdated products we were served that day and they just gave us a number we could use to let them know via a telephone. Though I never did keep the packaging, check your dates of the products you buy before you walk away from the line to ensure they have edible dates. Just because your Parfaits are cold doesn't mean they are still edible. read more

SSSSSLLLOW . Hardly "fast" food. After waiting 4-5 minutes in the drive thru to have my order taken, then another couple minutes to get to the window. I love the McDonald's Company, but this one is just a weird one... I have been here at least a few many times here now and it just keeps getting weirder... To start it all, the first time I came here last year I was going to Walmart on errands and decided to "stop-in" for a quick bite. At that moment, there seemed to be only one employee working in the WHOLE place and on top of that I was the only customer, pretty creepy stuff... then I went some more times and they were okay nothing to remember home about... then today I came in at some point and they said they were out of french fries! Now, the person at the counter was a younger girl and didn't seem to speak english too good, so i insisted on talking to the manager. I did and it turned out she, at the counter, was playing some kind of sick joke I didn't understand but the manager got everything straight from there on out. Anyway, these kinds of things really are frustrating for me and sometimes they give me the creeps here... read more
