It's staffed by young kids, who are all very nice, but they couldn't care less about anything (because they're young kids). Overall, after several visits, I can confidently this place is terrible. Save your money and go to Stewart's. It's less expensive and better quality. I'm not one to be overly critical and leave bad reviews, but hands down the worst soft serve I've ever had (and we literally gave them about five tries).
