Extremely disappointed. My order was wrong (missing chicken nuggets), and to make it worse, the chicken in my burger was undercooked/raw. That is a major safety issue. I had to throw the food away. Called to speak to the manager b/c I had a messed up order for them to only hang up on me. I tried calling back several times, but they wouldn't pick up the phone. After trying for over 30 minutes, someone answered the phone and hung up on me. I called again & AGAIN they hung up on me. Then I remembered it's McDonalds! Very rude staff. I'm not surprised to see other 1 star reviews for this location :) It's the worst. Most of the time I see employees don't seem to want to be there. They are sluggish. I no longer order a burger here. It's a slob, you just want to trash it right after open up the wrapper:) McDonald's advertised free WiFi, and this location often turned it off or doesn't bother to reset it. I never see presence of a "manager" if there ever is one. Some act a little bit like supervisors, but when I see a customer complaining (often), those "supervisors" always ignore it. read more

Why do I keep doing this to myself? I have the worst luck with McDonald's and yet I come back. I went through this one's drive thru late at night and asked for 2 double cheeseburgers without the bun and lettuce. They gave me 4 patties without cheese. I asked for mcnuggets and they told me they're out of just about all the sauces. Ok fine. I asked for a couple waters and the lady just walked away. I asked a second person for water and she got it started and walked away. It took another 5 minutes for her to come back and give me the water. Maybe I'll know better next time. read more

I waited 20 mins for my mom's grilled chicken sandwich in the drive-thru. At the 20 minute mark, an employee attempted to hand me 4 drinks and a bag full of food. I promptly informed him, that this was the wrong order, and let him know what my order was and that I had been waiting for twenty minutes for 1 sandwich. He ask for my receipt and I gave it to him. He came back 5 minutes later, blamed the mess on the last crew and stated there was a shift change. So what that is still no excuses. I asked him could he include a small fry as a show of goodwill with the order. Five more minutes past and he comes back finally with the sandwich, but no fries. The young man states that the manager said no to the french fries and offered no apology for this debacle. I won't ever spend another dime at this establishment that freely admits the chemicals in their food are hazardous to humans. read more

Very bad service as I'm not allowed carbonated beverages due to my tonsils. I ordered a large ice tea and two mcdoubles with light mayo. The one sandwich was harder than a rock to eat especially with large tonsils the other was globbed with mayo. So I than try to wash it down and the drink i ordered was wrong which irritated my tonsils more. I called to talk to the manager who was a Mexican lady and wanted me to drop everything and come back while I'm at work.she than said I should of checked it before I left which if the staff was properly trained I shouldn't have to do. read more
