I go to this location very frequently, I live about 6 minutes from it. Every time there is something missing like condiments, or straws ect and I don't mind it much, sometimes I'm even missing cheese ect, but today I'm so over it. I bought breakfast and everything was absolutely wrong! What bothers me the most is that they didn't have the curtesy to let us know that either they were out of hash browns or that we had to wait. As far as the the timing of the food! Chick-fil-A is second to none, it was literally 10 car's in front of me. It took them least than 9 minutes to move about 7-8 car's only for me to have my order wrong. But they got it right from the top. I give em a 5 star for service and a 3 for food service. First of all, the new app is crap! You cant order online, you cant see your transaction history, you cant redeem your rewards, you just CANT, and that would be okay with me since I know it is a new app theyre rolling out, but when you take my money and claim I have less money than I KNOW I have, this is a problem. I originally noticed the issues with the app when I received an email "claiming" I had a reward waiting for me. Only thing that the link to the reward did was send me to my app store to update my app. I did it once and tried again with no avail. Secondly, when you try to redeem rewards, go to other features of the new app, you just get an error message. Again, I know they just rolled this app out, so when I saw I couldnt access those features, O was just going to pay out of pocket from my CFA one account. I ordered and was told I could pay now. I was told I would get the receipt at the window. I get to the window and Im thinkong maybe the transaction did not go through because Im asked to show my app again. Basically they tell me I dont have enough money for the transaction, when I KNOW I did. They tell me that I only have $1 and change left (yeah because I paid already). I wasnt feeling well and just wanted a little something to tide me over just in case my appetite came back. I didnt have the energy after a 10 hour day, half sick to argue with these people. but when I get home I posted on their Facebook page. Sorry apology basically stating that they would help me navigate the app. The App is only half the issue. This CFA needs ro give people receipts when they pay. If it happens before you get to the window, that is what needs to happen. I lost money and received no food because I refused to pay them twice for money taken out of my account and money I paid out of pocket. Lo and behold though, the same balance that I had at 5pm is STILL whats in my account. They have some serious glitches going on at this CFA and need to fix them pronto. So I still really love this location... The service is fast and friendly, and so is the double drive thru. I think, however, CFA underestimated the amount of foot traffic /walk ins they would encounter. I've been here on multiple occasions, and as previously noted, the indoor dining area is tiny and sometimes packed. Granted, there is outdoor seating (maybe 4-5 metal patio tables) , but this is Houston! There's only maybe 30 days total per year you'd actually wanna sit outside to eat. On a few week days, I've dined here for lunch, and found no seating at all available inside (only a few barstools) and had to eat outside in the heat. Even walking in to order, I ran into the 'back of the line'... Yes the counter is that close to the front door. One pretty gross situation ( and I admit) are the single restrooms ... I was very disappointed in my meal . Once I arrived home and ready to eat I there were bugs in my French fry box . I called and request for a refund and they told me that was fine and I could come up and receive my refund . Due to Covid the inside was closed so I had to do it via drive thru . I didn't receive a receipt initially when I got my meal so they had to call managers and supervisors to verify the payment . I was waiting about 10-15 minutes then one of the workers was trying to force me to get out of line so others can leave after they inconvenienced my time by returning and then it being a problem to receive my refund . One thing that I have always liked about most Chick-fil-A locations are that their servers are (1) SUPER friendly; (2) efficient and (3) have good overall customer service skills. That is especially true of this location. Seems like when I stop by, the person who takes my order is a young woman named Destiny. She is very kind and personable. If there is a short wait for my food, she chit-chats and that's always nice. She's been there for about two years now. She is definitely management material, if that is the route she wants to go. She will do well whatever she decides on, I'm sure. This Chick-fil-A location also does School Nights in conjunction with my son's school. They give his school a portion of the proceeds if we dine in on prescheduled evenings. He gets a "free dress" pass--which is well worth stopping by and making a purchase.
