Too much attitude from workers no customer service at all need to have managers who speak English

I received the wrong order, with very few fries included. I believe there is room for improvement in the quality of customer service.

Burger King, I will like you to stop advertising that your 79 cent sausage biscuit is such a great value when the dried up old biscuits and sausage was inedible. By the way, the french toast sticks should have a hint of cinnamon...they taste like recycled and fried bread as far as Im concerned. The only thing that I liked was the quick service in drive thru so I could make my morning commute on time. Came in earlier today asked for 2 whoppers. One all the way the other no mayo, ketchup, nor mustard. And a medium fry no salt, was my order correct? Not all at received our food my burger had mayo when on the ticket it said no mayo. And the lettuce was old and my fries were not fresh and had salt. My husband returned my food and they remade it, as for the fries with no salt. They still served me cold old fries with salt. Returned everything upon seeing that and got a refund. Will not return back to this location again!!! read more

They have good moments every now and then but today I just went in to get a Chicken sandwich and it came out raw I've never had problems until now can't believe that and I was waiting there for a good minute too read more

They stop people behind the sensors so the company won't track how slow they really are! I ordered basic number 1 and they had me stop like my order was basic why should I have to wait behind the sensors. I could understand if it was a big order but a number 1 smh need better standards to keep customer satisfaction! Orders are always incomplete. Drove back to complain and employee asked me for recipe and the recipe was never even given to me.

Every time i come here after midnight and can never eat. They never have veggie burgers or fish sandwiches which is ridiculous at this point. They are trash and customer service sucks. I'm Over them and their trash ass employees read more

When you go to burger king and wife there's a car in front of you and they leave you have to wait before you can pull up. The burgers are good except the breakfast sandwiches are awful they barely have a slice of egg on there. read more

The guy in the drive threw is very unprofessional and rude. They took my money but said my card declined. I tried to talk to the manger he was also rude and unprofessional. I was willing to show him that they charge me and my bank even confirmed that the payment was processed. I will never come back to this Burger King. read more

First and last visit to this BK. You walk in and dirty sticky floors are there to greet you. You go place your order and get no smile no hello from cashier. Order takes exactly 23 mins to be ready (wow I thought this was a fast food restaurant). Soda machine is dirty with flies flying around it. Don't even try looking for a lid because they are none in sight. Play area dirty, dirty, and yes dirty. Door to play room has fingerprints all over. Only one star because I do see employees working hard but a few more employees would really help this place tons. read more

This Burger King has had a remodel since the last post that was on here. I have had nothing but good service from this fast food joint. It is clean inside and believe it or not it's faster to go inside to get your food than it is to go through the drive through. My order has always been accurate and the staff is friendly as well. read more

This place is terrible. Waited 40 minutes to pickup an order and the guy working was just on his phone instead of completing orders and I saw people in the drive through waiting for him while he was on his phone. Don't ever come to this place. read more

Drive thru is open 24 hours but when I pulled up in the morning the employee was hiding

We have been coming to this Burger King for 30 years it was actually my very first job when I was 15. The service has went down so bad in the last 10 years. they're always forgetiting our food we always order double cheeseburgers we get single meats But pay for the doubles. My mother goes there every single day and gets her a little double cheeseburger and a value fry every single day she goes there because it's the closest place it's only three blocks away from the house. My kids go there at least five times a week and almost every time they forget something. And every time they have us back up from the window before we pull up because they're trying to make the clock or time look better. Or they pull us up to the trash can area and blocks the entire drive way which is very narrow for just one car to fit. So nobody can go around when we are pulled up. I try to call them when they forget something and nobody ever answers. Just the recording to enter your pin or something. The employees need to pay attention to the orders and make sure Everything gets put in the bag what people order. This place has a lot of potential. Lots of seating multiple TVs but only one toilet bowl for number 2. With so much seating and a extra room or two for parties that toilet is going to get abused. read more

Food was not warm at all. Order was messed up more than once and they assumed we were playing about our food being so messed up. The wait was too long. When cups were giving, the cup holder was broken which made the drinks spill on us. Do not recommend at all. Employee was very rude and had attitude, unprofessional. So disappointed. read more
