Went with my mother this afternoon. It was so dirty inside and out. The floors, the counters, tables. Their fountain drink area was out of everything and a total gross sticky mess. The staff were absolutely rude. No customer service what so ever. To top it off the food took 45 mins to get it and it was cold, soggy and fry's were so hard and burnt. I stopped in here for the first time in years to order a Big Mac. I saw they had cheese danishes at the drive-up menu, so I asked if they were warm, or cold. The order-taker stated that the cold ones were a bit frozen and asked me if that was ok. I said, sure, and proceeded to order a "frozen" danish, since the smell of warmed up pastries at a fast food place makes me sick. Then, they had me pull up and park in a spot called #1 and I was terrified someone was going to hit my car as they drove past me out the drive-thru area. There is not enough room to have people park there. The order came out, and I checked it before leaving, and sure enough the danish was heated up. I had to get out of my car and go inside to ask for a refund, because the manager stated they were not allowed to give me a frozen one. Well, they all need to get their story straight. So, I gave her my receipt to issue the refund, and she said she didn't need it, but proceeded to take it away in the back somewhere to issue my refund. She came back with the refund, but refused to give me my original receipt back. She was argumentative, and lied repeatedly saying she didn't take my receipt. I think she was a manager or supervisor, so her behavior and unprofessionalism was very surprising. Unfortunately, a trip down memory lane to get the Big Mac that I grew up with, is not possible. My first review wasn't good but I have to admit that this McDonald's has stepped up their customer service. The employees seem to be more friendly and helpful and the kiosks always work now. Came and spent over $50 worth of food, and they ended up missing one of my items. I was waiting in the drive thru for a minute or two. No one came to the window, until a manager opened it with attitude. She asked for the receipt and basically told me i'm wrong because she bagged the order. I went through the drive thru and the girl taking the order could not speak up and had me waiting to understand what she was saying. After I paid, I moved up to the second window where the same girl handed me my order and then shut the door without even looking at me or letting me say anything. When I got home and started eating my food, I realized the fries were cold and hard as if they had been reheated after sitting cold. I went into the store to tell them about the cold fries about 30 minutes after I had made the order, and the girl at the register took the fries and walked off smiling and laughing at me already, and stayed in the back laughing with the other girl at the drive thru. read more

On the plus side, the food was quick and hot. On the minus side, we did not get the salsa I ordered for our sausage burritos. Also, I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle. I'm a little upset that I didn't catch the girls names who were working tonight ESPECIALLY the cashier's name. They were AWESOME! My sister and I pulled up to the drive through and ordered less than 10 minutes before they closed. The cashier greeted me warmly and I let her know my order was long and complicated, I apologized. Her reaction is the SOLE reason for my review. She didn't skip a beat and said "no worries". I proceeded to order 2 large drinks. She was waiting for the rest of my order and I let her know I was only joking about the complicated order as I drove away. As I pulled up to the window I was still chuckling. When she opened the window she was laughing as she reminded me what my total was. I apologized for making them think they had a massive complicated order coming in 8 minutes before they closed. I was being that customer who thinks they're funny but was really actually annoying, and they went with it and were really nice. They're customer service skills are amazing!! Small location right off the freeway. As of 5/28/21, dine in and outdoor seating are still closed. No mask mandate but all staff wore mask. 95% of customers wore mask. Lady's room has 3 stalls. The line was long but it was much cleaner than expected considering so many customers passed thru here. Had disposable toilet seat covers. No line at the men's room. Staff were very pleasant and a full staff to handle high volume of customers for the long weekend. Pleasantly surprised how well this place was running. The only draw back was parking, and getting out of the parking lot to get on the freeway took 30 minutes during rush hours, but that's everywhere when it's busy. read more

Just DON'T. This McDonald's has gone downhill so much. The french fries are terrible; never cooked enough and always cold. They seem to be having a competition about how many burgers they can squeeze in the same bag so you'll have a hard time telling the difference between a double and a single burger! Watch your cards here people. I went thru the drive thru & paid with my card. The cashier put my card in the card reader, the machine made the noise to pull the card out as usual & he hands it back. Before I drive off he said wait something is wrong so he takes my card back but then said it's the machine you will have to pay cash. I don't carry cash so I left with no food. I get home & see the notification from my bank that my card was charged at McDonald's for $22.13. I immediately try to call them several times and it is just a busy signal. I guarantee he knew it charged my card & if I had cash he was going to pocket it. So I paid $22 & received no food. I will never come to this location again. It's ALWAYS something here. PlayPlace! Very clean. Definitely a great place to stop on a road trip with kids! Has a small crawl area for the 2 and under crowd, a medium for the toddlers and a larger adventurous area for older kids. Great for getting wiggles out! The food was good, typical. Restaurant was clean. read more

The order menu and speaker box are REALLY old and dated, but they worked fine. I went here on Saturday morning for breakfast. As always, I tried walking into the store, to make order. The manger informs me, that she is "too busy," to take my order and to do it from the app instead. I informed her I did not know how to use my coupon on the app and she said "That's too bad, we have no training on how to use the app." If you have no training on how to use the app, why would you refer me to use it? And how is someone that normally takes orders in person, "too busy," to take my order. Then she refused to take several other customers order. Then to top it off, she had a HORRIBLE attitude, bad tone, and rolled her eyes, because she was "so busy." Then to make matters worse, the Customer Service Rep for the store, replies to my complaint I filed, asking for my money back, since the coupon was not used- which would have been used, had the manager taken my order, like she is suppose to. It's literally her job. I order over $400/month in food, for my family at this location. I'll take my money to the McDonald's ten mins away from this store, Owned by a different Franchisee. This owner allows a manger to turn away business with no solution and not even a phone call? I get a basic generic email, I can't even reply to? We ordered through door dash and waited 45 minutes for our dasher to bring just our coffee, completely missing our food, nuggets, and fries plus Big Macs. I call this McDonald's and the manager acted as if OH WELL, we forgot your food, come get it. Duh, the whole reason we ordered from door dash was to not have to drive to the restaurant. Also I tipped the girl 4 bucks for a bag with just coffee in it. Not a straw or creamer, they didn't even add the sugar to coffee I requested in the coffee.
