My most recent Jack In The Box (JITB) Hesperia visit was to buy their Jack's Munchie Meal that comes with Double Supreme Chicken Sandwich, two tacos, seasoned curly fries, large soda drink plus the JIBBI bag charm for $14. I got it because I specifically wanted the JIBBI bag charm. Otherwise, I probably wouldn't have bought it. Anyway, I was hoping to get The Boss for the charm, but I got the pink one instead. All good! No extreme long wait at the drive-thru. Staff was friendly. Ordering was quick. Payment was fast. Order came out swiftly. Chicken supreme sandwich was delicious. Seasoned curly fries were crispy and tasty as always. Tacos could have been better... just a tad whimpy that night which is a bummer because it's one of my favorite items at JITB. Large Dr Pepper no ice tasted watered down unfortunately. This is my go-to JITB in the high desert. Happy to have them nearby! I stopped in for a couple of tacos on my way home from work, and from the moment I walked in, I was impressed. Ana (the cashier) and every woman working in the back greeted me with a warm "hello" and "welcome in." That alone was enough to make this a 5-star experience--even before I got to enjoy the tacos I love. I also noticed the manager walking around with a Department of Health worker, yet the staff remained just as friendly and attentive to every customer who walked in. The interior was just spotless as well. Their kindness and professionalism made this visit incredible. Service could be way faster. Had to wait in the drive through for almost 30 minutes when the drive through was the only thing open. The dining room wasn't even open to go in. Or I would have placed my order on the app for pick up because this drive through is always the slowest I have ever been to. Don't waste your time or money and just go to another Jack in the Box or better yet anywhere else near here. Chipotle and In and Out are great alternatives and are right across the street with way shorter wait times! Update- Got the food and the chicken on my salad is just a whole chicken breast.... Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Wendy's. They have good service, they rarely get the order wrong and they're nice people and they have better coupons !
