The kiosk is not ideal for ordering as it automatically tries to add deals and you can only use one at a time so it's slow and not intuitive. So here I am... 40 pieces with 2 large fries for $20.00... still a pretty good deal! Used to be $16.00, but hey, gotta go with inflation. I swear I would never go back and my grandson had a craving for one of their burgers so I said yes but I came back in tears and said I will never go again. I was in line for over 35 minutes. They have a split line, and they just stopped taking orders on the right side...I sat there and watch four cars from the other side , that had arrived after me) go ahead still nobody came on the speaker. I didn't even check it before I left because I knew that no matter what I wasn't gonna wait, and I was never gonna go back. I upgraded to a frozen Coke so I'm out a couple bucks but I would pay ten times that to never have to go back to this place again. And the worst part of all is they shove everything in a bag so that you can't close the bag to keep the food warm and you have to unload everything to check your order it's ridiculous. The food is coming out of the top of the bag and they shove it to you that way. Just DON'T. This McDonald's has gone downhill so much. The french fries are terrible; never cooked enough and always cold. They seem to be having a competition about how many burgers they can squeeze in the same bag so you'll have a hard time telling the difference between a double and a single burger! They look like a fat person sat on them. The only good thing are the employees who are always friendly (and I bet they all order a pizza on their break). I don't understand how on a Friday night they close the dine in by 8pm. We went to eat and they was closed. So we went to drive up window. We placed our order to wait a long time to get our food and got the order all wrong. Then I opened the burger and it was made so bad like they just slapped it all together.
