A third age obese man who works at McDonald camed up to us saying they were looking at us in the cameras, we felt uncomfortable because we were just sitting down talking, the Ambiance is nice but the staff is a bit rude and it takes way to long for a water bottle or any other food or drink. For reference I work on an ambulance. On 10/2/23, my partner and I around 3AM placed a mobile order for pickup on the McDonald's app. They say this location is 24 hours. Payment and everything went through but there were wet sign cones in both of the drive thru lanes. My partner and I then walked to the door to figure out how can we get our food. A nice male employee told us that they were closed until 6AM. My partner and I started inquiring on how we could get our money back, he went to get the manager. It was this old grumpy lady who is the early AM manager and respectfully needs to be retrained. My partner asked about how do we get a refund. The lady says, " I don't know". That's cool and all to not know but she didn't stop there. She says, " No money, no food" and threw her hands up shrugging oh well. She then closes the window and walks off. I think it's crazy that establishments can take your money, have no detailed refund policy and say "oh well" that's your issue. Point of this review. Don't do mobile order pickup with these people, I'll be deleting the app and never frequenting this location ever again. read more

Came here on a Wednesday at 1:20pm-ish. Crowd was light. I went straight to try out the "Touch to Order" machine. It was pretty cool. Welcome to the world of technology. Pretty detailed it what it offers to customize orders, things that maybe a cashier wouldn't think to ask or remember to enter. Paid. Took a number to a table and waited for the food to be brought out. Took less than 5 mins and everything was accurate. When I went up to ask for more sauces I was given about 6. I thought I'd be asked to pay or be given maybe 1 of each. I appreciate fast food places that don't take being asked for more sauces, that serious. I've also tried their drive thru on other occasions and it does tend to get backed up. Not mad at this location though. read more

I came and ordered like 45 dollars worth of food (four meals). Was told to pull up to the curbside pick up area. I see everyone around me is getting their food. Car pulls up next to me and employee starts talking to the woman to confirm it it's her order... mind you there are receipts on the bags. Lady takes the food. I watch her and her daughter go through the food and finally realize it's not theirs and put it back. I call the employee over and he confirms my order and realizes his mistake. He gets the food back from the other people and my brother in law goes in and they tried to just repackage into a new bag and give me food other people have touched. Unacceptable! read more

Worst experience here. Staff don't know what their doing, customers complain about waiting half and hour to get their food. This place is nasty, always not clean and dirty. One employee knocked down the cups cart making a huge noise sounded like something crash or exploded. Cups all over the place and only one old lady doing the ordering and she takes forever rather use the Kiosk and Pay with Card for a faster service. This place should be closed for training and management operations. But the only good thing about this place is that they have the coke freestyle drink machine, the only McDonalds I have noticed that have this compared to the other ones near my home. Food was pretty good deff would go back I got the 4 piece chicken nuggets and the cheeseburger. The chicken nuggets were a lil too crispy for my taste but the barbecue sauce seemed to help with it.
