I made a comment that I knew it would cool the omelet but didn't want to put it on a cold omelet. She did offer to make another one, but after her rudeness, I wanted to eat and get out. Every time I've ordered a Spanish omelet with this waitress, I've had to ask for the salsa. As I was leaving, she loudly said, "Have a blessed day" in a not so friendly voice.
