Several minutes later, after she filled other patrons' coffee and took an order to another patron, a gentleman seated beside me commented that I was waiting on salsa; I aded that my omelet was getting cold. She brought the salsa then went back to the register area and commented to someone that I must not know that the salsa will make the omelet cold. However, there is a big difference in putting salsa on a HOT omelet versus a lukewarm one at that point. I made a comment that I knew it would cool the omelet but didn't want to put it on a cold omelet. She did offer to make another one, but after her rudeness, I wanted to eat and get out. Every time I've ordered a Spanish omelet with this waitress, I've had to ask for the salsa. As I was leaving, she loudly said, "Have a blessed day" in a not so friendly voice.
