Best fast food restaurant in Hartville. Open early and later than any other fast food restaurants. They do get extremely busy at times like any fast food restaurant. They have great employees and they do a great job of making things right if there is a mishap with an order. I'm a local that's appreciative of our local McDonalds! It's usually my first stop each morning. Gotta love the BOGO Breakfast Sandwich on the McDonalds app. read more

Waited 7 minutes at front for my mobile order, and no one came and helped me. Did not recieve my correct order. Fries weren't that crispy but nuggets were solid This establishment needs to work on their customer needs and help their customers at register instead of staring read more

I ordered a bacon egg cheese bagel and got egg cheese burger meat and onions. Simple order ...

This location is always super slow. I am waiting again asked to pull up again. This order isn't that hard. I know it's impossible to get good help in this day and age because the last generation or so has zero work ethic and feels they should be compensated extremely well but honestly you'd be better off running short and paying them less. The increase pay isn't stopping the wait and bad service. read more

I stopped in for lunch. I had planned on running through the drive-through but the line of vehicles was pretty deep so I opted to go inside. The dining room only had people at a couple of tables so I decided to just dine in. Upon entering I was greeted by staff with a smile and a welcome. I was happy to see the place was very clean with all the tables bussed and sanitized. I ordered and paid at the kiosk and provided my table number. A few minutes later a pleasant young lady delivered the order to my table. I was very hungry so I ordered a lot of food. A Big Mac, Quarter Pounder, fries and Diet Coke. The fries were fresh and hot, perfectly seasoned and really tasty. The sandwiches were both fresh, hot and properly made. They were both delicious. The pop was ice cold and refreshing. I appreciated that I was given salt, ketchup and napkins without having to ask for them. This seems to be something a lot of fast food restaurants don't do. I am confused by the one star average rating this McDonald's location had on only five Yelp reviews. Maybe expectations are higher in Hartville, Ohio than they are where I live in Virginia but I found this place far better than what I find in my home area. The food was great, the service was friendly and professional. I was impressed that when customers departed an employee immediately cleaned the tables. I don't visit McDonald's restaurants very often but this experience has restored my faith in the chain. read more

I am not sure why post covid reviews are so bad regarding wait times....if you notice a lot of these places are staffed by college/high school kids because nobody else wants to work, the industry has been hit hard after covid and unfortunately this is the "new normal" for a while. The demand for fast food/fast service is high and there's shortages everywhere. With that being said I will say I wait longer at this location than most, HOWEVER my food is always hot and fresh, my orders are always correct and the staff is so nice, especially one of the cashiers I believe his name was Tony, we were there on a busy fundraiser night, people were honking horns, pulling out of line and speeding off because they were sick of waiting, and he was so friendly and nice even though they were visibly understaffed and overwhelmed. read more

Worst McDonald's. I don't know if they know anything about customer service or the industry or if the people are just new. Cold food and forgot my sauce for the second time in a row and reassured me it was in the bag. Unbelievable. Will never go there again. I'll be going out of my way to tell people not to go there. Thanks for nothing. read more

Ordered sausage and gravy they made it a meal and charged me basically over $3 for a hash brown I didn't want. They also charge 1.79 more for the same item in alliance. And to top it off my hubby bit into his sausage McMuffin and bit into a piece of egg shell. And also the cokes lacked enough syrup, so didn't taste good. Overall an overpriced bad experience. BEWARE!!! read more

They have messed up my order a couple of times but I feel they are still ok. This place is a very good place to put out on(me). They still have the best fries in the fast food industry read more

Up until today we were very happy with this Hartville location . The quarter I ordered was a disaster !!! The burger was half off the bun and the cheese was half off the burger .... the burger was obviously from a warmer and was definitely. Not fresh made . We always look forward to the fries until today !! They were Luke warm , hard and greasy smelling another total disaster !! read more

i've never really had problems with mcdonald's until today... i tried to get a quick breakfast before work and i normally always go through without any problems but for some reason they had a line at the window and when i went to order the all of a sudden have computer issues.... i was very disappointed and don't even get my breakfast. :( read more

Food is cooked right and not burner or nasty everything was good service as well was great I would come back and eat agina

Food is as expected at a McDonald's. However when I walked in and I see food all over the floor, trash cans overflowing and not a single clean table to sit at it is kinda off putting. Look at the bright side though not only did I get the privilege to pay for fast food I was given the opportunity to clean my own table. I don't expect McDonald's to been 5 star joint but I do expect it to be clean. read more

Friendly staff, good food, fast service. RT is good. Our parfaits are also made correctly. If they make a mistake there in one and willing to fix it. I would recommend nine out of 10. Whether it's for morning coffee, or dinner for the whole family, this hurt the McDonald's is a very good fast food place to go to! read more

Errors in drive thru.... too many. I asked them to recheck a $37 order. I was told I should check it.

The absolute slowest fast food McD's location ever. I've lived from Cali to Hawaii to here and even when McDonald's in Haleiwa was on "island time", it was faster than here. If I order ANYTHING modified it's 10 mins plus. And if I order straight, its old and dry. This franchise McD's is really bad. Even to the point of after waiting 15 mins for 2 meals because they were "waiting on fries", I couldn't get ranch for my kids fries (which I asked for upon ordering), without them charging me more, taking their time going back in the "restaurant", and finally coming back out with change. If I wanted to listen to a hungry toddler tantrum for 20 minutes, I could have driven my 5 mins home, cooked a real meal and still saved my eardrums some time. Fix it, it's a joke between all our neighbors that you never go to the Hartville McD's because you can hit any on your way home or drive to Washington Square and back and be quicker and get a better product! read more
