Had to review this immediately because we were so amazed by the great customer service. Best drive-thru experience, with the most friendly employees. They looked like they were actually enjoying their job (and having fun), which is rare at a McDonalds and made the food so much more appealing. It sucked waited for a hour at 12 pm and they were still pumping out the breakfast food and they were not helping at all. There was at least 30 people waiting for there food. To top that off on the app it said my food was ready yet I waited 40 minutes and that was to long so I just left they are still probly trying to make my food. read more

Service was outrageously bad!!! We and all the other customers could hear employees screaming at each other and swearing. The "N" word being repeated over and over and Managers not saying nor doing anything to stop it. Even while I could see multiple managers working. The food was bad/cold we did not get all of our order the first time. I had to go back twice to complete the order. The service was awful. The lady at the drive thru was rude and impatient. I had my code ready, and she told me to wait a moment. I waited almost 10 minutes and then politely said "Hello" and she gave me so much attitude that she had been waiting for me the whole time. Worst McDonalds I've been to! I've had my fair share of bad experiences at other McDonald's. This tops it. They kick me out of the lobby @10:30 when their door says it open till 11. First of all, we ordered four Happy meals and a big Mac then, waited 30 minutes for them when barely anyone was ordering . They only gave us three, so we went and got another. After that, we realized they gave us a cheeseburger in a hamburger wrapper (we ordered a hamburger) so we peeled the cheese off. Then, we realized that they forgot ALL of our drinks, we went and got those and realized they gave us the wrong ones. We started eating and my little sister realized they didn't give us any of the sauces we asked for. My little sister loves to be nice so she smiled at the girl and said thank you and got THE DIRTIEST LOOK. Food was normal except one dude HAD to call the cops because something about "this is so disgusting that you allow this on the food! I went straight to the police. Not recommended! Me and my brothers made a last minute stop to grab some mcchickens on the cheap. However when we pulled up we were greeted with a profane "how the {*** does this work?" on the intercom. After ordering and receiving our food I noticed that my fries were distastefully cold. As if it was recently reheated in the microwave. Regrettably the only positive experience of my trip was that we received everything we ordered. In my opinion, if this store cannot get enough staff to operate as it should,they should close. We paid for our food today at 1:16pm and got it at 1:43. I have been to this location a few times now and the service is terrible. The staff are rude and inconsiderate. I ordered 2 regular hamburg sandwiches and it took 18 minutes to get them! I order on the mobile app on my way to work so I am not late, there is no excuse for it to take 18 minutes to get 2 regular sandwiches. There was else on my order...no drinks, fries or any other special requests. I will not be going back. read more

I'm a local and not so much a regular, but I'll stop by to pick up a craving ones in a while. I got to say, This store has seen better days... it has changed A LOT, for the worse (service wise). It's very sad to say but there's definitely nothing fast about this restaurant. It is a constant lack of good, caring, and (for a reason I and most come for) fast service. Just want to say that you'd be better off going to a near by restaurant and just pay the tip since McDonald's prices for a meal are near to a restaurant's simple burger, it's probably going to be better. Literally the worst McDonald's I have ever visited in my entire life. Ever. Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Half of that time was spent at the ordering spot asking if the employee was ready to take our order yet with no response. I finally asked out of frustration, "Do I need to come inside to order?" The guy said, "Yeah, that'd be great - thanks." Oh. My. Gosh. Five children waited in the car while I spent another 15 minutes waiting inside the place and our order wasn't even right. All the employees did was tell at eachother. The customer service was terrible, and it took over a half an hour to get my food when it wasn't even busy. The Hart, Michigan McDonald's have gone down hill in the last year. Since switching to the new computer ordering system the last three months Hart McDonald's has pretty much hit bottom. They mess up orders on a regular basis and the quality has went from hit and miss to just plain bad. Even considering the fact we order off the value menu most of the time; I have eaten better dollar burgers else where. It is to bad this particular McDonald's is so bad because it is the only major fast food chain for 30 miles. I bet if a Burger King or Taco Bell moved into Hart McDonald's would clean up their act or go under. read more

I don't go to McDonalds often and after reading the reviews from this place I really didn't want to come here but did so since it's the only one in a 20 mile radius. This McDonalds was slow. It was packed but we waited in line for about 15 minutes before getting to the order box. The girl said just one moment. 3 minutes passed and we had to yell at the box for her to come back and she said just one more moment and took a couple more minutes. She didn't understand anything we said and had to repeat it several times. I haven't gotten the food yet so idk if our order will be correct. If you can go anywhere else. Definitely do so. read more

While the fast food industry in general has a reputation for messing orders up, this McDonald's in particular is infamous for getting orders wrong. But I still gave them three stars because the food quality is usually good and service has been a lot quicker since the remodel. read more

The many times that I've been to this McDonald's (seeing as it's the only fast food restaurant in Hart), it has never wow-ed me with much anything. We usually use the Drive-Thru and most every time we run into a problem seconds after the employee hands us the bag of food. So many times they have left food out of our order that we purchased. Not to mention 85% of the employees working the Drive Thru windows aren't friendly whatsoever. Their "Thank You's" are not very sincere at all. At least try to have SOME personality, people.
