If I could give 0 stars I would!!! My family ate here tonight and the wait was long. The person handing out the food had no idea what was going on. We gave her our receipt when she asked what we ordered! We still ended up having missing items. I wasn't waiting any longer since we had over an hour drive home. We got home and about 3hours later 1/2 of my family was super sick. Diarrhea and vomiting. I've managed in food service for many years and while it's hard to pinpoint the exact item I know this came from the food we ate! Patron beware! I will be reporting to the local health department in the morning. I tried to call the restaurant to see if they had anything reported and to make them aware. It was 1 hour before close and no answer! read more

They could improve a lot of things at this restaurant. I ordered two snack wraps and the person taking the order put mccripsy strips and the customer service was terrible. I dont recommend coming here. read more

It sucked waited for a hour at 12 pm and they were still pumping out the breakfast food and they were not helping at all. There was at least 30 people waiting for there food. To top that off on the app it said my food was ready yet I waited 40 minutes and that was to long so I just left they are still probly trying to make my food. read more

The slowest McDonald's that our family has ever attempted to eat at. We sat in drive thru for 45 minutes. Ended up driving off. It was as if the staff just stopped working. Seriously 45 minutes. 3 cars moved. We were trapped. This place is a mess. read more

Everything can't get order right slow service get home open my order and yup sure enough the food was not what I ordered or missing call to complain I m told to come back and they would fix it that fine and dandy but I live about a 20 min drive so avoid this place if possible but if you can't expect to wait 15 to 20 min just to get food read more

Service was outrageously bad!!! We and all the other customers could hear employees screaming at each other and swearing. The "N" word being repeated over and over and Managers not saying nor doing anything to stop it. Even while I could see multiple managers working. The food was bad/cold we did not get all of our order the first time. I had to go back twice to complete the order. And employees were rude when asked for basic condiments like ketchup and sauce for our nuggets. Very sad experience. Will NOT be returning to this McDonald's. read more

holy shit worse mcdonald's i've ever been to never been more hungry in my life and all i wanted was a quarter pounder with cheese and these mfs give me a quarter with every thing on it after i said plain 5 times and somehow i already used my code today so this place straight asss i hope management sees this cause y'all got some work to do read more

McDonald's - shit had mf everything after i asked for it plain 5 times - Burgers Near Me - Hart, Michigan

The service was awful. The lady at the drive thru was rude and impatient. I had my code ready, and she told me to wait a moment. I waited almost 10 minutes and then politely said "Hello" and she gave me so much attitude that she had been waiting for me the whole time. I am so angry with this service and this location NEEDS to do better. Everyone else was very polite but that one girl was rude. I wish I could give it half a star. read more

Worst McDonalds I've been to! I've had my fair share of bad experiences at other McDonald's. This tops it. They kick me out of the lobby @10:30 when their door says it open till 11. Top it off went through the drive-through for them to tell us they charged us wrong and wanted more money at the 2nd window. Just to get food that was thrown together. read more

First of all, we ordered four Happy meals and a big Mac then, waited 30 minutes for them when barely anyone was ordering . They only gave us three, so we went and got another. After that, we realized they gave us a cheeseburger in a hamburger wrapper (we ordered a hamburger) so we peeled the cheese off. Then, we realized that they forgot ALL of our drinks, we went and got those and realized they gave us the wrong ones. We started eating and my little sister realized they didn't give us any of the sauces we asked for. My little sister loves to be nice so she smiled at the girl and said thank you and got THE DIRTIEST LOOK. Food was normal except one dude HAD to call the cops because something about "this is so disgusting that you allow this on the food! I went straight to the police. You should be shut down, I need a refund." I would recommend literally ANY other McDonald's. read more

Not recommended! Me and my brothers made a last minute stop to grab some mcchickens on the cheap. However when we pulled up we were greeted with a profane "how the {*** does this work?" on the intercom. After ordering and receiving our food I noticed that my fries were distastefully cold. As if it was recently reheated in the microwave. Regrettably the only positive experience of my trip was that we received everything we ordered. I hope this review will be helpful to the staff and management. read more

Hart, MI We're not usually McDonald's goers..stopped in craving the famous fries, the only thing good in our order was the Dr.Pepper. 1) Fries - soggy and undercooked 2) Chocolate shake tasted like rotten milk 3) Our sandwiches were not prepared to order and tasted horrible ( I wouldn't even let my dogs eat it for fear of making them sick) Needless to say I won't be back!! read more

In my opinion, if this store cannot get enough staff to operate as it should, they should close. We paid for our food today at 1:16pm and got it at 1:43. The burgers were barely warm and the fries were cold and hard. 2 bacon doubles, med fry and 2.lg drinks. $15 for a bag of junk. It's going from bad to worse. They are the laughing stock of Hart. Shape up or ship out. Everyone's tired of paying high prices for exceptionally slow service and crappy food. read more

It's just a McDonalds nothing special, not particularly bad either. This location struggles greatly with the lunch rush from 11:30-1:00ish. Be sure to have LOTS of spare time if you plan to sit in the drive-thru during this time period. read more

Worst Mcdonalds Ive ever been in my life. Always long waits, always receive wrong food. Average wait time is 20min during summer months

I have been to this location a few times now and the service is terrible. The staff are rude and inconsiderate. I ordered 2 regular hamburg sandwiches and it took 18 minutes to get them! I order on the mobile app on my way to work so I am not late, there is no excuse for it to take 18 minutes to get 2 regular sandwiches. There was else on my order...no drinks, fries or any other special requests. I will not be going back. read more

They took like 20 min and they didn't even give us the correct food, they charged us more money for a drink and didn't even give it to is

I'm a local and not so much a regular, but I'll stop by to pick up a craving ones in a while. I got to say, This store has seen better days... it has changed A LOT, for the worse (service wise). It's very sad to say but there's definitely nothing fast about this restaurant. It is a constant lack of good, caring, and (for a reason I and most come for) fast service. Just want to say that you'd be better off going to a near by restaurant and just pay the tip since McDonald's prices for a meal are near to a restaurant's simple burger, it's probably going to be better. This restaurant is going to get worse when it hits the peek of its tourist season. 1 Star. That's what it gets from me... read more

Based on today's visit I'm upgrading them to 3 stars. The place was busy but this time everyone seems to be served quickly. My only complaint is that it was 65 degrees outside and the had the AC going. It was freezing! read more

Had to review this immediately because we were so amazed by the great customer service. Best drive-thru experience, with the most friendly employees. They looked like they were actually enjoying their job (and having fun), which is rare at a McDonalds and made the food so much more appealing. If you're reading this, thanks for being so awesome! :) The food was great too. Everything was fresh and just as ordered. Try the McDouble with added lettuce and BigMac Sauce! read more

Ya I would like to update my review.. now not only is this McDonald's famous for messing everything up... its now earring the reputation for having the line for food backed all the way up to Polk Road. Still slow service, when will McDonald's revoke the franchise? Hopefully soon. read more

Literally the worst McDonald's I have ever visited in my entire life. Ever. Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Half of that time was spent at the ordering spot asking if the employee was ready to take our order yet with no response. I finally asked out of frustration, "Do I need to come inside to order?" The guy said, "Yeah, that'd be great - thanks." Oh. My. Gosh. Five children waited in the car while I spent another 15 minutes waiting inside the place and our order wasn't even right. Folks, listen to me. If you are starving and on the verge of death and it is either this McDonald's or the Grim Reaper, just keep on driving. It's that bad. read more

All the employees did was tell at eachother. The customer service was terrible, and it took over a half an hour to get my food when it wasn't even busy. The place was dirty, our orders got mixed up and we never got receipts so we didn't know which order was ours. 100% not going again. Would have put 0 stars if I could. read more

Today I had my most depressing stop at McDonalds ever. They claimed the grill was broken so they only had nasty greasy 2+hrs old food that sat under the warmer all day. Last time the McCafe machine was broke. I will probably never go to that location because every time I go there some thing is McBroken. read more

No bueno. No brains. No frappe machine. Got that good fry do and gotta free shake read more

The Hart, Michigan McDonald's have gone down hill in the last year. Since switching to the new computer ordering system the last three months Hart McDonald's has pretty much hit bottom. They mess up orders on a regular basis and the quality has went from hit and miss to just plain bad. Even considering the fact we order off the value menu most of the time; I have eaten better dollar burgers else where. It is to bad this particular McDonald's is so bad because it is the only major fast food chain for 30 miles. I bet if a Burger King or Taco Bell moved into Hart McDonald's would clean up their act or go under. read more

Its alright. Like any McDonalds it tastes good but they workers aren't that great and it only tastes fine most of the time but I always end up getting a stomachache in the end read more

Worst experience ever at a McDonalds, or really anywhere. They were so behind that I waited 40 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches. After I realized that people who came after me were getting their orders I realized they lost my order. No apologies, no offer to try and make things right. I got my money back and wasted 45 minutes of my life. read more

Fast friendly service, nice clean location, McDonald's food. Can't be much more wordy about a McDonald's.

Terrible customer service. Waiting for my food for a half hr. Got cold old fried. I'm sorry if I'm waiting that long for food it should be fI ask the girl to to get warm ones and she was so rude. Would not eat there !! read more

While the fast food industry in general has a reputation for messing orders up, this McDonald's in particular is infamous for getting orders wrong. But I still gave them three stars because the food quality is usually good and service has been a lot quicker since the remodel. read more

The worst service ever y'all the employee did were act like kids they forgot my syrup and silverware and even the butter for my hot cakes on top of that I ordered a medium French frie and 10 pice nuggets and the only gave me 2 ketchup packets read more

I don't go to McDonalds often and after reading the reviews from this place I really didn't want to come here but did so since it's the only one in a 20 mile radius. This McDonalds was slow. It was packed but we waited in line for about 15 minutes before getting to the order box. The girl said just one moment. 3 minutes passed and we had to yell at the box for her to come back and she said just one more moment and took a couple more minutes. She didn't understand anything we said and had to repeat it several times. I haven't gotten the food yet so idk if our order will be correct. If you can go anywhere else. Definitely do so. read more

We've come here multiple times and every time it's extremely slow, over 20 minute waits for the drive threw and inside service isn't any better. Employees don't seem to care about the long lines or unhappy customers. We won't be back, I'll go anywhere but here. read more

The many times that I've been to this McDonald's (seeing as it's the only fast food restaurant in Hart), it has never wow-ed me with much anything. We usually use the Drive-Thru and most every time we run into a problem seconds after the employee hands us the bag of food. So many times they have left food out of our order that we purchased. Not to mention 85% of the employees working the Drive Thru windows aren't friendly whatsoever. Their "Thank You's" are not very sincere at all. At least try to have SOME personality, people. Have you ever heard of the expression "Fake it until you make it?" Try that out once or twice. read more

The worst service there constantly make you wait and many times screw up the order. Today the guy in drive-thru couldn't make change. This is really bad read more
