This McDonald's has been going downhill for a while but today was the last straw. I ordered one meal through the drive-thu, I paid at the first window, received my drink at the second window and was told to wait in the yellow parking space for my food. Inconvenient but not a big deal. After 15 minutes the lady comes out and asks what I had. I told her and she goes back inside, another 10 minutes later she comes out and accuses me of not paying! I produced my receipt and she rudely takes it inside and comes back in another 10 minutes and doesn't say a word just rudely hands me my food and stares at me. How would it even be possible to not pay for your food in the Drive Through? Hang onto your receipt if you don't want to be accused of stealing a cold burger and soggy fries! didn't get our food for 40 minutes then when I got home my order was messed up and it made me mad because I just got offf of work just to sit for 40 minutes to not eat I instead through the food away and made food for my self read more

Gal who took our order was fine. Sent to the overflow spot and waited 30 minutes. 4 others cars behind us put in overflow while we all watched others get their food. Girl came out we tried to ask a question she cut us off and was a total bitch. Went inside and there was about 12 people waiting at an empty counter. I've been going here for years for breakfast. The service has gone down down down. The 3 most recent trips have each involved me sitting at the drive through order station waiting to order while the other lane of customers that came after me gets served. We went to the drive thru after a visit to the ER, and it was 10:55 we had no idea they closed at 11:00. Mind you that is still 5 minutes to be open and it is Mcdonalds so it shouldn't take longer then 5 minutes to fill my order of which was minimal. Had I known they closed at 11 I would not have went, as I have worked in a restaurant and hated it when people came in right before closing, but I treated them as if it was regular hours (because we were still OPEN). All the lights were on, menus lit up! Those are your hours of operation deal with it, your still OPEN! The lady was very abrupt and snippy. Obviously frustrated and irritated that we were there! I would have let it go but I have had a couple different people from this location be rude. They could work on there customer service and maybe at least be decent! I do have to say that the guy that gave us our food at the window was very nice. Upon initial impression not impressed!!! read more
