Food was delicious and the service was very good. Very nice and ambient restaurant. Would give it 5 stars but I saw the third element. Will visit again when I'm in the area read more

Went to KFC first, and oddly enough, they were completely out of chicken so we drove next door to Burger King...a nice sounding voice came on saying "Take a look at the menu and I'll be right back." Well within 5 seconds, the entire drive thru shut down...no menu, nothing. I dared to whimper, "hello???...." nothing. You know, I figured it out...8:00pm. And you know what would have been a hint professional and customer service oriented? "Hey folks, since it's 8:00pm, our menus will be shutting down and we won't be able to take an order because we close at 8." I didn't need them to concede to one more customer, just something other than what appeared to be a contest of "let's see if we can earn ONE MORE negative review online!!" Also, EVERY time I've EVER gone there over the last decade or so, I have yet to have hot food. Just a glutton for punishment. read more

This used to be a great place to grab a quick meal. Not any more and it's been going downhill for a few years. Going inside or drive thru they can't get the order right. No one knows how to use their app and they can't or won't help. Drove thru this morning wanting to use their app special for a free croissanwich if you spend $1.00. I was planning to buy one and use their app coupon. They couldn't help. The app said their coupon was not available at this restaurant. I heard 2 "I'm sorry" but no help. I drove down the road and gave McDs my money. $3.00 for 2 breakfast sandwiches and a couple of thank yous. Guess where I will return? read more

Lately my food has been good. The chicken fry's fresh and tasty. Very nice. I miss the apple pie. The staff has been helpful with my picky ordering style. Will keep coming back thank you. read more

The so called assistant manager had no idea how to use the app. He kept saying it was only for ordering online when it said right on the screen to order in store. Totally rude person. read more

I had a crispy chicken sandwich combo meal at the Burger King in Hamilton MT today... the sandwich was HORRIBLE! The chicken wasn't even recognizable as chicken, was also cooked to hard, chewy texture... ended up eating the bun with tomato, etc w/ out the chicken .... fries were fine and the workers at the window were polite/nice. read more

I love the $5.00 meal (When the burger is warm) Last month I pulled into the right drive-thru lane to order. The server welcomed me and said she would be with me shortly. 10 minutes or so later she repeated her welcome and put me on hold. Then 2 cars in the left lane had their orders taken. When the second one was served I left the drive-thru and parked in front , and went in and asked to speak to the person in charge. I explained to the manager about my 20 minute wait. Her manner was such that I felt that she was annoyed that I was bothering her with this. She asked what I wanted to order. I told her, paid her, and received my order...sort of. The burger was not what I ordered. Once again I felt as if I was bothering her. Finally I had what I ordered, 40 minutes after I pulled into the drive-thru. And they call this fast food! After 25 years as a retail manager I have served a few less than gracious customers and always with a smile, so I always handle any personal grievances by treating the counter person the way I would want to be treated. THE WAY THAT I WAS HANDLED WAS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! For the time being I continue to order the meal until next incident. PLEASE, Make the burgers hot! read more

This place is never staffed... they are always out of everything. The guy at the desk said they haven't had apple sauce for kids in 3 months, no sprite...... I waited 18 minutes for a classic chicken sandwich... and they managed to mess that up. whoever owns this place needs some training or something and for heavens sake, hire more people. If I wanted to wait 20 minutes for a mediocre burger I'd go to naps. read more

Dirty tables, floors and tables, we were the only people there. All of the tables had residue or wrappers from sandwiches. I will never return to a Burger King again. Service is a myth hear. read more

Another great choice for fast food in Hamilton. At Burger King get it your way. Just don't try to get a burger, the broiler is broken. So change the name to Chicken King and we won't trouble you anymore. read more

Had breakfast. Service was quick and friendly. Very very impressed with our server Ace. He was quick and efficient and when not serving customers grabbed a shovel and cleared snow off sidewalk. Likewise, noticed the cook grab a mop when there were no customers to be waited on. The restaurant was very clean. I understand this under new management. Keep up the great work! read more

I was the only person in the store, around 5:10 pm. I clearly ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with bacon and swiss cheese. WhenI got home, I saw that I received a PLAIN chicken sandwich. I will never go there again. Hiw stupid to not get a simple order correct!! Tons of men working there and they screwed up CLEAR, simple order. read more

I've been to this Burger King three times in the last few weeks. The first two times were outstanding. Extremely friendly service and decent burgers. The third time I went was terrible. It took close to 10 minutes to place an order at the drive-through. I ended up abandoning my order and going to McDonald's after over 25 minutes of waiting. McDonald's took less than 5 minutes to take my order and send me on my way. read more

Awful. Out of onion rings out of cookies out of everything. The wait time in the DT was loooooong.

I find it beyond sad that a newly built restaurant has gone downhill so fast. Once a clean, respectable place of business is now less than all others. Ill mannered and unclean employees. Building in disarray. Always out of something and something else broken. The corporation doesn't care. The manager lacks the skills although a nice person. I no longer can frequent and support this company. read more

We waited in the drive through for about 20 minutes, we were told twice that someone would be right with us. I finally called the store and was told by the person in the office the girl working the window did not see us or the other 5 card that left. When the girl handed out our drinks she said sprite and coke, my wife told her it was supposed to be iced tea and coke. She said that is what it is, no, it was sweet tea. A different girl came to the window so my wife asked for regular iced tea. And the new girl said all of our iced tea is sweet unless you specify unsweetened tea. Then she developed a poor attitude. Eventually we got our food, unorganized and bad attitudes by at least two of their employees. We asked for a receipt and they said they could not give us one. read more

Currently in drive thru and we've hit 40 minute wait time...one car in front of me. I can't understand why this is taking 40 minutes with only one other car in front and it's almost 2 pm, so not a lunch rush. read more

Nothing special but u get a decent meal for under 10 dollars. Buns can be stale. Best to use drive through.

Ordered a spicy wrap, fries and ketchup. What I received was Cardboard like fries, NO ketchup - and it desperately needed ketchup and SALT. NO NAPKINS and a tiny piece of chicken lost in a mound of tortilla and watery sauce. It was AWFUL. Don't waste your money or time here. I threw it in the garbage after two bites of fries and chicken. Not even worth eating. Hamilton, MT branch. read more

This has got to be one of the worst burger kings around. The staff is incredibly rude and apparently refuses to clean. The floors and every table is disgusting and sticky. The wait time both inside and in the drive through is ridiculous. Even Considering that most businesses are "short staffed" there is no excuse for the laziness here. read more

Terrible service takes 30 minutes to get a hamburger. They keep their open lobby sign lit without having an open lobby. The drive-through is 20 to 30 minutes long. read more

I returned to this Burger King to give it another try as I received some coupons in the mail that I could use. When I got their it was around 11:15 am and the drive thru was packed with at least 8 cars waiting to place their order. No biggie so I went inside to place my order. I was the only one in there. One guy was running back and forth between the 2 windows. He would collect the money and then run to the other to give them their food. It was ridiculous to watch. Talk about wasted motion. A time/ work management specialist would have had a field day pointing out the inefficient way this place was run. Then I noticed a guy on his iPhone, and I tried to get his attention to place my order. He said he would be right with me. After waiting about 2 minutes for him to get off his phone... he was texting... I left. This place is an absolute joke. read more

We decided to stop by to celebrate my child's kindergarten graduation, by her choice. Not only did we have to wait 15 min in the drive thru for 2 kids meals. But the put spicy chicken nuggets in there food so it was inedible. Will not be returning. read more

Without a doubt, the worst Burger King I have ever been to. Went to the drive thru as the lobby was closed. Took about 20-25 minutes. I then asked for my receipt as I need one. I was told "We are not giving paper receipts". I informed them that i had to have a receipt. Was told we don't have paper and are not giving receipts. I then asked if that was a new policy, as I need my receipts. I then asked the gal if she could just write something on a piece of paper as I can not leave without a receipt. I was told that she would call the police on me. I then stated, "Okay, I will wait, but I still need a receipt". She then wrote one on a sticky note and said "good day". WOW! I have never been told to leave an establishment or else the police would be called on me. All for for simply wanting a receipt required by accounting. Never again! Have been here over 4 times, usually when passing through. Every time the wait was so slow from the drive through. One time the order was totally wrong and there was only one thing I ordered. Last time we tried the Whopper and Impossible Burger. Both were dry because they burned the tops of the buns and were hard to the touch, we were already out of town when this was noticed so it was not worth it to go back and complaine. We're done with this location. read more

Every time I go, the first window has no one there, even after waiting for a minute or so. But when I pull up to the second window, it's a production because they want you to pay at the first window. Tonight was the last straw; I had to circle the building and get back in line to pay at the first window- where there was still no one. She did appear fairly quickly and handled the car in front of me. When I got up, I said that I understand they're busy, people have to cover multiple stations, but if you can't be there, at least put up a sign so I know you're coming back. Oh, you don't have a sign? Make one. You can't because you're not a manager? Well, pass the word along. She can't because "that's not my job". There is nothing guaranteed to drive a customer into a rage than hearing that. If it's truly something you can't do, you apologize and offer a solution. I don't think my request was unreasonable. The food is fine, standard Burger King food, but I leave irritated every single time so it's not worth it. DQ has better salads and decent burgers. read more

Employee taking drive-through order couldn't figure out which drink went with which meal and had a challenging time deleting a meal that she had added. Was waiting for food over seven minutes at the window. One of the four drinks was incorrect, and for the third time in a row one of the burgers came with mayo when we confirmed no mayo on the burger four times when ordering. Paid over $8 for a chicken bacon burger and there was only a 1x2" piece of bacon on the item. Mold on one of the buns. WILL NOT BE RETURNING. read more

I ordered two meals and it took me a long time to actually order because the employee could not figure the machine out and had a hard time placing my order.
