McDonald's that gets our order right every time This location is updated inside. It's so nice to come here and have a meal. Family friendly. Staff is great. We have never really waited too long for food. Inside we have our food brought to us. Service is almost close to Chick-fil-A! This McDonald's is always busy. It's McDonald's and the meals are up to standard in my opinion but the customer service is a bit lacking and they seem forgetful with orders, so make sure you check before you leave. The interior decor is modern with televisions almost at every seat. read more

I had McDonald's on The Military Wallet listing any combo free for Veteran's Day. I read to article to the black teenager 3 times. She condesendingly asked, DO YOU HAVE A COUPON? I said I'll pull up and you can read it. I drove to the window and let her see it on my phone. She said we have a military discount but no free combo. So said I'll go get my manager. A 16-year old with glasses came to the window. She snot-nosed said, Oh we don't do that. As a 40-year mystery shopper I have ever seen such rude inept employees. This McDonald's has a manager that is incompetent. I ordered 2 triple cheeseburgers, along with other things. They didn't give me a receipt to double check my order, or leave the order up on the screen long enough for me to double check, I even asked for a receipt and they said their printer wasn't working. I received two single cheeseburgers, and when I told them I ordered triple cheeseburgers they said to keep the single cheeseburgers and they will fix it. Then the manager says that I need to pay for triple cheeseburgers and give back the others, after The other workers said to just keep them , I had already given them to my kid. The staff at this location need a serious lesson on customer service. From the moment you get into the drive thru to getting your food, they are absolutely rude. I get maybe having a hard day and what not but the attitude is real at this store. Yelling over the intercom claiming you don't sell ice cream products at all was also childish. Most people just start with a "our ice cream machine is broken". If your having a bad day and what a reason to yell I recommend going here. Other than that this location was absolutely the least professional and most childish, rude location I have ever been to. Also half ass your food and mess up orders often but I think that's most fast food places anymore. read more

Very pleased with our visit. Cashier listened to our order and got it correct the First Time!!! Very Rare to find now days! I change many things to make them how we like it. He got it right!
