I used to come to this McDonald's regularly, but management just made one of the worst decisions I've ever seen by firing Grady, one of the only employees who actually cared about customers and did his job well. He was professional, respectful, and consistently provided better service than most of the staff combined. Since he's been gone, the drop in quality has been obvious. Slower service, worse attitudes, and an overall lack of effort -- it honestly feels like management got rid of one of the few people holding this place together. When you push out your best workers, don't be surprised when customers stop showing up too. Whoever made this decision clearly has no idea how to recognize good employees or run a functional team. Instead of supporting the people who make customers want to return, this location seems determined to drive away both hardworking staff and loyal patrons. Until there's serious accountability and better leadership, I can't recommend this McDonald's to anyone. If this is how they treat their best employees, it says everything customers need to know about what's going on behind the counter. read more

We had to wait for someone to get to the register to place our order and the guy that finally came up didn't say a word, no hello or anything, so we proceeded to place our order. We didn't get a thank you or anything at all for that matter. Probably one of the most unfriendly, awkward moments ever experienced. At approximately 9:00pm on October 9, 2025, I used a kiosk to order an iced coffee at the McDonald's in Greenbrier, AR. After waiting for several minutes, an employee handed me a plastic cup containing lukewarm coffee and what appeared to be a tiny bit of melted whipped cream. I told her that the coffee was supposed to contain ice and handed it back to her. A few minutes went by and another employee handed me a larger plastic cup filled with what appeared to be coffee with cream, ice, and whipped cream on top. Thinking they had finally corrected the problem, I took it to my car and tasted it -- it was AWFUL. They had actually poured hot coffee into a cup, threw in some ice and topped it with whipped cream: no sweeteners, no flavor, just hot coffee over melting ice. this was the most putrid dining experience i've had to endure in my entire life. I was greeted by a family of 500 flies near the overflowing trash cans at the entrance. i ordered online and selected table service. clearly that means i have to walk up to the counter to get my own food. it was impossible to find a table without shit smears and other fluids on it. when the tard behind the counter forgot my drink, i asked for it nicely and he proceeded to stare into my soul with his dead eyes and blank expression, as if i wasn't speaking english. to top off the experience one of my chicken tenders was a chopped up tire that ended up in the deep fryer. this place needs to be closed by the health department effective immediately. read more

I simply don't understand the low reviews for this location. Every time I've been here, it has been a good experience with good service and good food. It is 100% better than any Conway location, where I'm pretty certain some of their employees are on illegal substances. If you read my reviews, you will see that I do not pull any punches with my reviews. My food at this location has always been spot on and served with a smile. I think some people conduct themselves in a manner that illicits bad responses. read more

If there was a 0 star, this McDonalds would get it. The food is generally ok in my opinion but the staff are rude and always look trashy, they can't seem to understand the English language very well or so it seems. When I pulled BACK through to have my order corrected they changed me more to remake my food that I'm pretty sure they didn't even remake, all they did was redo it in the same container they gave me the first time. This was at breakfast time, the evening people are not much better. When ordering in the afternoon we basically had to do everything ourselves except for cook the food all while there bathroom is overflowing and they do not care just letting sh*t water spew out into the store. They didn't give me my daughters apple juice and burger and when I asked for it they were extremely rude even going as far as to throw our sauce back into the box on the counter and said we could get our own shit. And to make it that much sweeter we asked for a shamrock shake and were told the machine was broken (as usual) but the very next person in line was able to order and receive one for themselves. So just to recap the store is disgusting and so are the staff, the staff in general look like they haven't bathed in a while with some of them actually giving off an odor and having food around the collars of there uniform, untied shoes, and sagging pants. The only thing worse than there hygiene is there attitude, If your someone (like me) that has a hard time dealing with ignorant a**holes, I would not recommend complaining to them as they will either dismiss anything you say or just down right cuss you out. Do not go to this McDonalds. The worse customer service!! corporate nor the owner DOES NOT CARE! I've never seen anything like it. When you order a meal and spend 14 plus dollars a sandwich and. fry they will charge you extra for ONE dipping sauce per OWNER! You can have all the ketchup you want for free but not ONE lil hot mustard instead of the ketchup. The wait is always horrible then you receive cold food! The workers have attitudes and never apologize. They will look you your face and say that they don't care for you to call the owner! When you call the Owner David Stokes you get a message system and he will have a "manager " call you. If someone does call all they say is ok thank you will we contact the manger on duty and talk with them! I don't ever want and expect anything for free but when you pay what you pay for a crappy cold meal from there you should be allowed ONE sauce to dip your cold fries in and not be asked for 26 cents. It's not the penny change they want it's the fact they don't care about customers and it doesn't make sense that the ketchup would be free ! I will not even get into the long wait and rudeness bc that's just the normal thing there ! When I asked for filet fish with no tarter sauce instead they gave me one with tarter sauce! My dad got mad that he had to go in take back the one with tarter sauce and get the one without tarter sauce! and I got mad too! It's just so annoying that they mess up on our order! read more

I think this was the worst McDonald's I have EVER been to not only did they end our order before we were done ordering, they got it wrong, acted like we were too stupid to place an order, had absolutely no understanding of the term "Customer Service", and to top it off, the manager never even looked at us while we told them they messed up the order. First off, I know that this is a fast food establishment. I still give it two stars due to the unreasonable amount of sauce that they slather or squirt onto their McWraps. Perhaps it's just one overzealous employee, or maybe it's what the chain requires they do. However, opening your McWrap to find almost a cup of messy, non-car-friendly dressing is disgusting! Not to mention that it completely covers the taste of whatever food is supposed to be in the wraps. Chicken tastes the same as tomatoes when slathered in Southwestern sauce (mayo? ranch?).
