We went through the drive-thru for a quick meal on the road. We ordered 2 Big Mac Collectors meals and a McCrispy Chicken Sandwich meal. The employee rang us up for a quarter pounder and argued that was what we ordered. We ordered a 4A which is a Chicken Sandwich. The Quarter pounder is a 2A. He finally told us to pull to next window and he would fix it. We go to the second window and the lady asks if we had the collectors meals and we said yes. She handed us one bag and told us to have a nice day. All that was in the bag was fries and our cups, no sandwiches. She wasn't understanding us at first when we told her what we were missing. Luckily I was given a receipt to show her cause she said she had no idea what we were talking about. She told us to hold because it was going to take time for the cook to refry? We finally received our food and are concerned as to why our Big Macs were not built correctly (see pic attached.) This seems to be a widespread issue with McDonalds which indicates poor training/hiring practices. read more

I'm only writing this today, because of the fact that the meat was so undercooked that it had to be thrown away. The burger in question was a quarter pounder and it was purchased with my rewards points which I have quite a few of but it does seem like every time I use my rewards for something I get real shitty food you need to do better McDonald's . Due to past illnesses due to undercooked meat at fast food establishment is the reason why I will not or allow my children to not eat undercooked meat. Now the service always was very good. The girls at the windows are always very nice. Very pleasant with a smile. This location is kind of hard to get into but that happens when a business days as busy as this location does. read more

My grandson & I visited the Grayson Ky restaurant on 12/13/24. I ordered the egg Mcmuffin meal. Upon the last bite of my sandwich, I bit into egg shell. It punctured my gum behind my tooth & became lodged there. I took what was left of the sandwich up to the counter & I explained what happened & I was treated very poorly by the manager. I was embarrassed anyway having to complain & I was very apologetic. I thanked her for replacing it but she didn't say one word back to me. Only giving me an angry look & turned and walked away. It made me feel like I had done something wrong. She made me feel so terrible that I very seriously doubt I will go back! My meal was $22.24 & I know that isn't even a drop in the bucket to that company but I know plenty of other restaurants that would be glad to have my business! read more

I don't know why i keep trying , but my drive thru order is never correct and it's always simple not complicated orders , never seem to get the right bag ! My experience at McDonald's was awful. I worked there for a week and loved the employees, but the managers were a different story. Today, I felt like I was going to pass out, so I told a manager and asked if I could go home (I had already worked 3-4 hours). He was very rude to me and basically acted as if the job was more important than my health. I quit my job a few minutes later. Don't work there if you can help it. read more

i ordered a hot chocolate from this mcdonald's and a worker had his pinky nail inside the hole where you drink while carrying it. after receiving my hot chocolate, i proceeded to pour it out and throw it away because that was extremely unsanitary and i wasn't aware if his hands were clean or not. very gross. i checked his name tag and it said Dwayne. read more

This is a great McDonald's! I was provided with great customer service and great food. While at McDonald's I seen a manager training a new employee and she was doing a great job, and I also seen an employee clean up the floors and tables immediately after customers left. The lobby was clean, the food was good, but the men's bathroom was disgusting. I let the staff know, they cleaned it, and awhile later the bathroom was gross again. There has to be at least sort of concern as to how clean their bathrooms are. read more

Every year we go to a camp at KCU, and we always go to McDonald's to eat breakfast. The service is always great and the employees are typically really nice, and the food tastes... yuh know... good for McDonald's. Overall, pretty great place to hang out and eat a quick meal! read more
