Arby's isn't in my usual rotation often enough and perhaps that should change. Mrs. K. insisted that we eat lunch, providing the explanation that her husband was acting a little hangry. "Who, me?" "Yes, you." Okay, we come in, find a clean table and I spin up the Arby's app to order our lunch. Huge roast beef sandwich for me, curly fries for Mrs. K. A few minutes later, I was up at the counter to pick it up. The fries were cooked just right and still hot. Perfect with just a bit of ketchup. The sandwich was very good, cooked the Arby's way though perhaps a bit too well done for me. I love the "horsey sauce" which isn't more complicated than mayonnaise with horseradish. Tasty. Other than one table that needed clearing, the dining room was clean and welcoming. The soda fountain and condiments station was well stocked. And the food was assembled properly. That's five stars. The family stopped into Arby's on our way through on the highway. I was pleased with the service. We ordered 3 meals and a side. The lady speaking through the speakers was clear and nice, which is a lot more than one can say about many drive-throughs. The young guy at the window was super nice. We ended up ordering 2 chicken tender meals, a crispy chicken meal (plain), and a side of mozzarella sticks. Everything was made right way (we had to pull up and wait for the tenders) and was hot and fresh. The plain sandwich was plain, which is a commonly screwed up item, and the mozzarella sticks were surprisingly tasty. Arby's curly fries are delicious too. No complaints here. read more

Do not go there when they first open the store in the morning. They use the leftover roast beef from the day before. Dry, tasteless. Also, this place is dangerous to get in and out of. There are no traffic signals, and it's located in the busiest stretch of road, right by the freeway. read more

I travel I64 past Grayson from time to time, and I have stopped twice at this Arby's to get a quick bite. I am a fan or Arby's. The first time I stopped, the sandwich was not fresh. I was there just after the dinner rush, so I assumed that was the reason. The second time I stopped was at 10:35 AM. The restaurant had just opened at 10:00 AM so I thought that I was certain to get a fresh roast beef sandwich. Wrong! I got back onto I64 and opened my sandwich, took the first bite and experienced stale bread, and really really old roast beef. This sandwich had to be left over from the night before. The roast beef was actually turning hard and chewy on the edges. My advise is to keep going to Moorehead or Ashland, depending on the direction that you are heading. read more

Ordered through the drive thru, the cashier tells me to pull forward because they just put down fresh fries. SWEET! No problem. 13 minutes later.... a young man comes out and asks "are you waiting on an order?" To which I reply, yes. And he asks what I had so I tell him. He leaves and comes back a minute later with my food with a "here ya go" and that's it. At about minute 5 I just began timing, wondering how long it would take for them to notice they forgot about someone. read more

This was my 2nd trip to Arby's ever. We were on vacation and stopped at an Arby's in WV which was excellent. I gave them 5 stars. I had the brisket sandwich at that location. My husband was slightly jealous so we decided to stop at an Arby's so he could try it. Well, that was disappointing and not the way we wanted to wrap up our vacation. The sandwich was barely above room temp. My wrap was ok but could have been better. The fries were really good and we should have just ordered those for lunch. UPDATE: The District Manager called me to apologize and offer ways to rectify the problems. They are pledging that this will never happen again. I will go back to this Arbys in the future and then I will update my review if they are better. Speed of Service AND Order Accuracy were TERRIBLE. We went to this Arby's in Grayson, KY in-between our night classes and waited for over THIRTY MINUTES for a simple order that ended up being completely wrong! We were late for class! We ordered the new PROMO combo, the Three Cheese & Bacon Angus Sub combo with small order of potato bites as substitute for the fries, a JR Jamocha shake, 1 chocolate turnover, and a regular beef & cheddar sandwich. Instead, we received: They did not give us our cup for a drink until we asked for the THIRD time, they gave us some type of weird angus sub with one type of cheese, NO BACON, and a POUND of disgusting grease, instead of potato bites we received something else...I think maybe it's some Jalopeno, cheese-fiilled something, but it included another pound of grease, a bacon cheddar RoastBurger, and one chocolate turnover (At least they got that right). We had to ask them to please get our Jamocha shake because they forgot. There were several other people in there waiting as well and several vehicles sitting at the drive thru window or that had pulled up waiting for their order. I will NEVER return to that specific Arby's again. Employees need better training and they were certainly also understaffed. But that's no excuse. read more

The lack of training here at this location need to be addressed asap!!! Teaching your employees not to message customers over a post that was just pointing out the mangers need to train a little more better is a no no!!! They need a whole new staff and the higher up like over chuck need to come in and monitor what kind of people they have working and what they offer there customers!!!! I mean read your reviews and work on these reviews with your crew and maybe you will have a better rating!!!! GET YOUR CREW IN CHECK AND MANGERS!!! I got blocked from a GM Lauren for a post that I had made about the lack of training and her other manger Shelli reached out to me about this matter and gave me there area supervisors number but not the number I ask for!!! To offer amazing service you need a crew that leaves there problems at the door and know how to treat people, smile, and know it dont matter who comes to that window or that counter you treat them like they lost there mom just seconds before they walked in that door!!! I rated them a 2 star because of lack of training and GM blocking when things got heated with her crew members!!!!! not how I would want my business to run!!!! Was not a good experience at all. I will say Arby's can be hit or miss, but at their prices, you should hit more often! The bathrooms were not clean, the dining area was just ok. But back to the food. Curly fries - cold, sandwich - thrown together, best part of the experience was leaving out the door and saying damn - I should have drove a little further down the highway to another place; but at least I'm gone. read more

Slow service. Incompetent employees. I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru once. Didn't go back for years. I decided to give them another shot. My mistake. I paid over $9 for a combo because the employee rang everything up separate. I tried to call their DM, no response. read more
