Overall, it was delicious, very moist, with buttercream icing that was not overly sweet. The party enjoyed it greatly. Also, I got a dozen donuts for breakfast. Donuts are vanilla or chocolate cake with various frostings and toppings. They were fresh and tasty. Not amazing, but good. We got cannolis that were very fresh but were on the overly sweet side. It tasted like sour cream frosting was inside instead of mascarpone cream that is typical. And milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate was on the outside. A little more balance, and these will be fabulous. This is a new business, so stop in and give them a taste! It's good to see the little town of Russell with a place like this.

Such as...meringue pies, sugar cookies with buttercream frosting, hand pulled cream candy, fudge, and chocolate dipped caramel apples just to name a few. She hand makes all of her baked goods and sugary sweets out of her house and there fore doesn't have an official storefront. She usually requires a day or two advance notice to be able to fulfill most orders, but that goes with any at home bakers. In my opinion, it is worth the wait.
