The tortilla was grilled perfectly, the eggs were fluffy and packed with flavor instead of being soggy, and the bacon, sausage, crispy tater tots, and melted cheese all came together to make an incredible meal. I can't recommend M&J Cafe enough. The staff is exceptional, the food is outstanding, and on top of all that, the prices are very reasonable. It's the kind of local place you hope to find when you're traveling. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in the Ashland area.

Yes please! The bread was soft and the butter melted when spread on a slice. The server advised the ribeye was one of the top sellers so that made my choice easy. It was served with a side salad which was crispy and fresh. I went with the house made ranch dressing, which I greatly enjoyed. When dinner arrived you could see the steam coming off the food from. When I cut into the ribeye it was cooked medium, just as requested and the juices were falling out all over the plate. My steak was tender, flavorful and delicious! The loaded baked potato, minus cheese, was also hot and tasty. Ashley took great care of us! She was friendly and attentive. I look forward to my next visit home so I can take my parents to dinner at The Train Station.

I was in line tonight and with another person in front of me and the clock struck 8:00 and the young woman at the counter literally told us, "Sorry, that was the last customer. We close at 8." I've never been in line at a counter business in my life and been turned away because of hours. Second, the sandwiches here made with overly thick bread but the meat portions are paper thin. These are not sandwiches, they are bread with a hint of meat. I always get the pizzas here as thst is all they offer that is worthwhile. Unfortunately, though, there is... Third, they haven't changed the menu since they opened. It's bee. the same damned options for the past few years! People say they have a favorite (always pizza) at Fuel and that's because they can never get a new option. This is a lazy business that had a great beginning but one which doesn't listen to its customers at all. They've been told about the hours, the fat bread, and the lack of new options by many people, and they feign a politeness that tells you that they don't value your opinion. The mains came quickly and followed suit. Most things weren't bad they just seemed like a knockoff Olive Garden - and that's not exactly great either. The exceptions were the lasagna and chicken parmesan. The lasagna just wasn't good at all and the chicken was overdone and dry. I found the pizza decent, but the rest of the family was less impressed. Our oldest said it reminded her of high school pizza and others reported it was bland. We didn't complain but someone was kind enough to provide a complimentary cheesecake with the sauces. One who sampled it didn't find it to be that wonderful either.
