We finally received our food and are concerned as to why our Big Macs were not built correctly (see pic attached.) This seems to be a widespread issue with McDonalds which indicates poor training/hiring practices.

"Who, me?" "Yes, you." Okay, we come in, find a clean table and I spin up the Arby's app to order our lunch. Huge roast beef sandwich for me, curly fries for Mrs. K. A few minutes later, I was up at the counter to pick it up. The fries were cooked just right and still hot. Perfect with just a bit of ketchup. The sandwich was very good, cooked the Arby's way though perhaps a bit too well done for me. I love the "horsey sauce" which isn't more complicated than mayonnaise with horseradish. Tasty. Other than one table that needed clearing, the dining room was clean and welcoming. The soda fountain and condiments station was well stocked. And the food was assembled properly. That's five stars.
