I went to fazolis on 3rd Ave for lunch today to my family .and I must say what a wonderful experience we had not only was the food amazing but employees were wonderful as well they talked to us like we were family it felt like family my son is autistic and mentally challenged and this worker named Becca was sure serving up some smiles and making us smile as well she joked with my son and made him feel special .and that's what a positive dining experience should be like making memories with your family. I've frequently visited this location for the past 5 years and it has never disappointed me. The service is always prompt, the food is always good, and the prices are always reasonable. With the fazoli's app, you can save even more money by downloading it. Fazoli's always seems to try to diversify the menu by adding new things to it on a regular basis. I recommend getting the sampler, with a slice of pizza and as many breadsticks as you can handle. The breadsticks are unlimited and free when dining in. I'd much rather go to this place for my Italian food desires than other local and way more expensive Italian restaurants. My exception to that would be Fratelli's on Route 60. 5/5 from me. read more

Stopped in for late lunch after visiting our mother in open heart recovery. Being from Charleston,WV our Fazoli's are all closed now. The food was delish and Becca as well as Emily both made our visit nice. Both were very friendly and fast with their service. Becca even came to our table and prebused our dishes! Went to fazolis on third Ave in Huntington today. I was really upset with my food and was not happy and then Becca came out with her amazing personality and made us all feel so welcome. Was in this location in Huntington at lunch today and the girls in the drive thru were a delight and service was fast. I asked the manger about a fresh salad and she was More than happy to assist me. Overall salad was amazing and my Lasagna was very fresh. I honestly considered not coming back here last visit but today won me back. Absolutely miserable experience this time around. The food is fine, but the management behaves like children and you can hear them across the entire restaurant. One woman screaming at another employee about "not asking for their opinion" and then racing an employee to give people bread. Ridiculous behavior. Literally had the best experience we have ever had at a Fazoli's - ever - tonight. Food was above excellent, service was amazing! Becca, Tyler, and Cassie went above and beyond to take care of our every need. They even brought a cheese grater to the table and grated fresh Parmesan onto our meals. This is one of my son's favorite restaurants to go to. The manager there is fantastic, her name is Becca. My son has food allergies so we have to be careful eating out. She always goes above and beyond to make sure his food is safely delivered to him to enjoy. We love almost all the dishes there and look forward to eating out there together. read more

My only complaint is that they got rid of the mozzarella bites. Why on Earth would they get rid of one of the most glorious food items?
