Well, they both came out as thin crust. Not that big of a deal because it was still good, just not what we ordered. Food is good, but the service is absolutely awful. This is 4th time going here in last several months and service has been not great, but tonight was especially awful. Tonight our waitress seemed to have too many tables even though there were a ton of employees working tonight. Not one time during the hour and half we were at our table did anyone ask if everything was good ,or if we needed a refill , unless we initiated it by waving down our waitress. One of my biggest concerns with this place , was a man there that appeared to be possible an owner or at least someone in charge . It appeared if you were a regular there every Friday night he would stop and check to see if you needed something , but if you were not he apparently didn't care . I only say this because we sit there with empty drinks as he walked by to chat with multiple tables and see if they needed anything several times . I grew up eating here and even lost my first tooth here, however, it's not the same since changing ownership. Our pizza's are dry, lacking in flavor, and the service is not the quality it used to be. I might add, I even PAID extra for more sauce. One pizza almost appeared too burnt to even serve. The cheese on top was blackened. They no longer are a place for friends from church to gather after a service. They don't have the business they used to have either. Later, our waitress spilled water onto my daughter's shoulder with another cursory apology. They use styrofoam plates and cups and the pizza is served on cardboard. First I'll say that being from C-K I grew up on this pizza and it's my favorite. Thus the five stars. But a couple points for newer people. First if you've never had it, it does have a slight sweetness to the sauce. Makes me love it more, but my wife for example does not. So just be aware. Secondly, if price is a concern of yours, this will not be the cheapest pizza you could eat. In the world of pizza it's quite pricey, but to me worth it. Just had one of the most unpleasant visits. Usually they have good service. My gf came here from puerto rico. she was excited to try evaronis out. We got there about 20 minutes after they opened So it wasnt crowded. We ordered our drinks and food. Drinks came quickly. My kids cheesesticks soon followed. We sat there for 45 minutes. At this time i heard another family complaining their food hadnt arrived. They were there longer than us. It was several minutes later the girl came and told us our pizza was just now being put in the oven. So i told her that was unacceptable and we were leaving. Still had to pay for the cheesesticks. Local establishment with a huge local following and in a need of a facelift, but if it not broken and your feeling the vibe you must eat here. Pizza is cut in squares and the cheese is a tad on greasy side or maybe it is their sausage. Packed on Friday night and hardly a parking spot to be found. Service was average. I grew up eating here, but the last 5 times we picked up food from here it was sub-par to say the least. One pizza we received was so burnt it was inedible and we had to throw it away. The amount of ingredients on an item have decreased drastically (like little to no cheese on a pizza bread or barely any bacon on bacon cheese fries). On top of decreased quality of food, often our order is incorrect or missing items. My wife and I just love this place. We eat at Evaroni's at least once a month. We love the "red" salad dressing that is served with the garden salad. If you like "sweet" type pizza sauce, you will be very pleased. If you are not so inclined, you may be disappointed. This restaurant has great food don't get me wrong. It's really good. But I have some complaints though. Mainly the atmosphere is 30 years old and very ugly and outdated and needs replaced. Also the tips and combined and split them equally. I hate that. It gives no incentive to the server to actually provide good service! They nickel and dime you for everything. You only get one free refill and if you want a box it's 50 cents. It's just stuff like that which is totally not needed or cool. Also they don't get that it makes sense to put groups or children in the back. I've been here twice with extremely loud and annoying people without any waitress or hostess asking them to quite down. Located on US 60 right off the highway, this place gives you great service with extra attention to the food. At first when you walk in, you wonder why it has such a great reputation amongst locals. The decor is very dated, and seems almost off putting. However, when the waitress smiles and asks how many, it made you feel very welcome. The menu IS limited. Don't expect to order the new trendy appetizers. They have Garlic Bread and Bread sticks. The do have a small assortment of salads, and you can order spaghetti as well. Their pizza was what we ordered, and it was great! Lots of Cheese, plenty of pepperoni and sausage. The sauce is on the sweeter side, and the pie is cut in squares opposed to traditional slices. One thing to note, they do not bring you your check, when you are done, you just go up to the counter. The servers are doing a hundred things at once and are always stressed out. This means that customers wait longer and feel rushed. The crust is crunchy but it almost tastes like Pillsbury pizza dough and they don't give much pepperoni maybe because they are bigger then usual.
