Everyone was friendly. I ordered the Hunter's Club unwich. The only complaint I had was too much masking tape on the paper wrapper, trying to hold my unwich together. I ordered them a lot when I lived in Columbus, they didn't use tape on the wrappers. Everything seemed to be clean and well taken care of. It is a very busy place at lunchtime. read more

We ordered sandwiches for a large group for a lunch gathering. We specifically asked to have lettuce/tomato on the side to keep the bread from getting soggy. My wife then went to the restaurant the day before to confirm and once again instructed to place L/T on the side. My son picked them up and we found that the lettuce/tomato was already on. We were instructed to pick them up at 11am and we were going to refrigerate until the 1pm lunch. We called to ask if they could remake and they agreed to do so. My son once again drove 20 min down there but they would not give him the remakes without him bringing back the wrongly made order. We were not told that or we would have gladly done so and not waisted a total 40 min drive for my son. I then had to make the same drive again with the previously made incorrect order. The mistake shouldn't have happened but it did. I accept that but my big complaint is with the manager on duty. He lied to me twice in about 30 sec. First he said that when my wife ordered she didn't specify on the side. ( she went down in person so they didn't mess it up which they managed to do anyway) Second he said that she was told to bring back the old sandwiches to get the new ones. He absolutely did not mention that. I can't stand a liar!! The right thing for him to do was to give my son the correctly made order and accept/ admit that it was their mistake. I should not have had to also make that drive to return some now soggy sandwiches. By not doing they lost my future business and also the group we were feeding. The rest of the employees were nice and apologetic to my son and myself which was appreciated. The manager could certainly learn from them. The customer is always right is not what I believe. But if you messed up and they are right you should certainly go over and above to keep their business read more

This is one of my favorite places for sub sandwiches in the Ashland area. Everything is made fresh when you order it, the toppings are always fresh tasting and they put a lot on their sandwiches. I always get my food quickly and the order has always been right. The dining area is always clean and neat. I know Jimmy John's is a chain but this particular location seems a step above some of the others I have eaten at. read more

We ordered a package where we received 30 subs for an event that was happening. The subs were great other than the unwhiches. They were so small! I got them for everyone that was gluten free. Definitely need more of everything on them. read more

The new wheat bread is great! However, EVERY TIME I have been to this Jimmy John's, since they started selling the new wheat, they mske my sandwich on the old loaf type wheat even when I specifically ask for the new wheat roll. EVERY TIME! Today I practically touched the container of the new wheat bread, pointing it out and telling.gthem that is the bread I want.....got my sandwich on the old loaf type bread. I don't get it. It's the older guy at the register that makes the mistake. He just looks at you when you come in, no greeting, nothing, you have to ask him if he is ready to take your order. I think next time, if there is a next time, I'll grab the container of the wheat, hold it up to him and ask if he could possibly just once consider making my sandwich on the bread I ask for. This place has got my order wrong each time I've been there. This time was the worst. I'm really plain so I get a 12" turkey sub with only turkey and bread, they gave me an entire turkey sub with pepperoni, cheese, and lettuce. I know it wasn't my fault because they asked multiple times while I was ordering if I wanted it normal or with only turkey and bread. So in conclusion I would never order from this place again. The man working the drive thru was very unfriendly... I waited quite a bit for 1 sandwich which I was fine with but got no apology or even a you're welcome after I thanked him. The only words spoken by him at the drive thru once pulling up was a total. Now he did apologize to the person in front of me for their long wait.. So Jimmy John's, if you actually care about what your customers think, then find somebody else to help your customers who is actually personable instead of your unfriendly 60 year old man who definitely shouldn't be around customers. read more

What a total ripoff. Their ad says that they will deliver in a 5 mile radius. The motel I was at was 3.5 miles away, well within the stores range. The guy on the phone said it was way too far for them to deliver but if I wanted to give him an extra $50 dollars he would make an exception. How very generous of him! I'm definitely going to report this chain to corporate for violating policy, price gouging laws and basic human decency. read more

1st of all we have orderd several times from this location and the last 2 times they have missed our side of Tomatoes. So my husband called the store asked for a mgr. The guy said he was one . Well the way the guy talk to my husband there was no way he is a mgr. If so shame on him for chasing away customers. Also the bread was so hard it was not funny. The pickle I got was old and nasty. And I have pictures of the nasty food. We won't be back at this place again. I can't post this with out a review. So had to give a one. They should not even have that. read more

I've eaten here several times and every time the subs have been fresh and filling. I wish they offered alfalfa sprouts for their sandwiches like Jimmy John's do in other areas. Overall it's way better than Subway and good for a quick sub shop when you're in a hurry. Easy to make healthy choices. We've used the app and the food has been made quickly and correctly. read more

Ordered using the app for pickup. Sat in the parking lot waiting to be told it was "ready for pickup" but it never happened. After 45min I drove to the window and was told "oh yeah, it's ready. Most people just come to get it instead of waiting for us to click that it's ready because we forget" they literally had 1 vehicle the whole time I was there waiting. You can't select that someone's order is ready for pickup? I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the order was accurate. read more

My wife and I love Jimmy John's, it is our first choice for lunch, heck even dinner! We love the Vito and Pepe. So good!

Well here we are a few years later and this location has really gone down hill. The staff is friendly but the subs have shrunk in size and the meat and cheese is cut paper thin now. I've given them multiple chances and it's just not getting any better. From now on I'll go to the Huntington location if I need a jimmy johns fix. read more
