The…read morecoffee tastes great, the service was quick, the parking lot and drive through were very clean, and it only took about a minute to get my drink. So, why the 1-star review? Pricing transparency. The menu listed the price for a cold brew at $4.50, so I asked which size corresponded to that price. The answer? None of them. The small was cheaper and the medium was more expensive than the price shown. I inquired further and the very kind and attentive worker also explained that prices on the menu don't include charges for dairy alternatives--which is understandable since some coffee shops do that. Here's the problem: I was charged almost a dollar extra for heavy cream, but I wasn't informed beforehand. When I asked if it was an extra charge, the worker confirmed it was, but also mentioned it wasn't listed on their menu and i get the impression they aren't instructed to inform customers about it. This makes the pricing dishonest. This issue could be easily fixed by updating the digital menu to reflect extra charges for dairy alternatives or by training staff to notify customers. Otherwise, the coffee and service were great.

Like little circles of heaven in the best flavors you could imagine: chocolate, blueberry, cinnamon cake (not dusted in cinnamon), and birthday cake!! OMG! I don't even typically eat sugar, but munchkins are definitely my weakness, and their timbits blow munchkins out of the water! We honestly didn't try anything else because we already had savory food elsewhere, but that doesn't change the fact that I had some of the best food of my life here lol. The place itself was very clean, had ample seating, and was easy to order and get out quickly. The people working there were also attentive and helpful. This normally wouldn't be problem, except he's always working. I asked for a manager and he said "He's not in the store right now so you gotta pay." Which once again, isn't a deal breaker, however i'm not sure why this is a problem; seeing how this coupon works at all other locations. He needs to either get retrained or communicate with management. Outside of the bad employee experience, the food is very par for the course for Tim Hortons.
