Great staff and decent food - better quality than other nearby McDonald's. Ordering from the app is the way to go for this location and the place can get really busy! We had an error with our order and I submitted feedback, so they would be aware of what transpired. I receive an email from a concerned manager/staff lead that wanted to be sure they could do everything to make the situation better, even after the fact. The morning crew here is delightful, warm Food amazing service and excellent overall if any items are missing the crew is more than happy to not only give you your food but fully compensate you somehow noon rolls around and this place is AWFUL avoid it after noon at all costs I think I would prefer to eat the crust that's formed at the bottom of my shoes then to look in the vicinity of this hellscape food almost guaranteed to be cold old or not made properly. If you are looking to feed yourself or your family this is not the place to be your food will be A forgetten B cold or C you won't be able to order due to the line causing a safety concern seaping out into a major route. This is one of the worst locations. There's a reason they have such a low score on yelp and other review sites. They constantly get orders incorrect, so be sure and check your bag before you drive off if you dare to come here. Often the food is of poor quality, and the drive-through is notoriously slow. Don't even think about coming here for breakfast! They'll be out of half of their menu items by 9 o'clock. Do yourself a favor and go out of your way to go to the Windham location. I'm writing here because the place to leave a review on the app said page not found twice when I tried to submit it. Suspicious. Went to grab breakfast this morning on my way to work between 6:15-6:30. Ordered a large iced coffee, sausage mcgriddle, and a #1 with a medium OJ. Paid thru the app so when I got to the window seconds later the lady had a large hot coffee to hand me. She's the one who took the order seconds earlier and put the iced coffee tag on the hot coffee. I tell her it was an iced coffee and she goes oh, ok and makes me a medium iced instead not a large. I said whatever its the same price anyway. We wait for our food for another minute and she hands us the bag and she shuts the window and we drive off to Yarmouth. When we get there we realized she forgot the OJ too. So 3 drinks involved, 2 wrong and 1 missing. It's at least the second time recently a coffee was wasted because that particular person made the wrong one. Nobody in line, no crowd, just inattention to what you're doing. Started going there because of the convenience and the price of breakfast. Probably will stop because we're not getting items we paid for anyway and had to go someplace else to buy it. Seems like a pretty simple process made complicated by indifference. read more

They have gotten my order wrong. But worse I cancelled an order thru the app, with confirmation with an employee on the phone, but still, 3 months later, I am still waiting on a refund of $9.06, a lousy $9.06. Un-f'ing-believable. It has now been over 3 months of waiting, with a phone call and two emails to them. Another time I ordered breakfast thru the app, then waited over 15 mins in the drive thru line only to get to the ordering mic at literally 10:33 and be told breakfast was over. I asked why my food had not been made already since I had ordered well before 10:30 and been sitting in their drive thru, in their parking lot, for over 15 mins, in line to get my food order that in the app said it went thru at 10:12 (I had made the order pulling out of Dunkin which is basically across the street). Was given no answer to my question. No joke or exaggeration, the woman would only keep saying I had to order lunch and not to worry, I would get a refund on my app order. That time I did get an immediate refund. But you don't have an app to order thru and then not make the damn food while that person waits in one of your lines. What a waste of my time. read more

I know it's weird to be reviewing a McDonald's, but it was interesting to see that they (this one at least) have a system now like Panera where you take a numbered sign and they bring your food to your table! You can also order on a screen if you don't want human interaction, and they will still bring your order to you. The people working here seem very young, but were friendly and got our order right, and fries were fresh and hot. There's not much else I ask for from a McDonald's. The restaurant and bathroom was also very clean. read more

Went strawberry picking with the kids today. Stopped at McDonald's on the way home. I just couldn't believe what I experienced. A woman (not wearing a mask) was taking orders in an ipad. She was standing about 2-3 ft from folks in their cars. I noticed the people in their cars weren't wearing masks either. I spoke with the "supervisor" taking my money who said his manager told him "as long as you were outside, you didn't need to wear a mask." I then went to the next window to pick up the food-the "manager" was working at that window so I spoke up again. She said "we don't need to wear masks as far as I know if you are outside. That's what I'm being told anyway." Stupid people! Aren't they aware everyone should be wearing a mask, inside or outside, if they aren't at least 6 ft away!? On October17 my wife and I used the drive thru at the Gray Maine store to order a Mc Flurry. The cashier was given a $20 bill. She gave my wife change for a $10.The mistake was immediately made known to the cashier. She called the manager and were told that the end of day receipts would be checked and she would call us. She called and told us in a very accusatory tone that all the receipts indicated no short change occurred. We have used this location for years and were surprised at the attitude. Almost didn't eat here after reading reviews but it was convenient to 95 and we were starving. The woman at the counter was very nice and we got our food quickly. Egg mc muffins were wonderful and hot and hash browns were perfectly crispy. I even won a free fruit and yogurt parfait on the McDonald's game piece and got it to go. Score! read more

Don't do fast good often but grabbed dinner here as we were traveling. In short, this place blows. We ordered 2 wraps. Both where horribly prepared and had several holes and quickly fell apart in the cardboard holder. The fries were way over cooked and very hard.
