Went to this McDonald's again because it's close by after I swore I wouldn't again because of my last experience. This time I ordered again on the app and it took 20 mins to get to the window (fine it was busy). When I got to the window the worker asked what I ordered. I told her 2 McGriddle meals and she looked at me with disgust and said "what kind?!" In a mean tone. Then gave me my order and forgot my coffee. She never came back to the window again. The manager ended up opening the window and asking me what was missing and made it for me. I was so nice and was treated with disrespect for no reason! read more

My friends burger was still raw, and the inside was trashed. They said their system was down, but they were still pumping out DoorDash orders. The food here is good, but the wait is ridiculous. This location has two drive thrus but they wait until the first person has completed their order before starting the second drive thru. They would be better off just to take orders and whichever car finishes first, they move to the window. If one car is taking a long time because they have 6 kids in the car, that is too bad for them....let the other line keep moving. Literally this is my only complaint with this location is the time it takes to get through drive thru....but that is enough for me to give them 2 stars. read more

This location is close to my work, so for the past two years I've come here at least two dozen times (that admittance hurts a little!). I have had excellent service, accurate orders, and hot food every time. They always get my sauce for the nuggets correct which literally happens nowhere else (honey... not honey mustard plz!). They get through huge double lines of people for the lunch hour very quickly and cheerfully, and my food always tastes fresh and hot and cooked properly. I go to this McDonald's from time to time when I'm over that way and reading the other reviews, I think peoples expectations are too high. Is this location slow? Yeah, most times. But my food always comes hot and comes the way I ordered it. The way I see it, if I can't wait 10 minutes I shouldn't be out ordering food. Staff here are on the quiet side but always polite - I don't need them to have a full conversation with me when there's a whole line behind me they need to get through. Nobody expects much from a McDonald's. You go there when you need a quick bite and are either desperately low on time, have a screaming kid that needs something - anything - shoved in his mouth, or you've been out at a bar and need some grease-filled calories on the way home. This is BY FAR the WORST McDonald's in the area, I recommend driving extra miles if the golden arches are what you desire. IF YOU USE THE DRIVE THRU, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPT AND THE BAG! I splurge on calories & carbs maybe once every other month and go crazy and buy fast food. This location has consistently either charged me for the wrong order and/or given me someone else's bag. It would help if the drive-thru people actually took the 30 seconds to ask if the order (saying the order) is correct BEFORE taking the $ and/or handing the bag. Food has been cold, incorrectly prepared (received a big mac that the top half of the sandwich was missing, cheeseburger half slid off the bun+cold, etc.) and the fries are always undercooked or OLD and gross. The employees there have either a lackadaisical or very poor attitude or and are just going thru the motions of their jobs. I've gone here several times at night to find the drive thru is closed due to being understaffed. This happens EVERYTIME my husband or I try to grab some late night food. They will have a hand written sign hung up over the speaker/sign stating they are understaffed yet when you look thru the window their are a bunch of employees just standing around talking. WTH is going on at this location. If lobby is closed, and drive thru is closed WTH are they doing?? They definitely aren't cleaning or doing anything productive that I see when driving buy. They are lucky to get one star. And the one star is only for the amazing drive through lady who is/used to be there at breakfast time. Planning to grab a late snack or a quick late dinner at 10pm? Forget it. They "temporarily " close every night at that time "because of shift change" and will not state how long for. Sometimes it's 5 minutes. Sometimes much longer. I would leave 0 stars if I could. Says it's open 24 hours yet I've tried coming here 3 different times this week after my third shift work day and each time they were closed. I've noticed that their lights ALWAYS seem to be off even when they are open, so it's very uninviting. The first time they said they were closed due to computer issues at 3 am. And the two other times were at 5 am and they were closed due to staffing? Clearly isn't the first time they have used this excuse after reading the other recent reviews. read more
