I don't even know where to start. Whoever the 2 girls were working....try to be funny. Not funny. Today I needed something fast and easy for dinner. I ordered a double cheeseburger, no bun. I don't eat bread. Then I got extra onions and pickles...sue me....i like extra veggies. Not a big deal, I also don't like salty things and McDonald's fries are SOOO salty. I ordered a small fry, no salt. Okay, then I ordered a Diet Coke....there was no line. I wasn't taking up time for people, I just wanna get what I want. We payed, we went to the window to get our food. The two girls just had the biggest smirk on their faces. They handed me a Diet Coke....no ice. Are you kidding me, the one girl doing drinks was laughing. So unprofessional, so rude, just so unfair. Trying to mock me with giving me no ice. Bullying is not cool little girl, you are not cool. Making fun and mocking customers is extremely unprofessional. I am so disgusted. I understand it's just a 'McDonalds' but being a decent human being. Why are we making fun of people. I was so disgusted by that behavior. I hope they get talked to, or even lose their position. Extremely rude. So not necessary. I work in a customer service industry my whole life, I've been in this setting for the last 10 years of my life. Never ever , I would mock a paying customer. I hope those girls parents are ashamed on who they raised. So not cool. So not pretty. I will never be coming back to this location until the staff list improves. That just left a poor taste in my mouth. It's the principle of having a good safe, not a little girl thinking she's better than everyone else. From a current fast food employer to another change that attitude real fast. It will get you no where in life. So disappointed and frustrated with these teenagers. read more

McDonald's - Bih burger - Fast Food Near Me - Grand Blanc, Michigan

Easily the best McDonalds I frequent overall. But there are areas that can be improved. Generally clean except for restroom. Service is often slow, but my orders are often correct and food of good value for the money. Seem to give drive thru more priority than the lobby. read more

Easily one of the worst McDonald's in the state of Michigan. Takes forever, ask you to round up for charity, and always ask you to pull ahead to wait for your order and then takes even longer to get your food read more

Every time I go to this location I have problems. I mistakenly gave them another opportunity today. After paying $10 for four McDoubles I received my order literally thrown into the bag. The burgers were only half wrapped and everything from the wrappers to the napkins were coated in grease. This is by no means the only issue I've had here. This location is not worth patronizing I recommend taking your business elsewhere. read more

Not surprised this place is only 1 and a half stars . Horrible service everytime. The employees don't know how to work the registers and over charge and ring the wring stuff up I ordered online at 10:30 at 11 the first wasn't made and they refused to make my food read more

The worst McDonald's in recent memory. The staff is laughable, the restaurant was a mess and I truly wish I could give less than one star. I will say if your hungry and craving McDonald's and you happen to be near this joke of an establishment... continue driving. read more

Easily one of the worst McDonald's locations I've been to. They get my order wrong more times than not and the service is slower than any other McDonald's location. There needs to be some serious quality control and management changes at this location. I purposely go out of the way to another McDonald's at this point because this one never fails to let me down. read more

We went to McDonald's tonight for dinner for the first time in awhile. We decided to go to the grand blanc location instead of the nasty flint one. As the girl was taking our order, she kept laughing and talking to someone else. Obviously not paying any attention because we received onions and no lettuce on our DQP when I asked for the opposite. The nuggets were stale, fries were cold and not filled, (per usual. Not even surprised at this point) and 1 sauce with a 20 piece nugget. And for the grand finale, raw meat on the DQP. read more

See last time I ate here and got sick I just thought I caught a stomach bug.... This time they straight up poisoned me. McDonald's food shouldn't even be considered food honestly. If you want to save yourself from being in pain do NOT EVER eat here or any other one. read more

For as slow as the service is you would think they couldn't possibly screw up a order. How do you a egg McMuffin and a sausage biscuit confused??? You want $15 an hour, I suggest your employees mistakes are costing you product and customers read more

I have a problem every single visit. Order is usually wrong, or I have to wait forever. Last night, I stopped in for a coffee, greeted with a "we are only accepting cash is that ok". I don't usually carry cash. Especially at 2am. Ugh. Let me search for change to pay for my coffee like a hobo. I wish this place could step it's game up. read more

I rarely get fast food so it's even more disappointing when they mess it up. Last time I got it my fish was Super overcooked, I asked for extra tater and they put a RIDICULOUS amount of tater on it. My quarter pounder with cheese and bacon had no bacon on it. My sprite was completely tasteless and my large fry was MAYBE 40% full. Also it was all just old and cold. That was a couple weeks ago. Then today I got 2 mc'chickens with extra Mayo and extra lettuce and neither had extra anything and they put onion on it as well. Again my large fry was maybe 40% full and my kids happy meal only had 3 nuggets and no sauce. It's just ridiculous. I will no longer be going here. read more

Bruh this McDonald's just a mess in every aspect, no one cares about helping you and no one knows what is going on

It's been 45 minutes and I'm still waiting for my dammit chicken here at McDonald's in grand Blanc Michigan this is absurd it should not take this long being that were the only ones here and there's seven workers I thought it was fast food they are currently talking about turkeys being birds read more

The drive through service has been whack since they added the 2 driveways. Never consistent with taking orders. They always seem to move 2-3 cars from one line while the other line sits to wait their turn. read more

Look, it's McDonalds so you're not expecting a delicious meal, or amazing service. This place won't let you down in that regard. Service is mediocre at best and the food is well....McDonalds. It's always been bad for you, but it used to at least taste delicious. This particular location is always disgusting. Everything in the place is dirty every time I'm there, regardless of the day or time. The place is outdated and in need of a new owner or at least one who cares. Ive eaten my last meal (if you can call it that) at this location. read more

Absolutely the most disgusting McDonalds I have seen. It has inspired me to stop eating fast food. Tables and booths with trash everywhere. Saw one order ticket on a table that was time stamped 3 1/2 hours before we were there. The owner should be ashamed. read more

This McDonald's seriously makes me crazy! Every single time, I'm not even exaggerating, they make me pull up and wait for my food. Today they told me they were waiting on my fries and had me pull up and park. While I was waiting at least 10 different cars left. So they are saying those 10 cars did not order french fries?!? They also forgot the ranch so not only after waiting that whole time I had to walk back in to get the ranch they forgot. They make good food, I just wish the wait time wasn't so terrible every time we go there! read more

There was a fight between a manager, Crystal, and her boyfriend in front of the whole restaurant. The screaming triggered my PTSD and i was shocked and unable to move. I had to go to an emergency therapy session and i will no longer be coming to this location. DISRESPECTFUL. read more

Their mobile order curbside delivery never works. It always says to go inside to get the order. That defeats the purpose of having curbside delivery. Sorry, but I'm not getting my sleeping toddler out of the car because your app doesn't work. I've had this happen 3 times at your location ONLY. Also, the "unsweetened tea" you gave me today in the drive thru was half coke, half tea after the employee dumped the medium drink she tried giving me into a large cup, then topping off with tea. So disgusting. read more

I love the egg mcmuffins and the chicken. The prices are inexpensive. And the drive thru is fast and thorough

The drive thru is the worst. Only idiots man it. My order has been wrong the last three times in a row after excessively long waits. The manager is so rude. I won't be back. And the parking lot is a nightmare. There is nowhere to turn and someone is always blaring their horn at you wanting you to move. It's like nowhere else in Grand Blanc. read more

I have been to this McDonalds several times because it is convenient. I have had many errors with my orders and at times I have found the place quite slow for a fast food restaurant. there's was barely a line at the time, my friend and I were about to head out and go up north so we stopped to grab a bite to eat before hand. We ordered our meal and TWO large cokes. They proceeded to only give us one coke and yell at us for 'messing the order up' when it was just a misunderstanding in which they didn't hear us say two cokes (we ordered separately so we know what we ordered) anyways they told us to pull up to the front after arguing with us aggressively for about 5 minutes. after waiting for another 5 minutes we decided to go inside and ask. A lady I did not get the name of pushes through us with a large drink in her hand so we ask "is that the large coke for outside?" She nods her head and shove the coke at us with the most disgusted look on her face. I understand if you're having a bad day but when work rolls around you need to shape up or call off. I was completely taken aback with how awful they handled the situation. It could've easily been handed by saying "I'm sorry, we didn't catch the part where you said two large cokes!" I would've been perfectly fine with paying an extra dollar for the coke that was missed on the order, but making into that big of a deal was absurd. Thank you for the service though. read more

Ok so Right after school, the vape kids come here and just invade. But my most recent visit was probably the worst experience I've had at any McDonald's. This morning my family went to this McDonald's after church for lunch. The food was normal McDonald's quality, good fast food, but one of the ketchup things had flies all over it! luckily there was another one that was cleaner. When we were going to our seats everything was ok and we began eating, but suddenly there was a loud screeching! It was children in the playland. Now normally I'd have no problem with this, but the playland has no door on it, so if there is nobody telling them to quiet down or at the very least stop screaming the entire restaurant will hear it. It might not be fair to judge a restaurant for its patrons but it is fair to write a bad review when there are flies all over the ketchup dispensers so, there you go. If you are reading this and are thinking about going to this establishment just please tell your children (if you have them) to have fun but to be respectful too. That is all read more

Nov 30, at 1040pm (2017)I just went through the drive through and they gave me a quarter pounder with no bottom bun. Couldn't see it in the package so grabbed it and got crap all over my hand. Get your shit together! *Rating this to compared to nearby McDonald's*This is embarrassing for whoever owns this. Understaffed/not well managed. Make sure they actually made your sandwich correctly. Long waits for oversalted fries. For 8/12 of my last visits I've this 24/7 McDonalds was either closed for "maintenance" (which another nearby McDonald's said was bullshit) or couldn't take credit cards. read more

This is probably the worst McDonald's location in Genesee County. It's Sunday and every single table and booth is filthy. We asked them to clean off a table and they never sent anyone out so I did it myself. Also don't ever go in here after the Grand Blanc High School lets out its full of foul mouthed teenagers and the management just lets it happen. I thought I would give this place one more try but I was disappointed again cold fries and a mediocre sandwich. Do yourself a favor and drive to the Hill and Fenton location they have better food and more of a family friendly environment. read more

I was really unimpressed by the manager's unprofessional demeanor while handing me my food. McDonald's is located Saginaw street, in Grand Blanc, Michigan. The drive thru is the worst and during rush hour it takes forever to get your food. The coffee seriously taste like water and so does the hot chocolate. The environment inside is nasty and dirty. They need to clean better. This restaurant shouldn't even be recommended. The food is alright, not the best and has a lot of calories. I would not come back to restaurant if I had a choice. read more
