The food is very good. Took a long time to get our order. The service was not good either. The ambiance was good.

I thought my hometown McDonald's was bad but this one takes the prize. We ordered 2 fish and 2 McChicken sandwiches. All 4 of them looked like they were put together by a 3-year-old with poor motor skills. Mayo and tartar not even close to being inside the buns and no napkins in the bag. We were asked to pull over to an unmarked parking spot so, naturally, when the food person came out she had no idea where we were. I got out so I could get our food before it got cold. Too late. The fries were obviously put in the bag while they were waiting on the sandwiches. So if you want good service and decent food, keep driving 'cuz you won't get it here. read more

Meh. It's a McDonalds. A little slow moving, but I don't know what else to expect from a small town fast food place.

Simplest order for them ever and yet they still manage to mess it up lol I asked for 3 cokes they gave me 3 diet cokes.

They told us to pull up for fries. that was all we ordered was a large fry. we sat there for 15 minutes just to go in and find out they gave it to someone else. horrible customer service read more

This Is truly the slowest McDonald's I have ever seen. I actually just made this yelp account, and wrote this review while waiting for my food. They will pull you forward and wait ten to fifteen minutes for the smallest of orders while often getting them wrong. read more

If I could give this no stars I would. Took my children before school to grab a bite after a rushed morning before work. The last 3 times I've gone there, the food was so burned it was almost inedible. Seeing as this is the only food place in the vicinity of the school, Ive sucked it up and gone back. So I order the food, which was 2 dollars more than any other McDonald's charges. She said the prices went up last week. Okay. Whatever. I paid, get to the second window, have my food handed out. I decided to check everything before pulling away. Lo and behold one of the sandwiches is burned. Again. I handed that back and said Im not feeding burned food to my children. Lady says okay, comes back and asks me to pull up to the next window. I refused. I had already went through the line, and it was one sandwich. The last 3 times they had me pull up, I was waiting 15 minutes for my order. That's on a good day. The manager comes over and proceeds to scream at me to pull up. I again refused and said its one unburned sausage muffin, its not rocket science, and everytime I come through this line you guys do this garbage. She then proceeded to slam the window closed so hard, it bounces back open halfway. I hear her screaming that I was "fucking bitch" and then proceeds to yell at her poor sandwich guy to hurry up with that muffin. MIND YOU I HAD MY CHILDREN IN THE CAR, HEARING THIS PSYCHO CALLING ME THESE NAMES AT 7AM. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. AS SOMEONE WHO HAS WORKED IN FOOD RETAIL MOST OF MY LIFE, I WOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED IMMEDIATELY FOR CALLING ONE OF MY CUSTOMERS A FUCKING BITCH DUE TO MY MISTAKE. It's not enough everything is overpriced, but to be treated that way, in front of my children is completely unacceptable. The other ladies were very nice, I didn't respond to her outbursts, because again, my children were with me. I'll be taking this as far as I can and contacting whoever I need to until this is resolved. First of all, do your job correctly and this wouldn't be an issue, secondly, if she can blatantly do this to a customer, no wonder this establishment is garbage. I travel around northeast Ohio for my work but live near the Grafton Mcdonalds. So, I can only say that this is the worst small town mcdonalds in my experience. There are some worse when you get into the inner-city of Cleveland, but this is the worst of the suburbs or small towns. I've ordered coffee here at 615 am ( they open at 6) and received cold coffee. ....how does that even happen? I've been foolish enough to not check my order until I am on the highway only to find time after time that something is wrong or my coffee is cold. I've opted to take advantage of the promotion of buy a muffin for 1.49 and add a medium coffee for a dollar more and on two separate occasions been asked for 2.99. Then when I point out that it should only be 2.49 according to the promotion, they have to get a manager to get my 50 cents and treat me like I'm being difficult. Do most people not even notice? I repeat, this happened on two different occasions. Tonight I went through and the cashier tried to give me the incorrect change and after I politely pointed out her mistake, she never apologized....come to think of it she never used any words such as "please " or "thank you ". Even though it will suck to have to wait until I get to the next closest mcdonalds, I have had it with my hometown one....I'm done! read more

To much bordering around boy had 7 minutes done nothing.stood in line 10 min wanting coffee and ice cream for my granddaughter.3 ppl were in front yet filling an order for 1 person and drive thru. I'm going to keep it simple. This McDonalds is horrible. The service is terrible every single time. They often forget items with no remorse, there is almost always a long wait or a "pull-up and we'll bring it out to you" scenario, and they never ever improve ! The employees that work here are careless, without discipline, disrespectful, and clueless. Pathetic place to eat, which is sad because it's one of the only fast food restaurants in the area. I've complained to corporate a number of times about how this McDonalds is a total mess in every way when it comes to the service. All corporate wants to do is smooth-over the situation with coupons I've already received. I am literally boycotting all McDonalds, especially Graftons, because they don't deserve my business. I am normally a weekly user, at least, because my daughter enjoys happy meals, but I'm going to start regularly going to Taco Bell and Burger King in Elyria for her kids meals instead. Service is terrible and the food tastes much much worse than any McDonalds I've ever been to. I had the cashier inside get my order completely wrong and then asked me not to tell the manager so she "doesn't get fired again." WHAT?! I've consistantly had horrible food to the point where I just stopped going to this location and go to the one in Elyria if I for some reason want McDonalds (usually once or twice a year for shamrock shakes or to try a new menu item.) Their hours are odd so I'm guessing they're a franchise. Someone is definitely paying off the inspector at this location. read more
