THIS MCD'S NEEDS HELP. We could and should go to another fast food restaurant but this on our way out of town. I keep hoping it will get better, it fails every time. Floors and tables often dirty, its always inadequately staffed and employees usually rude. Orders are not filled correctly and coffee not fresh if its made at all. Bathrooms are usually dirty. I ordered 4 dollar menu sandwiches to go in the store, I waited 20 minutes for them to call my number. This isn't the first time this has happened. It's absolutely ridiculous. The person that ordered after me had to wait even larger for just a large fry. Won't be going here anymore. read more

Ordered 2 drinks through mobile curbside order and after 20 minutes no one brought them out. They even marked it as delivered on the app even though no one brought them out! I'm guessing the managers here don't know what they're doing. Also this location has a very dumb system how they are allowing take out but the door is locked? It even says "wait for a staff member to let you in." Like what is the point of the door being locked? For people to wait outside in the 100 degree weather? This place will never cease to have customers because it is McDonalds. It is also at a busy intersection in town. They have a brand new restaurant. Since opening their restaurant, they have hired many new crew members. I do not think these guys were trained as well as they could be. I worked at a McDonalds back in high school for 2 years. I am familiar with all protocol and how things 'should' work. I have had 2 cars in front of me and had to wait 14 minutes in drive through. There is no excuse for that. I have also had a 12 and 8 minute wait in drive through. I have had no issues with going inside to order. They keep the restaurant very clean and have very polite people at the front. read more

Actually not a bad McDonald's stop in our experience here at least three times. Once their latte machine was not working but I just ordered something different and everything has been fine. Always busy as most McDonald's are and they have had no problems with our orders. read more

Busy location, friendly staff and quick service. No complaints other than a little bit of a wait in the drive through.

My wife went here on 11/14/19 at 8:30pm. She ordered just a coffee for her drive. After about 20 minutes of waiting someone finally asked her about her order which they lost. They took the order again for the coffee and walked away. After another 20 minutes go by someone asks one of the workers if they took care of her order and she just says nope and walks away. Apparently she forgot and didn't care. I understand hating your job but if you're going to treat people like that, you don't need a job with customer service. read more

Allegedly the drive-thru is meant for quick service and for a few items, right? And ALLEGEDLY, the RESERVED DRIVE-THRU PARKING 1 & 2 are SUPPOSED to be for people with larger SLOW orders, right? McDonald's delicious and its no wonder kids are addicted to it! But I would suggest only eating from here once everywhere. Although its tasty, it is very unhealthy. This would be more of a treat or something to eat when your in a rush. read more

This McDonalds is clean and comfortable! It has free wifi BUT no outlets to charge electronics while surfing the net. It is extremely busy due to the highway location and a great place to stop for restrooms and a snack on your way to or from Showlow. Bathrooms were immaculate and there was always a line but staff are working as fast as they can to serve customers. The dining area is updated, modern and clean. The food is stanfard McDonalds fare, so you know exactly what you get- However the dining area is nicer than most! read more

We stop in here periodically and at all hours when traveling through Globe. I must say the place is always clean and nothing beats a clean restroom when you're traveling!! The service is typically polite and they are staffed appropriately even at 10:00 at night. The food is always hot and the fries are always crispy. We will continue to use this McDonalds as a stop when traveling through. read more

It's a McDonalds so that should tell you everything you need to know. The food and service here, as with most fast food in Globe/Miami is hit or miss. I have gone and had decent food. It was hot, tasted good, and came quickly. Other times it was warm at best, or wrong. read more

This is a very busy McDonald's due to the location on two major highways. The old building is gone, replaced by a new modern style McDonald's which is bright, clean and even the crew seems to be more upbeat and friendly. Big parking lot. A perfect halfway stop on our trip up to Show Low. read more

I've been here 3 times hoping for a different experience but the same thing happens every time, my order is clearly messed up, never has what I ordered, never good with time and the staff is rude. For frequent travelers through Globe to the White Mountains, take a look at your favorite potty-stop. The McDonald's has totally remodeled and it is gorgeous. Therefore negating the earlier comments running it down. The staff seems to be infected with joie de vivre by the brighter, cleaner surroundings. read more

We are stuck in Globe with our RV needing new tires. We have our dog with us and are staying in the Motel 6 across the street. We are limited where we can get food. Went across the street using our tow vehicle. Waited 10 minutes at the drive on and no one answered. Drove around and went inside. Fully staffed and NO ONE at the counter. I politely said hello, thinking someone would come over to take my order. WRONG, one worker waved hi and then turned her back. When they finally took my order, they couldn't get it right. I ordered it to go (remember I was in the drive thru) they put it on a tray. I again reminded them that I ordered to go. Had to go back for dinner. My husband couldn't believe the service could be that bad. It was worse. He ordered grilled chicken - they gave him chicken patties. Manager comes over to tell my husband he was wrong. He told her no it was inputted wrong. Took forever to get it straightened out and they bring it to him on a tray. He holds up his receipt that clearly says to go. My advice-go anywhere else or skip a meal. And these folks want $15 an hour? You have to be kidding me. read more

Stopped there on 23 Feb, 2013...2 complaints: lst, order was wrong, when shown receipt and asked for correction, lady acted like we were trying to get a freebie...2nd, when young son went to go to bathroom, it was being cleaned and wouln't let him in...after several minutes pleading with attendant by parent.....STILL WOULD NOT LET LITTLE BOY GO IN TO GO TO BATHROOM !
