Lies about their hours. Or their crew sucks and shuts everything down an hour early. Showed up at 11 on the dot. Lights were on, I was in the drive thru waiting for a response, they turned the lights off and never answered the speaker. Google and Yelp both say they close in 49 more minutes. I don't know if this is just how it's done in this area? Hendersonville on Saundersville does this crap too. I paid for my meal, received confirmation on my app, and when I went to pick it up they wouldn't let me. Paid again because I figured it wasn't worth the hassle and their machine had another error so they wouldn't let me grab it. Forgets straws, Every. Single. Time. Staff is rude. It's across from our apartments so I'll grab it for our lunch or dinner sometimes. I always say "thank you, have a great day" 85% of the time, I don't get a word back to me. They also never tell me when I have my order in full- they just hand stuff and walk off. What a sad place. The customer service was a real shame. They rudely said it would take 3hrs to clean the ice cream machine. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks that they haven't served ice cream. You guys need to remove your signs outside and change your hours. There are signs posted all around the building saying open until midnight on Friday's and Saturday's. If I could give this place a zero star, I would... all my fiancé ordered was 2 cups of coffee and a cheeseburger. The girl with the black hair was on her phone and it looked like she was FaceTiming a friend. The other dark skinned male drive employee was laughing and joking around. This was going on for about 10 minutes. We're literally parked right in front of the drive through window and we see all of this. After a while, the girl opens the window and asked what we ordered. We repeated our order to her again. She said that something is wrong with their ice machine so it would take a while to create the frappe my fiancé ordered. I asked her what happens now but She just laughing and closed the window in my face. Not even 5 seconds later, another employee comes over and hand me the frappe. So not only was she unprofessional, she's a liar. The only good employee there was the blondish hair male with a beard. If it weren't for him, we would still be sitting at the window waiting for a coffee, a frappe and a burger. When we finally drove off, we realized that the girl gave us the wrong order. I am SO disappointed. First off, when I got to this establishment there was A LINE OF CARS??! We were immensely appalled when we finally pulled up to order (we waited for a good 2 and a half minutes) and the lady taking our order spoke broken English as she seemed to be unfamiliar with the word ice-cream.... After several minutes of arguing back and forth through the speaker, we got our order placed and pulled up to the first window. The employee working the first window could not do basic math. They even gave us EXTRA MONEY (I'm not complaining about that, hence the two stars)!!!! XD Little did we know this was going to be the most horrifying part of our experience as we pulled up to the second window to get our ice-cream. Our soft-serve ice-cream looked as though someone had already licked it (see picture 1) and contained strange, unidentified black objects under the surface (maybe INSECTS??!) (see picture 2). Our insect theory was proven to be plausible as a LADYBUG crawled out just before I was about to take a bite. Luckily I saw the ladybug before I ate it. However, the terrifying encounter almost caused me to wreck my brand-new, 2016 E-Z-GO (and I JUST got it lifted, smh). Despite the ninety-degree weather, our ice-cream melted so fast that we barely made it out of the parking lot before all hell broke loose. We were instantly covered in melted ice-cream (the lack of napkins didn't help either). In conclusion, our first experience at a McDonald's location totally unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. However, I will probably return in the near future as I was very pleased with the landscaping. read more

Got a fish sandwich that's supposed to have American cheese on it, a tiny sliver of something white coming off of the bread was what we got. We took it back and in return got 2 half slices of American cheese stacked on top of one another. I also ordered a large strawberry lemonade, they served me a large tea. I returned it, and did not hear back about it until after my meal I went up to the counter and asked for it. This incident occurred on 8/13/16 between 5:00-6:00 p.m. I would give this McDonalds a 0 if it was possible but I have to click on one star. You would think with one of the greatest brands in the world there would be a great management and staff ready to serve the customer properly. However, when you have a poorly supervised teenage group this is what will happen. I ordered a Big Mac with just Cheese on it, and I got one with everything on it. This was not a complex order. In addition, you never can get a iced coffee without the manager having to fix the machine every time you visit. In the past, I tried to get an ice cream at night for my kids and the machine is always broke. This is the worst McDonalds I have ever visited. The associates never pay attention to the order you give them and make errors. I came to this location out of convenience and I will never return back. If you order via drive-thru be sure to check your order before you leave. Finally, If you want a cold burger and fries by all means purchase it at this location. read more
